We spent a long January weekend in Blue Mountain with many attractions organized by the Resort and visiting nearby tourist routes adapted for children. Rich and delicious breakfast and lunch buffet, where every picky eater will find something for themselves.

It was fantastic, we were with a 6-year-old commando who left very happy. The breakfasts were very tasty, the staff was extremely friendly, and there really is nothing to complain about ;) Despite the 700 km that separate us, we will definitely come back ;)

Generally, I recommend it. High standard, great meals, there are some attractions for the youngest at the pool. On the downside, the location and the fact that the pontoon track is only open in the summer season (despite the lack of snow in the winter season :( )

Rooms and recreational spaces are increasingly neglected. I have been here a year and two years ago and you can see the lack of proper maintenance. It gets worse every year.

I would just like to add that people who subtract a star because the balcony window has streaks or there was nowhere to put cosmetics, seriously people? Have some mercy... I understand that you clean windows every other day at home, and cosmetics can be put in a cosmetic bag and placed in a closet, beds - okay, they can be a bit annoying because they move apart... but you can at least cuddle with another person on one piece of it, and as for food, there is PLENTY, how much food would you like to waste? 😁 Let's not look for flaws in everything :) ..

Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet our expectations at all. When we arrived, the room was already dirty and despite booking for four people, there were only 2 pushed-together beds and a sofa bed (which had many stains) that we had to make and unfold ourselves. There was also a folding bed that was dirty and we had to make it ourselves as well. However, there were no bed sheets provided. The staff here is very unfriendly and everything is only in Polish, meaning if you want to say something, you hardly have a chance because the staff barely speaks English, let alone German. If you come here with small children, it might be okay, but teenagers hardly have a chance to do anything in the hotel. Unfortunately, there were also problems with the room cleaning. We had to request that our room be cleaned because otherwise it wouldn't be done. Our room was not cleaned for 4 days, even though we had notified the reception multiple times. When our room was finally cleaned, it was still not properly clean. It seems that there is no new bedding available, and we had to ask multiple times for new towels. There was not even an apology for all of this. We also booked a New Year's Eve celebration, which was not good either. There was entertainment for small children and adults (if you consider dancing as entertainment for adults), but there was nothing for teenagers. The food was also bad, with very limited options and sometimes the food was cold. For the main meals, there were only three drink options: still water, apple juice, and orange juice (in the morning and evening). There were also three coffee machines. Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio is not good at all. We will definitely not come back.

Good breakfasts, nice pool and playroom. The spacious rooms are clean. However, the food at Wiglia was exceptionally tasteless, even inedible - definitely ordered from some cheap catering. The staff, especially the Ukrainian ones and the receptionists, are exceptionally rude and unprofessional. During the meal, they come to the table every minute, snatching the plate from under your nose. Additionally, they gossip about hotel guests out loud. Considering the price of the Christmas stay (19,000 PLN for 2 apartments), the price-to-quality ratio is very poor, especially in relation to the unpleasant staff (except for the receptionist at the pool).

We've been with a family, it's our second time here and this time we celebrated New Year 🎉 and it's been awesome, nice and clean rooms good food and atmosphere. Kids enjoyed pool and other playing activities! We will visit it for sure again, for three stars unexpectedly great service!

Being there again and believing that the Christmas Eve dinner will be delicious, I was mega disappointed with my family (the Christmas Eve dinner didn't make a big impression). The following meals in the following days were much better. The hotel itself is very nice and there is plenty to do with children.

The equipment of the apartments is poor. The taste is also questionable, the food is either oversalted or tasteless. For a 4-star hotel, it is unforgivable, with dirty walls and peeling plaster.

Failure, dirty hotel, rooms with worn-out walls, dirty sofa, dirty bed sheets with hair. Torn bathrobes with holes. Shame and disgust will remain for a long time. Pictures of other rooms in the advertisement are different from what is actually provided. Overall, the standard is far from 4 stars. I do not recommend, rather discourage. Oh, and those creaking beds, you can't move without waking up immediately.

Wonderful family stay combined with a champagne New Year's party. I think everyone will find something for themselves here. I wonder where the negative reviews about the hotel come from because there is basically nothing to complain about, maybe one thing that wasn't very pleasant was the blonde lady at the reception on Friday, but the other lady sitting next to her made up for it with kindness and a friendly attitude.

Together with my husband and a group of friends, we had a great time at the hotel. The hotel provides many attractions for adults and children. Adults and children can spend time, for example, at the pools. You can also book a massage or play billiards, while the children have a great time in the monkey grove. Our apartments consisted of a bedroom, a living room with a kitchenette, and a bathroom. The food was very delicious, and the hotel staff was friendly. The New Year's party with animators for children was excellent. Excellent stay, 5+ rating. I highly recommend Blue Mountain Resort.

New Year's stay was very successful. Delicious food, great party. The cleanliness maintenance could be improved for longer stays. It is difficult to have proper cleaning of the apartment.

At the New Year's Eve party, there was a bottle of vodka and a bottle of red wine per table. White wine included. My children love this water park. Rooms are warm and practically furnished. Ski room and hotel ski school available.)

We were recommended the hotel, we are very disappointed, everything is only in Polish, the food is not even translated into English, especially on New Year's Eve, the room was not clean upon arrival, it is not cleaned daily and you have to make the sofa bed for your children yourself. It used to be a light-colored couch, now it is not. The food, especially on New Year's Eve, is outrageous, the value for money is not right. The staff seems annoyed, issues are not resolved. Nothing is offered for teenagers. Unfortunately, it does not get better. We have requested room cleaning multiple times (you have to request it, otherwise the rooms are not cleaned, no matter how long you have booked), this was not implemented at first, we had to ask 4 times and it took 4 days, now it was cleaned within 10 minutes and not thoroughly. You do not receive new bedding. Unfortunately, there is also no apology.)

Rooms nice and clean, the whole hotel well-maintained, great pool - warm water, water slide, rushing river, game room OK nice attraction but 4 PLN for 1 token is a bit excessive, same goes for the price of beer... Lobby bar very small for such a large facility and number of guests. Staff friendly. Food so-so. Overall, a recommended place.

Great wellness for families with children. Huge hotel complex for a lot of people. Half board was a big disappointment. The food really wasn't worth anything. Lobby bar with a few tables where you had to wait for a free table. Don't forget to bring your slippers to the wellness, they are not included as standard in other hotels. Parking is also not included in the price. Otherwise, the hotel is nice.

We went with our family for Christmas using the package offered by the resort.

And I have to admit that we are moderately satisfied. The Christmas atmosphere was not captured at all. There were no decorations in the place where the "festive" dinner took place. A large tent was set up in front of the hotel where there was free refreshments every day, and carol singing in the evening. The problem was that the person leading it couldn't sing at all. It was unbearable to listen to, and it was better to stay in the hotel room.

As for the food, it was a 3/5. It seems like they don't have a chef because burnt food (which everyone returned) or stale herring that had been sitting on the table for half a day was served. The bread (supposedly baked in the morning) was hard.

The hotel equipment seems to be showing signs of aging, as some of the devices were damaged (e.g. foosball table). The water in the pool was cold, which some people reported to the lifeguard. There were many shortcomings in the rooms. Dirty shower cabins, holes in the curtains, lack of full equipment (missing wine glasses that were supposed to be there).

Overall, the stay was no different from a regular stay, which is quite disappointing.

The hotel is very focused on families with children, so there are a lot of them. They should change the name to "family resort".

It is worth mentioning that the resort has a large parking lot, but they charge 50 PLN per day (!) for regular reservations. Which is a big scandal.
