Not every hotel can make you feel like here. The staff takes great care of the Guests' comfort. The heart of the Imperial Gardens is a brilliant Spa - conscious, safe, and very relaxing. The food is tasty. There was no problem finding a suitable meal. An ideal location to commune with nature. Right under your nose, there is a forest and the sea - what more could you want! Praise is due for cleanliness, because everything is really perfectly cleaned.

Recommended for a short break. It is more of a spa hotel than a wellness hotel. We had an apartment in the annex building, which had nice clean large rooms that were cleaned daily. Fresh towels included. The fridge was very loud. Not great at night. There are 2 smaller sauna/pool areas, both with a whirlpool. We did not have direct access to either. We did not like the sauna area in the main building. We were always lucky with the other one, as we were almost alone there. It was also cozier. What was not so great was that there was a camera in the changing area. Actually, there are cameras everywhere. It's okay. And apparently normal there. But the changing area goes too far. For some treatments that can be booked there, you might be unlucky and not be alone, which slightly spoils the relaxation. We also booked the salt cave, which was probably not as healthy due to the air conditioning, but quite nice. The breakfast was really good. Lots of choices, something for everyone. It was constantly replenished. The hotel bar makes great cocktails. Even if it doesn't necessarily have a bar atmosphere. The hotel staff were friendly. I wish some guests were too. The promenade and the Polish market are within walking distance in a few minutes. I would book again for a couple of days at a great price. All in all, it was a nice 3 days, except for the minor details, which is why I give 4 instead of 5 stars.

We went on a spa vacation with friends at this hotel.

Unfortunately, we and many other guests experienced vomiting and diarrhea after dinner. Whether it was due to the food or a virus could not be determined.

Brand new hotel, everything shines! Staying in such conditions was a real pleasure for us. The room was clean and quite spacious. The only downside is the lack of reception of three TV channels, including TVP1 and TVP2. Tasty and varied food, huge selection. We were here for a long weekend. The rooms are functional and clean. The breakfast itself was tasty. However, it cannot be that with a known high number of bookings, things were simply no longer available after a short time. Furthermore, the service staff was completely overwhelmed with the breakfast rush. Providing enough clean dishes and breakfast cereals was a big problem.

The fact that the hotel bars close at 10:00 p.m. and the bar staff like to start cleaning 30 minutes earlier and only reluctantly accept further orders should be taken into account by every future hotel guest for their personal stay planning.

Just last week I spent a week there. This time there was a stomach flu going around. Unfortunately, the hotel did not react at all. Neither with more disinfection nor with hand sanitizer dispensers.

We didn't use the swimming pool and sauna because they were located in another building. The same goes for breakfast. We had to go to the other building in the rain. Otherwise, everything was okay.

The cleanliness of the room was also good, the bathroom was cleaned daily, and the hand and bath towels were replaced as needed.

The hotel has a wellness area with two small saunas. Sauna towels can be borrowed free of charge.

We would like to give special praise to the kitchen: the food was tasty and varied. Drinks such as juice and tea are included, even for the dinner buffet. With full board, there is a 2-course menu for lunch.

We spent three nights in December in an apartment with breakfast at a very fair price.

Unfortunately, as a driver, you are heavily charged everywhere in Swinoujscie, and the hotel is no exception, but at least it is conveniently close by.

The premises (apartment) are quite spartanly furnished, but very new, functional, and spotlessly clean.

Although we did not order room service, the beds were made, the garbage was disposed of, etc.

Heating and hot water are excellent, but the building is quite noisy.

Breakfast is served in buffet form in the main building, with a very large time frame (7.30-11 am).

Huge selection and also a few changing dishes daily.

We were at the hotel from November 14th and took advantage of a great offer. The package included 5 nights, breakfast, dinner, a carafe of wine per person, and a salt cave every day. The offer was very attractive in terms of price. The ladies working at the reception were very nice, as well as in the SPA area, not to mention the lady who cleaned the part of the hotel we stayed in (room 105). We received a room in the main building. Spacious, beautifully furnished (with a large TV), functional, and something I always pay attention to - with snow-white damask bedding. The breakfasts and dinners were varied and very tasty, always with fruits and something sweet for a good coffee from the espresso machine. During our stay, we could enjoy a music evening, a dance evening, and there was also a movie night, so everyone could find something for themselves. We are very satisfied with our stay at Cesarskie Ogrody and will definitely visit this hotel again.

The hotel met our expectations. Good location and large rooms or apartments. Generally clean, only the couch could use a thorough cleaning. The spa treatments were affordable and okay. I had the impression that every massage was performed the same way. And unfortunately, the mud bath was not relaxing at all because the water was quite cold. Also, I had imagined something different under the mud (see video). I highly recommend the cosmetic treatments, such as henna eyebrows and lash lifting (which also includes eyelash tinting automatically)!

Good spa area, decent breakfast. Relatively well located and the service is good. It would be worth investing in a fitness area here again.

Amazing and relaxing days at the hotel-spa. Good food, kind people and good location. I don't understand why it is not at least 4 stars rated. Would recommend a holidays there to my friends and family.

Dinner as a buffet cold/hot for 20 euros 💶. Very tasty 🤤😋 something for every taste. But half board is not necessarily necessary. There are numerous restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel.

A beautiful hotel in a lovely complex, not far from the promenade and the beach.

The apartment/room for 2 people was modern and clean. Unfortunately, as an apartment, it was very sparsely equipped. If you wanted to cook, you would quickly reach the limit with the equipment. The breakfast buffet was very delicious and varied, the staff in the restaurant and at the reception were very friendly.

We did not use any treatments in the spa/wellness area. The sauna is not recommended. There are only 2 saunas on the entire premises. There are hardly any loungers and there is no relaxation room.

Very nice, well-maintained and clean. Close to the beach, 500m to the beach and quiet location and right in the middle. Large hotel complex.

Swinemünde is very good. The bike paths are good.

We were there as a family. The room was clean and relatively new. Food very tasty.

But the room was not cleaned. The beds were made but not swept or mopped. And after a week at the beach, some sand also accumulates in the room. Otherwise highly recommended 👍

We stayed at the residence. Good location and beautiful rooms. Everyone was super nice. We parked in the underground garage. The breakfast buffet was very diverse. The à la carte restaurant was amazing. Had fantastic meals two evenings.
