When going to Świeradów Zdrój, we will definitely choose Elements again. Beautiful surroundings, the hotel is very well located, not far from the trails. I recommend this hotel because of the great service. I can confidently recommend a hotel if cleanliness and quality are important to someone, Elements provides that. Great breakfasts and dinners, it's worth paying extra for them.

Delicious breakfasts, although there could be more variety, dinners were always tasty, but it happened that there was nothing on the KIDS MENU. Despite this, we always left with full bellies. :)

Čelekvě to było fajn, ale v pohledu 5* hotel, cena/výkon to je slabší. If it was a 3* or 4* hotel, I'll give it a 5* and that's great. Na 5hvezd hotel tam było hodne kompromisu od výběru jídla az po vybaveni pokoju, v nasem případě apartmanu. Chybělo vetsi zrcadlo, trezor... Kdyz foukal venku vitr, tak pres vzduchotechniku to kvilelo. Material acquisition, kvalita take spise podprůměr. The architect of the hotel also delal hodně compromiseů.

Měli jsme zaplacený větší apartman a co se týče velikosti, ok. Líbily se mi závěsy, že šla udělát téměř dokonala tma. Dále co bylo ne uplne příjemné, při sprchovaní se měnila teplota vody,tak občas tekla dost horka voda cca 2sekund a pak zas dobre. Toto během sprchovani 2-3x.

Hotel je takovy hybridni tváří se jako mix normalniho a dětského. Dětí bylo opravdu hodně, ale kuchyňe pro děti moc nebyla. Na nádvořícku bylo.detske hřiště, it was cool... but nechtěl bych být host, what has a room to vnitroblok. Z dětského hřiště je přímý výhled do celého patra pokojů.

Za nás jsme si to užili, odpocali. V okoli je možných mnoho aktivit. Městečko je krásné, lidé příjemní.

Parkování za poplatek. Rozhodně doporučuji, v místě se kradou auta a nikdo vas neupozorní. V hotel jsme se seznamili s lidmi, kterým ukradli auto mimo hotel a dle policie cca 10 aut během 2 měsíců, also placene parkoviště rozhodné doporučuji. Dojmy mam takove smíšené, vlastně to było fajn, když by si nehrali na 5hvezd hotel. V jiný statech dostanete vice i v 4* hotel.

Ačkoliv pokoje i hotel vypadají moc hezky, vše čisté a personál na recepci vždy velmi ochotný, milý a vstřícný s dobrou angličtinou, mám spoustu výhrad.

One of the těch, nad kterými bych za jiných situací mávnula rukou, jsou hodně nepohodlné postele a značení v hotel. V momentě, kdy přijede poprvé, dostanete sice papír s nějakými informacemi, pokud ale budete bydlet v apartmánech mimo hlavní budovu je dost reálné, že budete mít problém se v hotelu vyznat a na poprvé naprosto nemožné najít, co hledáte. A podle toho, co jsme si tak všimli, jsme zdaleka nebyli jediní.

Co pro nás byl zásadní problém a to tak, až jsme museli náš pobyt zkrátit byla restaurace, která je mimo jiné předražená, na tu kvalitu, kterou dostanete. Vývar pro dítě ok, těstoviny pro dítě dobré, co se ale nedalo dojíst byli Carbonara, které se hodně nepovedli, pizza neskutečně mastná, ale ten hlavní problém byl tatarák. Nejen, že nebyl dobrý, ale když večeříte v restauraci pětihvězdičkového hotel, určitě z toho nechcete mít žaludeční a střevní potíže na několik dalších dní a strach o svoje zdraví. Tohle se prostě v 5⭐️ hotelů stát nesmí.

I have very mixed feelings about this hotel. Polite and very helpful receptionist with good English. Also, the hotel upgraded our room, which was very nice of them. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed. No coffee machine, just a kettle for instant coffee and tea, but it is not a big deal. After we checked in, we went to the swimming pool around 5:30 p.m., and in an hour's time, it became overcrowded. They have nice saunas, but the towels were small even for slim people, and again it was crowded. Also, the way the receptionist at the entrance of the swimming area spoke to us was quite strange, as if he is a school teacher who already explained everything to us and had to repeat it. The same happened in the restaurant à la carte. Strange way of speaking, almost rude and strict. We asked for bread—the waitress didn’t bring it. Then, without a smile, she put plates in front of us in a way that it bothered her big time. My boyfriend was still finishing his food when she energetically put an espresso in front of him with the words, “Here is your coffee.” Well, the food was good, especially the soups; the salad was fresh and tasty, but would we eat here again? I don’t want to risk that some waitress ruins my mood with her unprofessional behavior. All in all, I couldn’t recommend this hotel.

The rooms are clean and well-maintained. Breakfasts were available until 11, and even when we arrived at the end, everything was available, warm, and fresh.

