The hotel is right by the main attractions making it an excellent location for sightseeing. It was exceptionally clean. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable, and we can't thank them enough.

Abbiamo pernottato tre notti in questo Hotel che non merita sicuramente le 5 stelle, un bagno vergognoso di dimensioni non più di 4 metri quadrati, un lavandino praticamente inesistente per la misura minuta ed ad angolo, scomodissimo da utilizzare, niente Bidet! La prima colazione appena sufficiente visto che mancava addirittura la marmellata per non parlare dei dolci quasi inesistenti, giusto qualche piccolo croissant e dei tranci di torta poco invitanti. Solo succo di Arancia e mela, solo latte fresco classico. Caffetteria esclusivamente con macchine automatiche che erogano prodotti scadenti da un punto di vista qualitativo, si impone una macchinetta per caffè con cialde almeno! Non si allestisce una colazione così in un Hotel a 5 stelle, ve lo dice un collega proprietario di struttura ricettiva in Italia!

All the personnel we interacted with were friendly and helpful! Matthew was outstanding in all that he did for us. He called an area museum for me to help me find a scarf that I had lost. He located the scarf, identified it, and found a guard that met me at the locked museum and gave me my scarf back on that same evening. In addition, he patiently answered our many questions and helped arrange for our day trips.

A few things would have made the stay feel slightly more luxurious: the towels were rather small and worn thin and not large and fluffy as you dream of in a good hotel, and the soap and shampoo were only the usual hair and body stuff that makes your hair go weird. We loved this hotel. Excellent location minutes from the beautiful square and St Mary’s Basilica as well as shops and restaurants, but a warn peaceful haven to come back to after a day sightseeing. We had a standard room but it was a good size and nice shower. Breakfast was fantastic and available early which was useful for our tour to Auschwitz and the Salt Mine when we had to get out by 7.30am. Would highly recommended and such good value for money
