I highly recommend this place. The service is top-notch, helpful and responsive to guests' needs every step of the way. Very nice rooms with a beautiful view. The hotel also provides entertainment for the youngest guests - animations. The food served there is very tasty and diverse. The biggest advantage of the hotel is pointed out as the pool area.

Plus for a wide selection of fruits, desserts, and constant replenishment. The service throughout the hotel is excellent, the staff is very nice and helpful. Hotel Elements is an excellent starting point also in the Czech Jizera Mountains. Beautifully decorated interiors, practical and comfortable. The hotel is large and has many attractions, but still gives a feeling of coziness and comfort.💯🔥💪💪

Luxurious scented cosmetics used for washing in the bathrooms. ❤️ The hotel has a pleasant lobby bar and even had live music, very enjoyable. Breakfast was absolutely exceptional, a wide selection of fresh items. We highly recommend the hotel, it deserves a 5* rating. 👍️

What could be improved

There are several levels of parking upon arrival and unfortunately it is not clearly marked which one you can choose. Additionally, it is paid. The way to the parking lot in the hotel is also poorly marked, some are even through the sauna. Therefore, it is best to leave the car at the temporary 15-minute parking by the reception upon arrival and proceed to check-in, where the reception will gladly explain everything. The garage parking costs 60PLN, outside parking costs 30PLN/day, which seems quite high to me. The entrance/gate to the upper garages is narrow and unnecessarily stressful for larger vehicles. 🔥

Hotel/Room Instructions are even printed in CZ for you. I highly appreciate the simple and immediately intuitive functional room safe at no extra charge, great! Excellent wellness area with several saunas and a fairly large pool with a lifeguard. 2 whirlpools + 1 extra large one and a small pool for children with a slide. Luxury scented cosmetics for personal hygiene are used in the bathrooms. The hotel has a pleasant lobby bar and there was even a program with live music, very enjoyable. Breakfast is absolutely exceptional, a wide selection of everything and all fresh. Great coffee and Latte. We also saw several dogs ranging from pocket size to a mountain Bohouš, so the hotel is likely "Pets-friendly". We highly recommend the hotel, it truly deserves a 5* rating.

Perfect accommodation and food.

Hello three great nights spent. Room great, food definitely a plus and service ok. I have been to three five-star hotels, this one was the best.

The 5-star Deluxe room contains everything needed for a several-day stay. The air conditioning works, there are good L'Occitane cosmetics (soap, shampoo, shower gel), the request for a mountain view instead of a construction site view was taken into account, as well as separate beds. Despite arriving around 3 pm, the room was already ready, and champagne was waiting on the table in an ice bucket.

There was no problem with external parking, however, during peak hotel occupancy, there may be a shortage of spaces. The room was soundproof, neighbors were not heard, a lovely scent was sprayed in the corridor, which improves the mood from the entrance. Skipping one day of cleaning means a free drink at the Lobby Bar - a very cool initiative.

The food was quite good, I only missed salt and pepper on the tables, quite a rich buffet. The only downside is the dinner time - until 7:00 pm - REALLY??? It should be at least until 8:00 pm, it is certainly a gesture towards the customer, because at 7 we barely made it back from the SPA.

The pool area is pleasant, although the pool is smaller than I thought. The children's area is located quite close, so the screams are a bit disturbing for relaxation, definitely too few sunbeds, but there is not much space for additional ones - here the pool itself is just too small.

The SPA treatments are focused on customer comfort, I felt well taken care of and my well-being was taken care of.

The hotel is located in a part of Świeradów close to the gondola lift (still closed during the week in April), to the SKY-Walking tower a very peaceful walk takes about 40 minutes, to the town center about 15 minutes.

I am very satisfied with my stay, the hotel met my expectations. I will definitely use it again in the future.

Another successful trip. The hotel is great, an improvement from the previous stay (even better). The food is great, drinks are top-notch, especially the pornstar cocktail with a real mark - this is what you expect from a 5* hotel. Another plus are the weekend concerts - on Friday a great saxophone performance and on Saturday a concert by the duo Max & Eryk. Add to that pleasant company and you have a recipe for a great time. We spent the holidays at this hotel. Let's start from the beginning. There was a lack of communication between the reservation staff and the reception and direct guest service. One lady at the reception seemed to be employed against her will. Her rudeness and lack of willingness to help and explain the situation are not suitable for a 5-star hotel. The rest of the reception staff were always smiling and friendly, ready to help without any complaints. The food for my family (2 adults and 3 children) was excellent. Everyone found something they liked, although as we all know, everyone has different tastes. In my opinion, the hotel's downside is the elevators because we sometimes had to wait several minutes for transportation to the room, but it's a minor issue overall. The pools were okay. You could swim and sunbathe. There was a problem with the steam sauna area, but this is a common issue anywhere, and after reporting the problem, the pool lifeguards tried to address and resolve the issues. We had a superior room, which was really sufficient. The kids had enough space to play. The view from the balcony to the hotel entrance... But is it important? In the distance, you could see the mountains, so it didn't bother us. Children's animations - ours didn't use them, so we won't comment, although the room where they were held was well-equipped and very spacious, so that's a plus. The location is also okay. It's about a 20-minute walk to the center, so it's not too bad. New facilities are being built next to the hotel, and I don't know how peaceful it is during weekdays, but during our stay, it was really relaxing. I think I've covered the downsides, but the only other thing that comes to mind is unfortunately the breakfast and dinner times. It's a large hotel divided into two shifts. Maybe this could be arranged differently for an even better experience. And the last thing for the managers is the prices in the lobby... 🤦