Our stay was great. Rooms clean, large, food excellent, service 👍 a bit of a problem with language because they didn't understand Slovak so communication was a bit lengthy, but that's not a problem. Thanks to all the staff and we would love to come back here.

This is at most a 3-star hotel. Nothing there is as it should be. The air conditioning is just ventilation, it hardly cools. Mini bar? Forget it, it was empty. Want to get some good sleep? Only if you bring your own pillow, because the ones provided are mini pillows of the worst quality. After 3 nights, you've had enough. The bathroom has no bidet, the cheapest furniture, and the ventilation in the toilet doesn't work. Maybe you could at least watch Netflix in the evening? No way, because the TVs don't have smart TV, even though it's a new hotel. You can't connect to them with a tablet or phone. You return from a mountain trip at 5:00 PM, but the room is still not cleaned. Want to go for a drink in the evening? Okay, but the lobby bar is full of people, screaming children even at 9:00 PM, and drink prices start from 10 euros. The hotel restaurant is also full of people, and you can only eat until 10:00 PM. Pool? Only if you like crowding, slippery tiles, a sauna that's either too cold or too hot, and you enjoy the screams of omnipresent children. They built a hotel with 300 rooms, but the hotel infrastructure can only handle a maximum of 200 rooms. Breakfast is a fight for a free table, as there are significantly more people than places. The most disgusting coffee ever, no chance to drink it without a lot of sugar. Wi-Fi is unstable, requires logging in almost every day anew. One big disappointment and lots of annoying little things that absolutely shouldn't be in a 5-star hotel in Poland!

Nicely decorated interiors, practical and comfortable. I especially recommend the a'la carte restaurant, exquisite and excellent dishes.

The whole family was satisfied with the meals. It was a successful family stay, convenient location for both older and younger people. The rooms are spacious and clean! It's nice to look at. The family room consists of two sizable rooms. I recommend it, it improves the comfort of the stay. There is no one here to fault, great service.

For me, an awesome hotel. My family and our 3-year-old daughter had a great time there during the long weekend. The ladies and gentlemen at the reception are very polite and helpful. The hotel is completely mass processing and very loud. It is definitely not a 5* hotel. Suitable for families with children, but not for couples. Accidentally soiled bed linen is not changed, beds are very sloppily made. Reading lamp broken. The 2nd outdoor parking lot is like an off-road terrain and still costs extra. No thanks.

The hotel is very large and modern. The rooms are clean and nice. Because the hotel is so large, there is a long wait for the elevator. It is child-friendly, with animators and various great activities included in the stay price. The restaurant also has a separate table with a kids' menu. The breakfasts are very rich and delicious, however, the dinner options are scant for a 5-star hotel, maybe 3 dishes to choose from... Empty. We regretted opting for the hotel dinners because we went to the hotel restaurant just next door, paid, and for that price, we had a fancy dinner. I also requested a room with a view when booking... I got a view of the playground 😔 very disappointing especially since I asked at check-in if it was the mountain view. And the lady said yes. So that was misleading. Besides, the lobby is beautiful with a faux fireplace, everywhere is clean because a cleaning robot roams, and on the floor, another robot was distributing snacks. The cleaning ladies were all Ukrainian and unfortunately could not respond in Polish - even to questions like whether the game room was open and where or anything about the service, they didn't understand. The child was greeted with a lollipop, a mascot, and a book in the room, which was very nice :) Overall, I recommend it especially since there is a wonderful pool area with a separate pool for children and a separate shaded, atmospheric area of the deeper pool. Charging 30-50 PLN per day for parking is also excessive.

Great hotel in terms of style and attractions, excellent breakfasts with a very large selection. The hotel restaurant serves delicious meals for dinner. Several saunas and a swimming pool.

We spent a week in the apartments - the rooms are great and the service is also great, especially Mr. Oskar - but compared to other 5-star hotels, the food leaves much to be desired - limited selection and quite poor quality - the pool is very small as well as the playroom for children.

