We fondly remember this vacation ☺️ The hotel was beautiful, suitable for children. The outdoor pool looked lovely, but in winter we preferred to use the wellness facilities, which cannot be compared to those in the Czech Republic.. much more space and greater luxury, which you can hardly find here.

They have rich playrooms for children. The room was clean, the bedroom was separate in a glass room, it felt very pleasant. I really can't find any faults 🥂

Excellent service, has more class than some guests. Unfortunately, the walls and doors are not well soundproofed, so you can hear everything that happens in the corridor and in the neighboring rooms in the apartment. The beds creak and are uncomfortable. BUT the location of the hotel is good, the food is very good, great organization (several dining rooms, bar, no crowds), great architectural solution for such a large hotel (access to the Aqua Park and spa without going outside). Overall, a successful stay despite the above comments.

We were at Christmas 2022. Christmas Eve was a tragedy, there was nothing to eat, the dishes were dry and the fish was undercooked. No buffet for children. I do not recommend it.

The hotel is very nice, with lots of entertainment and attractions for children, but the food is not good. There is no buffet for children, and the meat is in an artificially spicy sauce that is inedible. The food leaves much to be desired.

P.S. If the kitchen changes, we would be happy to return.

Service is great, very helpful and friendly. The food is very poor. The hotel looks great, the water park is very big, the rooms as well. The only downside is uncomfortable beds.

We were during the holidays, the restaurant staff was very pushy in collecting plates and glasses from the table, in practice we had to watch out because a moment of inattention and they would take them. Additionally, they kept asking if they could take them already.

Friendly service at the restaurant, average food selection. Overall, it was average for the money, especially since it was a Christmas package.

Holidays in this place I totally do not recommend because the management organized everything cheaply... a 30-minute queue to see Santa because everything was organized at once, because the marketing department did not think to not plan a visit to Santa every 5 minutes on the Christmas invitations, children cry and collapse... Christmas Eve was a disaster, sour borscht, everything tasteless, I thought I was being picky but everyone I talk to says the same... the Christmas attractions are a joke, thank God you have such staff who try their best and work like ants despite poor management or direction... why did you light the bonfire if it was raining, you couldn't organize sausages, umbrellas, blankets... people?! Everyone orders pizza after Christmas Eve because they are hungry and there is nothing to do, but I guess that was the point?! It's a failure, I'm here for the last time and unfortunately we came on recommendation :(

I am on a holiday stay and it's a massacre, I'm paying more than usual but actually getting less. The Christmas Eve dinner was very cheap and average in taste, without any variety. The borscht was sour and the rest was unseasoned. I came here hoping for regional Christmas specialties, but it's worse than usual. The attractions are very cheap. The pool is closed after Christmas Eve, people are disappointed, there's nothing to do with children. I'm sitting at the caroling with an empty table because I guess the management doesn't want to leave the cake after the coffee break, even though it was there. People even wanted to use the coffee machine to have something to listen to while caroling, but they were immediately told to turn it off. I'll say this, there's so much potential wasted, it's a failure. The only thing I can praise is your staff, very nice and helpful, especially in the gastronomy department, and always smiling. They are the only ones saving anything, congratulations to whoever planned this!

Poor customer service when making an inquiry.

The service was very rude, especially the ladies at the reception. They provided incorrect information. There were a lot of "hidden" costs, parking was 50 PLN per day, and for 2 adults and 2 children, only two single blankets were provided, and an additional 20 PLN per person was required for extra blankets. The hotel is in poor condition and needs renovation.

I consider the stay successful, despite a few negative issues. The reception staff was nice, explained everything, and provided folders with important information. The apartment had a typical hotel style. It included a separate bedroom with two beds, a large room with a spacious sofa, TV, a table with four chairs, a large wardrobe (which unfortunately overwhelmed the room by separating the areas), and a small kitchenette with a hot plate, as well as a bathroom with a shower. Unfortunately, in the room with a separate bedroom, we had two beds pushed together with two separate mattresses. It was quite uncomfortable to sleep, as the beds would slide apart during the night, creating a gap between the mattresses. A huge downside. If I were to come back, I would need to make sure that the bedroom has one double bed. The kitchenette had glasses, cups, pots, cutlery, and two sachets of coffee and tea, as well as two carbonated waters (it's a shame that one was carbonated and the other was not) and two creamers in the fridge. Minus - the heating element in the kettle had orange dots, which was discouraging to use. The bathroom was spacious, with a lot of empty space (I suspect it was for a metal clothes dryer, which can be found in the closet in the next room). There were no shelves to place cosmetics, towels, or spare clothes. They could have solved this issue with foldable plastic shelves that can be placed in the empty space in the bathroom. The room was clean and spacious.

The pool area is quite spacious, with a children's area and an indoor pool in winter. Some of the saunas are only accessible to people over 15 years old. Unfortunately, not everyone follows this rule and enters with small children, who make noise and disturb the relaxation. I did not see any staff at the sauna area. The saunas themselves have a wide selection, several rooms, a salt cave, lighting, and a jacuzzi. I recommend the sauna area.

Massages in the beauty area were pleasant, with a nicely scented oil and friendly service.

The lobby hosts various performances by artists. The pizza is styled after Italian cuisine. The dough is like a bun, and the taste of the pizza is average. I wouldn't order it again. The winter drink with alcohol is delicious.

Both the above-ground and underground parking are a plus.

The hotel presents itself well and is located in a nice place, somewhat off the beaten path but close to hiking trails and also close to restaurants and places to eat in Szklarska. You can walk to have lunch. Despite a few mishaps, I recommend it.

Stayed from December 12th to 16th, very nice hotel from the outside, very good and diverse food with a large selection. As for the service, I have reservations. The double room had a double bed made up of two single beds, and after the first night, it turned out that the beds were separating. I reported the problem at the reception on the way to breakfast, but they said they couldn't solve it. Around noon, I made another request to solve the problem, but they again said they couldn't solve it. On the way to dinner, I made another request to solve the problem, and again, it was refused. Only when I asked to speak to the manager did it have an effect, and they changed my room. This situation discouraged me from staying at Blue Mountain Resort any longer, and I will deduct another star for the ski room. Even though it's not the season yet, the skiing conditions were good. When I returned from the slopes, the ski room was closed. The receptionist didn't know how the ski room operated because it is independent of the hotel, and I had to call the person in charge, who said it could be opened within an hour, but if I left my equipment, I would also have to schedule a pickup. These two situations have made me unlikely to visit Blue Mountain Resort again.

This was our first stay here with children. The children were extremely happy with the playroom, multi room, and game room, but probably most of all with the pool. As for the apartment, the sofa bed could be more comfortable - after all, you come here to relax.

Wonderful place. We had an exceptional time. The deluxe room was spacious, and the amenities were good. The pool water was warm, and there was plenty of space. The breakfasts were very good, with a huge selection. The biggest advantage of this hotel is the people. Smiling, friendly, and helpful. It truly felt like being with family in a warm atmosphere. We will definitely come back!

Sam hotel is fine, but unfortunately it is very cold in the children's playroom, and the water in the children's paddling pool is also cold.

Perfect hotel for families with children. On weekends, there are attractions all day long, so children will definitely not get bored. The food is delicious, with a wide selection of dishes - everyone will surely find something for themselves. The pool area is big enough. A big plus is that all the attractions in the hotel are located in one building, so there is no need to go outside. One disappointment for me is the children's playroom - it seemed bigger in the pictures. It is also clear that it needs refreshing. There are not many toys for the youngest, the room is quite dark and a bit gloomy. Other than that, everything is definitely a plus.
