Absolutely the best company !!!! So professional and easy to work with. Kept me updated on both my disability applications on a regular basis. I never would have been able to do everything they did on my own. I'll still be doing paperwork trying to get approved. Disability Credit Canada is amazing! I was skeptical about how much they would really be able to do for me, but they got me a tax refund of $15,176.69! I nearly fell off my chair when I opened the CRA letter and saw the amount. A very helpful and empathetic group of representatives helped me navigate the opening parts of my cases. Having more check-ins through the very long wait periods, even if just to say we're at this point, we're waiting on such and such, do you have any questions or concerns? would have been more reassuring that it was being monitored. The end process was very abrupt - the card with the great picture of your team was a great touch and uplifting. I am not sure where to start with this company. Working for Ford Of Canada for 38 years in customer service I have never been treated so poorly by a company. Even my doctors assistant in Burlington was shocked how she was treated by Val on the phone. I did a follow up call with Val this week as she said she would finally

submit important paperwork and of course she did not. She over talked me the entire call and even asked me if I wanted to cancel my claim as they have to many clients...what kind of company does this ??? honestly she is very very rude and at one point would not even answer any of my questions. So long story short I wasted 4 months for nothing ...I was even doing all the leg work ...I drove 6 hours in pain just to pick up proper paperwork ...then I find out from my doctor that they never sent paperwork out or even followed up ..I was calm professional and explained to Val I need the paperwork sent this week ...to CRA ..she hung up on me ???like really ...so a hour later I get a email from Laura that they would not be looking after me ...that was a shocker ...anyways i summited the application today myself in 1 day ....do not trust your future with this company !!! I have better things to do with my time but if i can help just one person out that makes me happy.

Right from the beginning of my dealings with Disability Credit Canada it has been a positive experience. I was contacted very shortly after my initial inquiry, the intake process was easy and everything was explained to me as we progressed through the application process. I was given regular updates to the progress of my application and when we ran into delays they were there to help and answer all of my questions. Ok so I have read the good and bad reviews on here. But I will give you the honest truth about my thoughts. I applied for an assessment and got a call the same day from who I would assume was Rose. She was super friendly and got straight to the point. I did not qualify. We joked about it and she pointed out the good points of why I did not qualify. No run around, no leading me on. I feel she really does have your best interests at heart. If you even remotely think you could qualify do the assessment. It's worth your time just to find out.

I found Disability Credit Canada when I was trying to figure out how to appeal the decision on my CPP Disability application. Without their expertise and hard work I wouldn’t have known about the Disability Tax Credit or how to create a reconsideration and, later, an appeal. They did all the work for the Disability Tax Credit application winning it for me backdated from 2011 all the way to 2026! I wasn’t expecting much from it and ended up with a surprising refund! The CPP Disability process was more involved and stressful. After my reconsideration wasn’t approved, I was discouraged and upset thinking I’d somehow messed things up when the adjudicator called me. I thought for sure that the Disability Credit Canada team wouldn’t want to move forward with an official appeal, but they reassured me that my case was solid and that while it felt like we’d failed, there was still hope. For the reconsideration and appeal, they took care of everything from corresponding with my doctor to helping him and my specialists with their letters. They helped me understand how to write an effective description of my disability and how to convey everything so that CPP couldn’t turn me down again. They did all the paperwork and correspondence with CPP so it was largely a hands off experience for me. And after just over a year of working with them, we won the appeal! The relief I feel is incredible. Not only do I have a two year retroactive payment coming, but I also have some guaranteed income for the next 25 years! Becoming permanently disabled has been devastating emotionally and financially for my family so I’m forever grateful to Disability Credit Canada - I absolutely would not have the tax credit or CPP Disability without them! With a competitive disability system that seems designed to reject people, Disability Credit Canada is a crucial team to have working for you! Hire them, you won’t regret it!

Disability Credit Canada helped me when no one else would. They did what they said they would do. They were always very helpful and kind and always only a phone call or an email away. I highly recommend them to anyone who has been denied disability or needs help applying. Without them I would still have no income.

I became too sick to continue working. I had been denied CPP long term disability and I had nowhere else to go for help. I tried to find a lawyer to help me but none would take my case as I wasn’t actually suing a company of employment. Disability Credit Canada were the only ones who would help me. The people that I spoke with were so understanding and kind. They took care of everything. Any time I had questions they were only a phone call or an email away. In the end they won my case for me and thank God they did. Without them I would have no income. They charge 30% of your retroactive refund which is high, but its better than having nothing. And if you don’t win you don’t pay anything. I definitely recommend Disability Credit Canada to anyone who needs help getting disability or who has already been denied.

It's like they knew what I was going through and how to learn about me.

Because their representatives whom I subsequently came in remote contact with: first Ms Rose Ford, and subsequently Ms Laura Sborlini and Ms Laurie Wulfand were superb and hitherto went above and beyond to ensure my application was a success.

To say this firm is altruistic in its service will be an understatement for the following few reasons: I could write pages, but for economy and brevity, the following are imperative to applaud: to wit,

1. They were the quintessential stereotype, if respect and courtesy are merits for superior customer service!

2. Pronto will be my apt word to describe their prompt communication response; whether by phone or email.

3. They strove to answer all my questions about the process; even the irrelevant ones..lol

4. They treated all my inquiries with expediency.

5. As a retired investigative and paralegal professional, I can comfortably attest that theirs is a reputable firm, that walks the talk!

6. If there's a legal firm that doesn't Nicole and dime their clients, they're it, and their fees are open palm, with no hidden costs or disbursements, at least in my experience with them.

7. Last, but certainly not the least, and most importantly, they know their gig, and were therefore very successful in making and ensuring an approval for a most welcome retroactive lump sum payment and monthly CPP benefits, albeit the latter wasn't even the crux of my application.

My experience with Disability Credit Canada was very positive, straightforward, professional, and understanding. Working through a disability application on my own was difficult, to say least, due to an injury that’s left me in a state where it’s hard to think straight. I was very relieved to find Disability Credit Canada, and further relieved when I saw how on the ball & caring they were. Working with my doctor, they got my application straightened out, and now, thanks to their good work, I can rest a bit more easily knowing that I’m getting financial support to help me with my condition.

Disability Credit Canada worked hard for me, and my claim was passed on the first round! Laura Sborlini understood how important my claim was to me, she was empathetic to my situation from start to finish. She responded to every single email or phone call in timely manner, and while I am not the worlds most patient person especially in this situation she was nothing but kind and courteous. My GP made things very challenging which dragged my claim out longer than it needed to be, but in the end my claim was accepted because Laura kept reaching out to my GP, asking for changes to me made etc...

The application for my daughter was denied when I submitted and waited and waited for a reply.

DCC was recommended to me, so I called and it was clear from the questions they asked, that they knew what they were doing, and how different disabilities impact people and their families in different ways.