Nice hotel with decent decor, quite friendly staff, and very good breakfasts. In my opinion, however, these 5 stars are probably overstretched because you can see some shortcomings, for example in the wellness area - both in the pool and jacuzzi, there was a constantly very unpleasant smell, making it difficult to relax. Also strange are the surcharges for sauna sessions at the hotel at such a level, and the hopeless paid parking, the option of 50/day underground, 40/day next to the hotel, and 30/day right next to it, and this option is literally black gravel on the mountainside - you come out of it right onto a steep street without a sidewalk so it's not very safe either.

Breakfast was until 11, even when we came at the end everything was available, warm and fresh. Sensational pool, warm, pleasant water and without crowds.👍️

We spent Easter in this hotel. Huge plus for children's attractions and a wide range of animation programs. Rooms are very spacious, definitely larger than in most apartments. Big plus for two separate bedrooms. Wide selection of dishes for breakfast. I definitely recommend it.

I am a bit disappointed even though the hotel is generally OK. Great saunas, spacious, well-insulated rooms! However, I was very disappointed at the beginning because I booked two rooms for Easter and I wanted them to be next to each other. I was informed over the phone that it would be possible. Upon arrival, it turned out that we did not have rooms next to each other and nothing could be done about it :-( hence my irritation.

A great hotel, stayed here spontaneously 😜. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very modern. The view is unbeatable 🌅😲. The only thing I find a bit unfortunate is that the pool only opens at 10 am, the second is that you don't get coffee outside the opening hours of the bar or restaurant. The instant coffee in the room is terrible 😐..... All in all, it was a very pleasant stay. I would love to come back here. Thank you very much

Breakfasts very varied and tasty. The room is well equipped, towels, bathrobes, everything fresh. The hotel meets the needs of active tourists and those seeking relaxation and rest. Stóg Izerski is a great attraction located near the hotel. You can count on hotel service, they perform well.

Opinion regarding the a la carte restaurant - poor. The food is really low quality. The pizza tastes like frozen, the pasta is average. The best is the fresh grapefruit juice. Despite the limited choice in Świeradów, you can still find better than here.

We spent 5 days with my wife and 15-year-old. We are not picky, so for us this stay was very successful as well as breakfasts. However, for a 5-star hotel, a room for older teenagers and parents would be very useful. I mean billiards, table football, not to mention a bowling alley. Best regards, we consider this stay very successful.

I would like to thank you for the pleasant two-day stay at your hotel. I was here for business reasons, and I made the reservation through Booking.com. The room I stayed in was clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed. The restaurant offered delicious food, and the service was very nice.

Unfortunately, I must mention an unpleasant experience related to customer service at the reception. I did not feel welcome there, which is rare in my business travels around the world. Upon arrival at the hotel, I was asked to wait in the lobby for the room to become available, even though it was already after 6:00 PM. During the check-in process, I was promised an invoice for the company, but after a few minutes, the receptionist stated that it would only be possible at check-out. Although the conversation was polite, the staff's behavior was arrogant, which made me feel unwelcome.

Unfortunately, during check-out, the invoice was not ready, and the receptionist did not show much willingness to issue it. I encountered arrogant treatment again and disregard for my needs as a guest. I am not sure why this situation occurred - whether the problem was that I made the reservation through Booking.com or because of the nature of my business stay. I hope that during the next visit, the staff will be more friendly and greet guests with a smile on their face.

Hotel guests will find plenty to do in the area, there is no shortage of attractions for the active and for the lazy. Lots of space to spread out luggage, so you can unpack and feel at home. Very nice, clean, and spacious rooms with all amenities. One of the best hotels I have stayed in. We recommend the option with meals, it is very tasty, no need to look for restaurants outside the hotel.

Clean, nice, and fragrant. Very good impression. Breakfasts are plentiful, and dinners as well. The quality of the dishes is very good. We moved around without a car throughout our stay, everywhere is within walking distance. The ladies at the reception are very nice. The pools are designed with children and adults in mind. These zones are clearly separated.

For us, the hotel was very pleasant, the wellness area beautiful and quiet after half past 8, the staff was very friendly, breakfast had a great selection. However, what was unpleasant was the live music that really echoed from the 6th floor to the pool, it was really disturbing. Otherwise, the whole stay was without problems and very pleasant.

We spent 4 days/3 nights here as a family. There was a little disappointment on site, because at 4 pm we were told at the reception that the room was still being prepared, even though it was already ready. Some communication issue, the disappointment remains... Besides that, the hotel is really nice, but it definitely doesn't deserve 5 stars! Honestly 4, but definitely not 5! That's an exaggeration.

