Overall the service was good and helpful. They manage and coordinate all of the paperwork on your behalf which takes alot off your plate especially when you are a parent dealing with a child that has a disability. It can be very challenging when you need to do both. The percentage rate was high but essentially you are paying for the convenience and service which was professional.

This took a little time on my part to go through an assessment and provide relevant information and consent BUT the pay off was great. Once everything was in their hands, they took care of everything for me. I was updated as the process progressed. I dealt with two people there Rose and Lauren and they were a joy to deal with. I truly believe I would not have been able to do this process on my own successfully - this was a stress free alternative. Parents of kids with disability have enough stress in our lives that this one service was worth the fees.

Disability credit canada helped me get approved for my 8 year old son. He has a language impairment so I wasn't sure if he would even qualify. While going through health and psychological challenges, I simply did not have the energy or fortitude to deal with acquiring all the medical records and documentation required to apply for the disability tax credit. Disability Credit Canada have been easy to deal with; they are very communicative at every step of the process, and I am very happy with the results. I highly recommend this company. I’m very satisfied with the service I was given.

I applied on my own with my doctors support initially and was denied for CPP disability. After some research online and reading up about different disability company structures I contacted Disability Credit Canada.

I was heartbroken mid way through the process when my doctor decided to withdraw his support for my re-application, but Laura and Disability Credit Canada reassured me, they worked very hard with professionals in my social circle to get the necessary information included in my re-application package. Mere weeks after submitting it, I was pleasantly shocked to receive a phone call for the approval of disability benefits.

My former family physician of only 2 years knew nothing about the process, and was dead wrong in his understanding of both the application process and my medical history, nor did he attempt to obtain my medical and employment records from the past 10 years, and even told me that these services were bad for people. It’s really easy to say that to your patient when you have an income, are employed yourself and don’t understand how daily life is for your patient. Clearly the doctor didn’t have my best interest at heart. Rose and Laurie were great to deal with, they are professional and worked hard towards getting Kim's DTC approved. They were able to get Kim's DTC approved in just a few weeks! I was seriously injured in a motorcycle accident back in 1980. I was out

of work for over 8 years and having surgeries, therapy and basically just trying to get

some form of life again. Many doctors, therapists and health professionals always commented on how badly I was treated financially but the main thought was to get me talking, walking and hopefully get my leg repaired. People working with me usually said that they would talk to someone about me getting some kind of financial help but never did not even a couple lawyers. Finally just shy of 30 years, I needed to retire from my job. It was just too demanding for me. Work told me that between my work pension and a disability pension I would be okay. CPP disability turned me down when I applied, an old accountant and friend of mine told

I was skeptic at first, because I applied for disability tax credit in the past and I was denied."let me just go with it, what do I have to lose", so I went with it. I was not expecting to be approv, my son has Epilepsy he was diagnose when he was around 5 years old he's now 17. Disability credit Canada got my son approve for the disability taxs credit, and a retractive going back as far as 10 years. I received a total of around 22,000.00. Sometime late spring this year of 2020, we saw an add from Disability Credit Canada claiming to get us more refund against our taxes for things like ADHD diabetes, etc. Umm ya', we thought it might be a scam. After talking about it, my daughter convinced me of giving it a shot. We did. We contacted them after checking reviews and they sent us an application which we filled out. I have been supporting my daughter and her son, my Grandson for almost all of his life in our home and he has ADHD and ODD. Why I couldn't claim him on my taxes by my regular tax consultant at the moment I can't recall, but we had tried. Within a few weeks we found that Disability Credit Canada Team not only came through with my Credit from my taxes to claim my Grandson, but also my daughter received her monthly child allowance with added a higher amount attached on a permanent monthly basis, along with, now get this, she also received back years owing on a much larger check to cover her losses. Very professional took awhile to get it rolling because of covid but the end result was awesome. Got me approved for cpp disability and the disability tax credit. Ended up with a big chunk of change 15,000 in back pay. Laura prepared all the forms for the doctor and sent everything promptly. Very happy with the end result

This is a bit long but felt its important to share my experience, which by the way was extremely positive.

From my first call I was met by a very friendly and supportive woman Rose who took my information. It was then passed on to case workers Laura and Laurie. Both women were wonderful, they were friendly supportive and made me feel very comfortable with the process. The process was made easy and done very quickly. They submitted applications to both disability tax credit and to cpp. Within two months I received the Disability Tax Credit of over 14,000 dollars and by the end of the third month had been approved for CPP disability. I highly recommend using this service, as I found it very intimidating to do on my own. Thanks to everyone at Disability Tax Credit service they took care of everything. They made what seemed to me a very stressful situation on my own to a stress free situation that was done so quick and friendly always giving updates and checking in. My overall experience was positive. Initially I was told my file wasn’t strong which was very upsetting; and the response to my enquires was slow by the intake representative. This was truly stressful and added to my anxiety. Once I received direct contact with Josh and Laura my stress level reduced and I was very well taken care of. They were both in touch with me and provided updates along the way which was very relaxing for me.

Was a waste of my time. Someone from Disability Credit Canada called and when I answered they right away told me that I didn't qualify because I answered the phone. How do they know that I have a special hearing device on my phone. ???? assessment process poor I was expecting a lot more . Will try to get the DTC myself

Have you ever wondered if you qualified for a disability tax credit as you completed your annual tax return but didn’t understand how to apply or heard that it was too difficult? This was me, up to a few months ago. After hearing about Disability Credit Canada from a family friend, I contacted them. The communication was gerally pretty good. There was a long wait between submitting request email and approval email. It would have been nice to have an email or two in between, just to touch base. Just as simple as, just touching base with you, w are still waiting on a response from CRA. We will be in contact and communication until then with any and all updates kind of thing. I understand it's frustrating for you guys as you are left in the dark too. But just an easy hey, this is what we know or dont know kind of thing.ovetall,pretty happy. In fact, I am sure that I wouldn’t as I had been denied my claim in the past. I had pretty much considered this a lost cause as I am relatively young and my issues aren’t usually seen in people of my age. “You’re young. You’ll bounce back.” I felt invisible, but Disability Credit Canada saw me. From the time I spoke with Rose until the day that I received my lump sum payment, I felt seen. I recommend DCC if you feel lost. No one should have to fight this hard got support to get money that they have earned, but they will fight for every cent. Thank you.

Dissability Credit Canada is a wonderful and professional group of dedicated team that truly wants to help you with your dissability claim. They will advocate for you and help you get the right paper work and documentation you need and they will send it for you to the proper government channels and will guide you and give you updates all along the way as they will try very hard and with a good success rate to get your disability application approved .

Thank you so much for all your hard work again I’m speechless . I can now bring my washer and dryer upstairs instead of 2 flights of stairs sometimes having to wait for help and get my so needed hearings aids and bars where needed for safety and support around the home , a new mattress ( one now 12 yrs old ) that will help with my back and so much more ..... while I’m writing this tears are streaming down my face as life will be a little easier and less stressful.
