I can't believe I was stupid enough to buy a Dell laptop off of Amazon and not from Dell’s website. You think it would be safe, but it's obvious I was wrong. My computer came infected with ransomware and I had no idea because the hacker said to be careful about what website I go to for my antivirus software. Fortunately, FL Computer Tech was able to remove the infection and my laptop works perfectly now.