Breakfasts were tasty, although the coffee could be better, and the tea even worse. I'm not a complaining or picky type, but the water seemed undercooked in the thermos and had a strange smell, not good...

Moreover, even during bad weather, you can have a nice day with children at the hotel. Great sauna area, pools are okay. Spacious rooms, bathrooms too, a big plus for very well soundproofed rooms, thick doors. The lack of air conditioning in a 5-star room is a failure! Especially since a lot of natural light enters the room. It must be unbearable in the summer.

I recommend visiting in the off-season, you can relax pleasantly.

Children most willingly gathered in the game room, for me it was a plus because we had time for ourselves. In the area there are restaurants, cafes, and pubs, you can go out in the evening. We recommend the rooms, they are nice and spacious. Despite the large number of people in the hotel, there were always seats available in the restaurant and no queues for food.

From the beginning to the end of the trip, the hotel service performed perfectly. I recommend wholeheartedly, a nice hotel in a charming spa town. In the dining room, various dishes, salads, vegetables, fruits, cakes, just great. The hotel accepts pets, for us it's a big plus because we don't travel without our pet. I have nothing to complain about, everything is fine.

I do not recommend it for families with children, we had to walk through the backyard to get to the pool in snow and rain. Dressing and drying three children... in total no difference from a regular water park. Breakfast... cold scrambled eggs, cold pancakes. I expected something else here, overall one of the worst hotels in recent years. Stains on the carpet in the room, no hooks for towels in the bathroom.

Value for money is TOP. The hotel is beautiful, chic, and clean. The rooms are also very well-maintained. We even got a free room upgrade, which we were happy about!

We have a very good comparison with other 4 and 5-star hotels in the region, are very demanding, and believe me, compared to the others, the hotel can really be recommended. Especially when vacationing with children. There, children of all ages have plenty to do, allowing parents to relax better.

As for the food, everyone can find something delicious for themselves! There is a wide selection of everything: fresh bread, rolls, Viennese sausages, sausages, countless types of cheese, lots of fruit and vegetables, crepes, and so on... There is also plenty of space.

On Fridays and Saturdays, there is live music in the lobby bar.

There are several playrooms for children, a game room, playground, great wellness area, small gym, and yoga classes.

There is also plenty to do nearby.

Rooms clean, functional, and very nicely decorated. The kitchenette is fully equipped. I recommend choosing the option with breakfasts and dinners, the buffet food is varied although one downside.. the sour soup without information that it contains mushrooms and was served as the second soup for breakfast every day. The animation lady is wonderful, great with children. A small minus for limiting the pool for children until 8:30 pm from Monday to Thursday, on weekends until 9 pm. Overall, we had a very pleasant time. Plus for live concerts on Saturday. We recommend and thank you

We really liked the surroundings of the Elements hotel. The service was great, everything as it should be.

This hotel has been hyped by Instabloggers and does not correspond to the reviews that have been given. Unfortunately, there is not really any customer service to speak of here. The spa area is unbearable as it smells of urine everywhere, sad for the children. We were really speechless and expected something else! Not recommended.

In my opinion, you are missing a lot to be a 5-star hotel. We spent a week with you, the Sunday breakfast when the hotel was full had a huge selection, but from Monday it was already half as much.

- Underground parking with tight spaces, suitable for smart cars

- For hotel guests, the sauna ceremony is additionally payable at 50 PLN

- The pools are dark, and during the week the temperature is colder than on weekends when there are more hotel guests.

- The jacuzzi and the central pool have a smell of "old rag"

- To order food to the room, you have to pay an extra 35 PLN or pick it up yourself... Seriously??

The hotel in my opinion is very average. Among the positives are a pool for children, a very wide selection at the breakfast buffet, good pizza, and that's probably it. The rooms had many stains on the carpet (I believe it should be cleaned from time to time), which makes the space look dirty; moreover, there were also visible dust and streaks in many places. The staff was not fully trained - we waited all day for a change of bed linen because the child dirtied it in the morning (I asked for a change at the reception), and when we went to ask a second time about the linen, the receptionist said they couldn't change it for us because the day before we had put up a sign saying we didn't need cleaning and received a voucher for a free drink, which was true, but we didn't need the change the day before. In the end, we were given a sheet and changed it ourselves. I couldn't find many reviews or photos of dinner anywhere, so one evening we paid extra for it, and it was a big mistake - poor choice, dry meat. For 100 PLN per person (the cost of dinner), we had pizza and dessert in the à la carte restaurant. In short, it's not worth the money for dinner. Overall feelings about the hotel: weak, many things need to change.

We stayed for 2 nights in a super equipped and clean apartment with a private sauna. Purchased through Slevomat with half board, breakfast and dinner buffet style, wide selection of meals. Breakfast from 7:30, dinner from 4 pm. It is necessary to pay extra for parking, which was located right below the room. We also used the pool and sauna, where there were few people and everything was modernly equipped. From the apartments, you need to walk to the main building to the restaurant and wellness area about 100m. We have nothing to complain about, we absolutely enjoyed our stay and rested. Thank you :)
