The rooms were not cleaned throughout the stay. Towels were not replaced. Trash cans were also not emptied. The staff was always smiling and willing to help, which made our stay very pleasant. A big downside was the very low temperature in the apartment. The radiators worked very poorly, we woke up with a cold.. besides that, the apartment is modern, nicely decorated. It's a pity that there is no pool on site, nor a direct passage to breakfast between the buildings.

Great disappointment, staff cannot speak English, bar service is absent 99% of the time and they sit in another room chatting. The sauna and pool are in separate buildings and not part of the complex. The sauna in the room does not seal properly, so it is pointless. Overpriced parking not included in the accommodation price. Our room keys didn't work. I ordered wine to the room, which was there, but no one thought to provide a corkscrew. Choose different accommodation.

Lack of a restaurant, apart from breakfast, it is the norm what to eat. The offered swimming pool is in another hotel with limited access. Walking distance to the center of Szklarska, however, the hotel is NOT self-sufficient.

The price does not match the received goods ;) For 400 PLN per room, I expected better amenities. The apartment is tiny. Windows facing directly onto the hotel parking lot. It's nice that you can go outside through the patio doors, but who would want to drink coffee practically in the parking lot? The windows cannot be uncovered because passersby would see everything in the room.

When choosing the hotel, I was guided by the photos on booking.com, hoping for beautiful mountain views rather than views of a busy street and parking lot.

We had a problem with flushing the toilet due to lack of water the previous day and water pooling in the shower drain. The situation was resolved the same day. Clean, well-kept rooms, everything you need at hand. Soundproof. Delicious buffet-style food. Very diverse. We will definitely come back :)

Dried vegetables like tomatoes or cucumbers, drinking water smelled of chlorine like tap water. It is the first time I have encountered serving kaszanka with onions, żurek, and broth for breakfast. These dishes are probably leftovers from the previous day from the à la carte restaurant where there is not much choice either. Parking: 40 PLN per day and there is no guarantee that there will be a free space every time you leave and return with a car. If someone is only looking for a hotel with a good location and does not expect high standards, this hotel will be suitable for them.
