High-level service. Great saunas! Finnish, steam, for rituals. Additionally, a bosun's bucket and ice, top-notch. Meals are really good, a wide selection for everyone. I am always satisfied with the cleanliness of the rooms in this hotel.

We recommend the rooms, nice and spacious. Dry and wet saunas for adults in various temperature ranges, infrared light sauna. The food - a class in itself, everything as it should be. Excellent location of Blue Mountain Resort, the mountains are beautiful. I felt very welcome here, the staff was extremely kind. It's great that the parking is large and two-level, in the summer the car won't get wet, and in the winter there's no need to shovel snow.

We were treated at the highest level. Delicious buffet food. The hotel offers a beautiful panorama of the mountains. Aqua park - warm water in the pool is a big advantage. There is also an area for toddlers. The apartment is very large and comfortable, cleanliness is great.

Rooms spacious and comfortable, pool child-friendly. Unfortunately, the food lacks variety, the restaurant not adapted for such a large number of people. Crowded everywhere, people stepping on each other's toes. The animations are a plus.

A great facility for families with children, everyone will find something for themselves: a water park with slides, sauna area, jacuzzi, monkey grove, game room, and attractions for adults. The mini kitchen in the rooms is well equipped. Blue Mountain has a good location, next to hiking trails (to Szrenica). One will definitely not be bored here, there is a SPA, Aquapark, many attractions around. The service at this hotel was very friendly and helpful. Trip 10/10, Blue is in a great location. Great that every guest gets a bathrobe, even the youngest ones :) The room is sensational, just like everything else. The service at the hotel was amazing, the staff was very helpful and friendly throughout the stay. The apartment was aesthetic and clean although not the newest. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Many animations for children, the aquapark has an outdoor and indoor pool.

The dishes are very diverse, both hot and cold. I recommend it for a rest while hiking in the mountains or leisurely walks in Szklarska Poręba. In the lower part of the aquapark, you can relax, it's really a relaxation zone :) You can tell that the employees put a lot of heart into their work. I have nothing to complain about, everything's ok.

The hotel is large and very nice, close to the center of Szklarska. There was nothing I didn't like. The meals are really good, a wide selection for everyone. The hotel deserves praise for wonderful service and the kindness of the staff. The place is located off the beaten path, about a 10-minute walk to the center.

50 PLN for an 80% empty parking lot with a reserved hotel stay seems like a rip-off. The standard is rather poor, showing signs of wear - a shower that doesn't close properly, old cabinets, a creaky bed. I highly recommend the massage, however.

Food in buffet form is a good thing, the food is very delicious. The rooms are reasonably spacious with a kitchenette. For the youngest, there is a play area inside or a playground outside. The hotel is located near the Czech border, where there are great slopes. Full professionalism and mega commitment.

Cleaned in the rooms as well as in the whole hotel, it is appreciated. I am very happy with my stay at Blue Mountain. Wonderful people throughout the hotel, no complaints. There is a bowl of water for dogs at the reception, I really appreciate such an attitude. The food is great - the menu is for everyone.

I am impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel, even when it's busy. The receptionist, when I asked for a foosball ball, told me to give the children a ping pong ball... she didn't feel like looking for it. We like to come back here because of the great location. Delicious food in the form of a buffet with plenty of options to choose from. There are plenty of attractions for children here.

The hotel's location is very good. Everything is fine, clean and comfortable, which is the most important. The pool is perfect for families with children, there is a smaller pool with a slide. A generous menu for meals. I felt very welcome here, the staff was extremely friendly.

I honestly do not recommend this hotel. For me, it's a maximum of 3 stars for the facility and service. Starting with the positives: the rooms are large and clean, the breakfast is good and quite varied, plus points for the cold cuts. And now moving on to the negatives. We paid 800 PLN per night plus 50 PLN for parking, and the hotel does not offer the premium offer we expected. At this price, we received scraped dirty walls, an unstable shelf under the shower, and an Ikea Lack table also scraped. Rooms cleaned every 2 days upon request. Room with 2 beds instead of a double bed, which was changed with great reluctance. The hotel itself inside is very average, not very atmospheric. Dirty walls everywhere and sofas like in a cheap motel. The elevators constantly break down, and you have to constantly walk up the stairs to the top floor. The restaurants resemble canteens, not restaurants. You have to pay a deposit of 100 PLN for each towel at the pool. In addition, there is only one towel per stay. The playground is a fenced narrow strip in the middle of the parking lot. No hotel insulation, you can hear exactly what is happening in the stairwells, plus a mega loud disco on weekends. Whether you like it or not, you have to listen while in your room. The hotel is not worth its price. The photos on the hotel's website distort its real appearance.

Clean, pleasant, faultless. The food is diverse and very good. The aqua park - warm water in the pool is a big advantage. There is also a zone for toddlers. The location of BMR is a 5+, you can walk to the waterfall. Super friendly staff, you can see they love their job.

This is our second stay at Blue Mountain Resort. The first time everything was fine. The second trip was also okay, we wanted to come again but only up to a certain point. Before leaving the hotel, even though we were in a hurry to catch the train, our 3-year-old son really wanted to spin the wheel of fortune. He drew "hotel review". The lady demanded that I write a review at that moment, otherwise there would be no prize for the child. I told her that I already wrote one review for the previous stay, and that I couldn't write another one at that moment because we were already late. The very unsympathetic lady did not like this and just said "next". I have never encountered such treatment of a child in a hotel that is supposed to be family-friendly, and we travel often. My son left crying because other children got a lollipop and he didn't. All for a silly lollipop that costs a few zlotys. Disappointing. I promised her that I would write a review and I keep my word.

Some very nice people work at the hotel, you can count on them. In the room, there is a small set for making coffee and tea, everywhere is clean. Fantastic location, close to the city and the mountains. Varied and tasty breakfasts. The bio sauna with vitamin D is wonderful!

The hotel and the atmosphere in the hotel are very positive, the staff is helpful, smiling, friendly, I highly recommend it, it's worth spending time there.

Great location in a beautiful holiday area (many attractions). Apartments are functional, a bit too noisy, with some minor flaws. The mountain views are portrayed slightly differently in the brochure than in reality. Breakfast selection is great. Playrooms and water park are convincing for families with kids. Wellness offerings can be booked at short notice and are reasonably priced. Staff is professional and polite, but not warm. Hotel bar is very expensive, but offers top-quality cocktails.

Big plus for the breakfast-dining room service. The room is clean, plenty of space in it. I am a fan of this hotel because you can bring your pet. Many hiking trails around Blue Mountain Resort, super for us.

We stayed in this hotel for Easter and really enjoyed all the events and entertainment! There was one thing that did not work well for us: the obligatory schedule for Easter breakfast and dinner. The timing was very uncomfortable and there was no flexibility at all with that. All the rest was great!

We have already been to the Blue Mountain Resort for the 3rd time and we always like it very, very much. The first time I was in the spa and I have to say, it's a shame that I only tried it now. I come from the industry myself and had a 1-hour massage today. Martyna was my masseuse and she was so perfect, I rarely received a massage of this high quality, thank you very much for that and I will definitely try one of the many massages again next time. The pool and sauna area is very nice and we can only praise everything else as well. We will definitely come back.
