Buffet breakfasts, tasty dishes that rotate. We started our trip to Szrenica from Five Seasons. Great location! It's worth appreciating the cleanliness and beautiful scent in the hotel. Everything was of a high standard, keep it up! The only downside is the small parking, which is not included in the price of the stay (+40 PLN per night)

Breakfasts (buffet) varied and well-organized. I am very satisfied with the service at this hotel. Great location in Szklarska Poręba. Quiet and peaceful, yet close to all attractions. The room is sensational, just like everything else. I love mountain expeditions and walking trails in Szklarska Poręba. I noticed a significantly smaller number of small children, which was important to me. I really rested during my stay. Warm greetings to all the ladies from the breakfast buffet and see you soon.

A very pleasant place, the apartment is new, spacious, very clean, with a view of the Szrenica range from our window, tasty and varied breakfasts. On the downside, minor flaws:

- we slept in building 5S three - breakfast is not served in this building. You have to go to the neighboring building for breakfast, which is not connected to 5S three by a covered link. We were lucky with the weather, but it would have been annoying if it had been rainy.

- we missed juices at breakfast - a 5-day stay and no orange juice was seen

- the bar with drinks was closed during our stay, and it is also located in the neighboring building

- the terraces at the ground floor apartments could be better utilized and most importantly secured against access by others - currently, there is a lack of privacy. The view of the sewer wells plus the fact that for some guests, a patch of grass by our terrace (ground floor apartment) is a walking area for dogs to relieve themselves effectively discouraged resting on that terrace.

- due to the above, the price could be lower

Despite the flaws, we rested and can recommend it.

The room is clean and well-equipped, the staff very nice, however, the lack of a swimming pool (you can use the pools in other partner hotels - however, one is 200m away, the other more than 1 km) and the inability to have lunch or dinner in the hotel (again, you get a voucher for dinner in a partner hotel - across the street) makes the guest paying 2k for 2 nights feel like a second-class guest.

The breakfast was okay, nothing special. There were only two coffee machines in the breakfast room and one was broken. Only one machine was functioning properly. Not much breakfast variety. If you stayed longer at this hotel, it will become monotonous.

No room service or cleaning was done throughout my stay with my children from 30/03 to 02/04. We had only one bath mat in the toilet to use after bathing for the entire stay and it was very wet and dirty. It was never changed, very discouraging.

I paid for extra bedding and towels, but they were never delivered or provided throughout my stay. The hotel did not refund the money and never asked if I had paid for the extra bedding and towels.

There was no AC in the room and the toilet in the bathroom leaked water all over the floor after every shower.