This time around, about 3.5/5, but I'll give it a 4 out of nostalgia. I was at the hotel two years ago and since then the quality has significantly declined, but it still holds up in the "bang for your buck" category. The best aspects are probably the rooms and apartments themselves. Everything is clean, new, and functionally equipped. The Finnish sauna, which is in the bathroom, is absolutely fantastic, and after a sauna session, you can relax on a spacious balcony. I also like the location of the hotel – exactly halfway between the center and the cable car, as well as the amount of parking available. Now for the worse part. I've thought in the past that the hotel is a huge colossus and the common areas are undersized, and now they've added 3 apartment buildings. The building I stayed in was half-empty, but even so, the common areas in the main building were a little hellish. Every breakfast turned almost into a fight for survival, and the quality of the food provided has gone down a bit (though it's still decent). The staff in the dining room was obviously extremely stressed, and some employees took out their frustration on the guests (I witnessed at least 3 inappropriate situations). I understand the employees in such a work environment, but it's still unacceptable for a hotel of the claimed category. I can't even imagine what the dining room looks like in the high season. Given the number of rooms, at least 1 to 2 more dining rooms would need to be added. The capacity of the wellness area is also absolutely insufficient, and this was reflected in the opening hours (the wellness area is now open only until 18:00 and then is accessible only by reservation and for a substantial fee). That's why I probably wouldn't stay in the main hotel building again in the future. I would only consider an apartment with a private sauna, which is really great, because wellness is crucial for me. What is really sad, however, is the level of the staff at the main reception, which is unacceptable in a 5* hotel. I communicated (or at least tried to) with three employees, and none of them knew even the basics of English. Two female employees spoke practically only Polish, and the last gentleman tried at least something that could be called Polish-Czech. Probably (at least I hope) due to the communication barrier, there was an absolute unwillingness to communicate with a foreign guest, especially on the ladies' part. When I arrived at the reception, all three ladies present had to attend to a small group of guests and completely ignored me. After the arrival of other guests (Poles), one of the receptionists immediately started attending to them and continued to ignore me, so after the Polish couple's reservation was processed, which took a long time because all parties involved needed to chat, I approached the lady firmly and demanded her attention. The lady first tried to "shift" me to her colleague, but she ignored me again, so after some time, the original lady had to start attending to me to tell me to come back in an hour because the room wasn't ready, although all the arriving Poles were getting rooms and the apartment building No. 2, where I was staying, was almost empty. When I came the second time, the young man who attended to me was nicer than the ladies and tried, but here too the language barrier was evident. He basically just gave me the room card, a map, and told me the parking fee, but couldn't manage to tell me in which building and floor I was staying. Fortunately, I already know the hotel, so I found it myself and along the way managed to help other Czechs who were desperately looking for their accommodation. The funniest thing about it all is that the employees at the pool reception, who basically just handed out towels to guests, both spoke very good English, so I preferred to ask them questions. I would definitely recommend that the hotel management replace the employees of these two receptions, or perhaps invest a few zlotys in the language skills of the employees at the main reception. I think that at least a little English is an absolute basic requirement for reception staff in a 5* hotel today. At the same time, providing services based on the nationality of the guest also seems a bit over the line.

We recommend the rooms, nice and spacious. Despite the large number of people in the hotel, the restaurant was not lacking seats and there were no queues for food.

The staff of this hotel was extremely hospitable and friendly. Both the rooms and the common areas are kept clean. There is nothing to complain about. I recommend the hotel to mountain biking enthusiasts, as there are cool trails in the area. The hotel offers many evening attractions for its guests. Breakfasts are varied, with delicious coffee.

The information in the apartment indicates a different location of the playroom (6th floor of the main building) than it actually is (room 201 - second floor of the main building).

We got the impression that a sun terrace was prepared for guests (opposite the building with apartments at Słoneczna 7), as just before departure we saw sun loungers laid out (and empty) on one of the balconies, but we did not come across any information about such a place and its location. We would have gladly used it, as the balcony of the apartment we occupied was devoid of sunlight except for the early morning hours.

Little information about the pool - we went down to the pool reception, but we were not able to see the pools and their surroundings and had to rely on internet photos to understand the nature of this amenity.

Good internet quality and the ability to connect any number of devices - on one hand, but during a multi-day stay, there was a need to "forget" the WiFi network and reconnect in order to continue using it - on the other hand.

On the first evening, we went to the restaurant outside the hotel recommended at the reception, which did not meet our expectations. The next day we used the hotel restaurant and were very satisfied with the quality and price of the meal. However, to eat at a table outside, we had to find a waiter ourselves and inform him that we intended to do so.

On different days, the "registration" of guests using the breakfast service was conducted in different ways. On the last day of our stay, it turned out that we had to apply a proximity card to the reader, probably due to the hotel's high occupancy. But if it turned out that people occupying the same room for some reason wanted to go down for breakfast separately and at different times, such a registration method could cause confusion, and perhaps suspicion of dishonesty, especially since the "registering" station was sometimes self-service (not staffed by a hotel employee). In a five-star hotel, we would expect a reduction in problems, rather than their generation.

Not every day could one expect the same products at breakfast. In particular, the lack of fresh fruits was distressing. Grapes and melon were only available during one of the four breakfasts! Apples and tangerines were OK, but the kiwi was not edible - hard and sour. The cookies that we enjoyed during the third breakfast were unavailable on the other three days.

