We were lucky, there was a place to park the car all night, but you can also be unlucky. Then the car will have to be left on the street. I liked everything else.

Recently we had the pleasure of organizing our intimate wedding reception at the Hotel Kościuszko restaurant. When we saw the room, we immediately fell in love with it. Everything is at a high level - beautiful wedding hall, decorations, delicious food, nice and helpful waiters. We would like to thank Mrs. Agnieszka who coordinated the reception, provided us with the necessary information, and made important decisions after consulting with us. We are very and unforgettably impressed and we recommend this restaurant with a clear conscience!

Not a 5-star hotel. False advertising. Truly terrible place!

The whole stay was a disaster. The location is advertised as a 5-star hotel. It is very misleading, and I believe someone should look into it. At least two stars should be removed. I strongly suggest you look for a different place for your stay in Kraków. I was a guest in the Hotel Dwór Kościuszko many years ago - and had great memories. This time it was supposed to be the highlight of our trip around Poland. It was the opposite. The hotel is in poor condition - many areas call for urgent repairs. The carpets are stained (we don't want to know the history of the stains), the walls are marked/ scratched, and the furniture coating is peeling - the furniture looks cheap and worn off. The sofa chairs were stained as well. The bed was highly uncomfortable - with springs penetrating my back. The air conditioning was not working properly - the vent was blocked with dust. The sliding door of the wardrobe in my room was levelled with a wine cork! The equipment provided in the room is of poor quality - the kettle looks like the cheapest model you could find. There was no coffee table in one of the rooms - so we were forced to place the kettle on the floor to boil the water. I had to call the cleaners after finding hair in the bathtub and a dirty cup left in the room for us to use. The receptionist smoked cigarettes in front of the hotel entry - I needed to ask him not to enter our room as he smelled like an ashtray. The wifi was dropping out - forcing me to use my data. The shift manager who I spoke with before our departure told me that I could complain as much as I wanted if I didn't like the stay. So I guess they do not care. Spare yourself the trouble - look for better options - there are heaps of them. This hotel was one to consider back in 2015... not anymore. It is not *****! That is false advertising!

Very nice and nice people work here, I am very pleased with the rooms and the preparation of the wedding feast. Everything tasted good and was of good quality. The hotel's interior is also beautiful and clean. Varied breakfast, fresh croissants, fresh fruit, salads, etc. We liked it very much! The casino also has a nice atmosphere! Elegant! Thank you!

The beautiful historic Dworek Bałoprądnicki is literally opposite. I will remember my trip to Krakow with my daughter only well. The only problem was getting to the hotel, because the road workers went crazy, but if you drive to "Czaja", you will find it without any major problems...

- there was no shower gel or shampoo in the bathroom. They should learn from some 2-star hotels that cosmetics are provided in the bathroom

- the entire room stank of cigarettes, probably the stench from the casino entered our room through the ventilation. We slept in the stench

- on Friday evening the entire parking lot was filled with cars, which were gone on Saturday morning. So we had to park the car outside the hotel. This means that they don't care if casino guests occupy the parking lot for hotel guests, even though the parking lot for them is in a different place. So this is a business mainly focused on the casino, and the hotel is just an addition

- pillows very thick, high and uncomfortable. But whatever you like

- rude ladies at the reception, zero, good morning, goodbye

- no table, countertop, anything in the room. Everything has to be placed on a chair

Nice historical hotel

A comfortable bed, beautiful decor of the entire hotel, little randomness, a bathroom with two sinks and a bathtub - a plus. First of all, very clean. Good breakfasts, the restaurant is not big, but during dinner we tried the best dumplings with meat, really! They were delicious. A hotel worth recommending :)

A cozy hotel with friendly staff. Cool location, close to the hospital on Prądnicka Street. The rooms are cozy but small. Warm bathroom (floor heating) with a bathtub but without a shower tray. The fifth star is a bit weak for the room.

Beautiful hotel. Very good location. Rooms clean, well-equipped. The service was nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet is tasty and fresh, with a large selection. A pet-friendly place - a nice area nearby for walks with your pet. The only downside was the air conditioning in the room not working and the fridge not cooling. The problem was reported to the reception but it could not be fixed. I recommend.

Very nice service without the so-called "embouchures". Interesting design, I would only change the window curtain in the bathroom and add a rain shower instead of a regular shower head.

3-day stay. I am delighted with the interior design of the hotel. The dining room, reception and rooms are decorated in the same interwar style. The details everywhere are so refined that you want to come back to such places. The service turned out to be very polite and helpful. It should be added that the area is pleasant in summer, and the park offers pleasant coolness and peace. I sincerely recommend this place and will definitely come again next year.

Hotel was beautiful, with antique furniture, very clean and tidy. Restaurant also very pleasant, we have tried mushroom soup, amazing! By a bad luck next door we had other hotel guests who had a noisy party in the room, shutting doors, listening loud music, awful behaviour!!! This completely destroyed our sleep and night rest.

A unique, atmospheric hotel. The distance from the Old Town fully compensates for the atmosphere full of discreet luxury. Perfectly prepared rooms, a restaurant of a very high standard and very nice people. I wish there were more places like this. I recommend.
