Easy online ordering with great communication throughout, superfast delivery with reasonable delivery charges. I asked for sizing advice before ordering and I was advised on the size and fit of the jacket I ordered which was of great help to me and avoided having to return. I was very pleased with the item I ordered and the quality, I highly recommend Charles Vermont I would just like to advise that there will be Customs Charges for EU countries but I didn't mind as my particular jacket was on the sale and still worked out cheaper, very pleased.