The operation of the elevators is also irritating. It frequently happens that a person intending to go up nevertheless presses the elevator call button with the down arrow (and vice versa). When the elevator stops on the floor from which it was called, regardless of which call button was used, in our opinion, the exact arrows indicating the direction in which further travel may occur should light up on the external panel (above the call buttons). There are three cases:

- the elevator will continue to go down (because there are unfulfilled calls from lower floors),

- the elevator will go up (because there are unfulfilled calls from higher floors),

- the elevator will travel in the direction determined by the passenger after entering the cabin (up or down).

We would expect that in subsequent cases, the external panel above the call buttons should light up accordingly:

- only the down arrow,

- only the up arrow,

- both the down and up arrows.

But this does not happen, which means that, for example, calling the elevator with a button suggesting that the passenger will want to go down - after the elevator arrives, only the down arrow lights up on the external panel above the call buttons - despite the fact that there are no unfulfilled calls from lower floors and after entering the elevator and indicating a higher, not lower, destination floor, the elevator cheerfully moves up.

With one elevator (as in the apartment building at Słoneczna 7) this is only irritating. With several elevators called by the same call button, it becomes annoying. The devil usually lies in such seemingly "unimportant" details.

On the day of arrival, we decided to use the outdoor parking with the option (if it was fully occupied) to use the underground parking under the apartment building at Słoneczna 7. Indeed, such a necessity arose one day when, not finding a space outside, we parked in the underground garage under the apartment building. However, we noticed that most of the cars parked on that "busy" day in the outdoor parking had tags hanging on the internal mirror or placed on the dashboard indicating the type of parking. We did not receive such a tag upon arrival... It seems that regardless of the occupancy, it is worth (similarly to the registration of those using breakfast) applying uniform policies to minimize potential problems!

I especially recommend Elements for its location, everything is nearby. You can count on the hotel service, they perform well. Very tasty meals both at breakfast and in the Ala carte restaurant.

The apartments are large, spacious, and warm. That is appreciated. The catering in the hotel is top-notch. Very tasty.

We were there for her first time, not the last, peace and quiet..... Everything very nice.

The hotel was fantastic, and Świeradów itself really surprised me, it's beautiful! The apartments are tastefully decorated, and the cleanliness of the staff also deserves praise. The food was worthy of a five-star hotel, it was delicious. It was a very successful stay at the hotel thanks to the lovely atmosphere and numerous amenities. The staff responded quickly to our requests.

Very nice hotel, rooms are nice, clean, and spacious, toilets as well. When we were there, we could listen to live music, nice bar. The pool is large, with a separate paddling pool for children, only the water was a bit cold. Lots of animations for children so that's a big plus. The food was good and there was a wide selection for everyone. Additionally, there is an à la carte restaurant where you can also eat deliciously and listen to the piano. The location is also good, close to the ski lift, so perfect for skiers. Underground garage and the possibility of parking outside.

We stayed at Elements in an apartment, in the building next to the hotel. Very good conditions, very clean, beautiful view from the window. Delicious breakfasts, we also used the dinner options which were varied and very tasty. Large pool for adults, and a nice solution for little kids. A wide selection for those who like saunas. I booked the stay through travelist, later called the hotel to arrange the details, a very nice lady asked if I had any special requests, and since I had a birthday during the trip, I asked for a room with a beautiful view. We were pleasantly surprised because on the day of arrival we received a room of a higher standard with a beautiful view at the price we had previously paid.

I have a comment regarding the playroom, my daughter was not completely satisfied, although we spent some time there, a mini monkey grove would be useful, because in case of bad weather, there is no possibility to use the playground outside.

We received a lot of useful information at the reception. The Ski&Sun gondola is very close, you can walk there. The SPA is excellently equipped and has a rich offer. Clean, pleasant, flawless. Nicely varied breakfasts and dinners for both adults and children :)

The rooms are nice and definitely sufficient. The staff was always smiling and eager to help, which made our stay very pleasant. My son liked the game room the most, a great option for bad weather. You can feast your eyes on everything, wonderful dishes, it's a pity you can't try everything. The hotel has all the luxuries, and there's no need to leave it, but the area is really worth seeing.

Great place and the best part is that every Friday they have a sauna ceremony. SAUNA MASTERS, AWESOME TEAM HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! SERVICE ALSO AVAILABLE FOR NON-RESIDENT GUESTS. DESK STAFF VERY NICE DESPITE THE BADLY PARKED CAR. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! and see you on Friday.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location!! Rooms perfect for a family of 4, space and peace even when staying with children ♥️ large balconies with beautiful views. Breakfasts rich and varied, everyone will surely find something for themselves. The restaurant with delicious dinners and even better pizza 🍕♥️ As for the pool, I fell in love with the smallest one, hot water as in thermal baths 😁 The staff very nice and friendly. Thank you very much for the opportunity to spend a great rest with you. It was wonderfully over these few days. We will definitely return ♥️
