In general, everything is fine.

I didn’t like one thing. Other people’s hair came across in the towels and in the bed. It feels like someone used them. And more. 2 adults and a child were accommodated, there were no towels for the child.

Nicely designed rooms, but no A/C for the summer heat. Decent beds, but hard.

For being an ”aparthotel” it is also very poorly equipped - no cutlery, plates or anything.

Breakfast is about average but contents varies from day to day.

We will choose another hotel next time.

Everyone parks as they want..

We switched to the Biedronka parking lot or had to [ all PL license plates ;) ]

Sauna shows 90 degrees but that's just the temperature under the roof. Head is hot but legs stay cold. The cold air whistles in between the gaps in the door.. too bad. Maybe it has to be like that with the gap for safety reasons?!

Next door, another building is being built about 5m away. Unfortunately, the view is spoiled. But there are rooms all around.

I missed the opportunity to dry the wet ski gear.. of course that was due to the heating but not everything. Shame about the carpet and upholstered chairs

Would I come again?

Here are my impressions and experiences shared by my wife.

Point 1:

The breakfast was okay.

It would have been nice if it had been fresh bread, not thawed, and no small pre-baked rolls, but fresh rolls from the baker. More jams in jars and not plastic preserves or butter in plastic.

Please always wipe and disinfect tables with a damp cloth. Explain to the staff that not every plate has to be cleared immediately if they are still in use. Better ask the guests.

Point 2:

The hotel can't do anything for hotel guests who romp around in the apartments with their children for hours at night after midnight or let their children play loudly and screaming in the hallway after 10:00 p.m. and leave their apartment doors open.

But then you would have to ensure peace and quiet for all other hotel guests, e.g. if the security guards go down the hall. We had to ask the man 4 times to calm down.

I also noticed that through the ventilation ducts, you could hear conversations in neighboring rooms.

Point 3:

The apartments are really chic and still in good condition at the moment, so I think it's a pity in ski operations that the room is only roughly vacuumed once in 12 days on request, the bed is made and fresh towels are only laid out once.

By the way, each extra cleaning costs 80 zlotys.

If four of me had spent 12 days in the rented apartment instead of two, no extra costs would have been incurred on request.

But for a small dog every day will still be charged an additional 50 zlotys. Although there is no daily cleaning.

Somehow it doesn't add up.

Very friendly staff in this small, well-kept and dog-friendly aparthotel - some of the apartments also have their own saunas. Very fair price/performance ratio.

The breakfast is sufficient and tasty.

There are unguarded, paid parking spaces available - but unfortunately the charging station for electric cars is not yet in operation.

Clean and good breakfast, about 700m away from the Ski Arena. come again....

Nice atmosphere, beautiful surroundings.

Very comfortable bed and pillows, spacious rooms, plus there are rooms with their own sauna. Convenient location of the hotel, near a supermarket, museum, restaurant, lift to the mountain.

Very nice place. Sauna in the room. Rich breakfast buffet. Attentive and nice staff. Definitely again.

Very small, fine hotel that welcomes its guests in a friendly and helpful manner. Buffet for breakfast was rich and very tasty. Very built-up area, and the trend is increasing when you see all the construction sites. It's still a beautiful area right by the forest. Great playgrounds around the corner and supermarket opposite.

Our room was unfortunately without a barrier, a bit exhausting with a dog and child, but it worked. The sauna in the bathroom is great. Even with an infusion bucket.

I would not recommend this hotel, during Covid pandemic they do not follow the regulations. Nobody is wearing a mask, not at the reception, not in the restaurant. When we complaint they did nothing with that, the next day with breakfast, all staff still without mask. The breakfast is good and the rooms are decent but during our stay we felt not safe and not respected as a guest.
