Large selection of good food. The apartment is very large and comfortable, cleanliness is superb. The hotel deserves praise for its wonderful service and the kindness of the staff. Large complex with many attractions for both older and younger guests. Pleasant relaxation in a mountain atmosphere, at Blue Mountain they know how to provide it :) We suggest separating the check-in of families with children to a separate apartment, for example A, and guests without children to another, for example B, this will provide greater comfort for families without children. (guaranteed quiet). In the dining room, you can also think about a section for families with children and a section for families without children. Screams and cries of toddlers in the dining room unfortunately disturbed the rest. Greetings to the staff deserving praise👍️❤️

Definitely perfect for a stay with a child

Our family loves Blue Mountain, a nice and quiet neighborhood. The pool is very large, so you can swim. Everything is cool, clean and comfortable, which is the most important. Very nice and helpful staff. Buffet-style food is a good thing, the food is very tasty.

Pros:

1. Elegant service - especially regarding the pool reception. I left my watch in the changing room. When I returned for it, it was at the pool reception. My wife lost an earring and I hope it will also be found.

2. Great, and I count this as a huge plus - you can use the hotel pool for free until the evening even after checking out at 11:00 AM.

3. Diverse sauna facilities.

4. Interesting animations for children.

5. Playroom, game room, gym open even after 10:00 PM.

6. Spacious rooms with a bedroom.

7. Fresh and tasty food.

Cons:

1. Lack of green space where you can relax outdoors in the quiet of the hotel - the balcony does not fully compensate.

2. Visible wear and tear in the rooms - meaning frames sealed with glue or foam, scratched tiles, panels, peeling paint on balconies - but personally, it didn't bother me ;-) However, for those who are looking for luxury, it will be bothersome.

3. Paid parking - However, from Friday to Sunday they charged for 2 nights instead of 3. ;-)

4. Too soft mattresses (for me) - a corner sofa as a substitute helped ;-)

5. The double bed is two single beds pushed together.

I can confidently recommend the hotel if cleanliness is important to someone, BM provides it. Nice and helpful staff both at the reception and throughout the facility. Pool, saunas, jacuzzi are a great addition to the stay. The food is excellent, varied, and tasty. Great location. We highly recommend it to everyone.

Pros:

- large, spacious apartments - staying with children is very comfortable;

- great pool area, with very warm water in the paddling pool and the "main" pool;

- good food at breakfasts and dinners, a wide selection, delicious coffee;

- lots of attractions, animations for children;

- extensive sauna area, well heated, no children, which gives parents a chance to relax.

Cons:

- room finishes a bit like from Jysk, but everything was functional, we didn't mind such aesthetics, but the trip was dedicated to children;

- no air conditioning - I do not recommend staying during the summer months;

- charge for a baby cot.

In summary: we were very satisfied with the stay with children, animations and attractions for children at a high level.

Delicious food with a wide selection of dishes. It's worth praising the staff for their great work. You can definitely relax here but also go on more active excursions. I have nothing to complain about in terms of cleanliness of the entire facility. Fantastic pool and spa area, most importantly in the same building as the rooms. Nice saunarium but a minus for not respecting the rules of proper sauna use. Although there is information at the entrance about the nudity zone, 80% of the sauna visitors are tourists in swimsuits who can't even lay a towel on the benches. Unfortunately, no one supervises this.

Almost everything is fine - The hotel is large, with lots of attractions. The approach of the lobby bar staff and one of the receptionists was a bit unpleasant - due to my age, they were skeptical - others pay for their stay after their rest, and I had to pay before it even started ;). Please don't judge a book by its cover ;)))

Hotel in a good location, close to a trip to the mountains. The bedding in the rooms is snow-white and fragrant. Everything is okay :) the water in the pool is cold but that's a personal matter, you can tell the hotel was opened a few years ago, maybe a small renovation for a more modern look of the rooms and it will be great :) lots of attractions for children from animations to playrooms.

No complaints about cleanliness, I am satisfied. Dinners are great, tasty, with a lot to choose from. The location of the hotel is very good. There is a SPA area and Aquapark on the hotel premises, we highly recommend it to everyone :) The staff is very nice and friendly towards guests.

It is clear that cleanliness in the hotel is a priority. Great grill bar where you can drink craft beer and eat sausages. We like to come back here because of the great location. We felt treated like honored guests, thank you very much. I liked all the meals, there is nothing to complain about.

The hotel is very quiet in the rooms, also at night. We consider our stay at this Blue Mountain hotel to be very successful. I have nothing to complain about, everything's fine. Very, very good breakfast! The staff is very nice.

Great respect for the resort for the large parking lot, you can park without any problem even on weekends. Both in the rooms and in the common areas there is order. Around Blue Mountain, there are many trails, you can jump for example to Szrenica, and further to Śnieżne Kotły.

Rooms clean, although in need of refreshing - heavily worn panels; mattress and flattened pillows also need replacing. The definite plus is their size and the view from the balcony, the downside is the thumping Saturday disco and lack of soundproofing.

Great sauna area, same with breakfasts - very varied and tasty.

The parking fee of 50 PLN per day definitely should not apply to hotel guests...

The stay with 3 children was great. The rooms are large, clean. The food is delicious, varied, especially the dinners deserve praise. The pool area is a 5, the kids sat there for 4 hours. Everything you need is on site. I recommend.

15 minutes walk to the center of Szklarska, however, the hotel is self-sufficient. The dishes are tasty and even with a large number of Guests, everything was replenished on the go. It's worth coming to this hotel. There was nothing I didn't like. Children have a paradise here, lots of water attractions as well as hotel ones, adults will also find something for themselves.

I am impressed by the cleanliness in the hotel, even with high occupancy. The location of the hotel - one of the better ones. Wonderful cuisine, big applause for its chef for the varied meals. There is no one here to fault, great service. Cool animations, bouncy castle, trampoline, pontoon slide.

Order is maintained everywhere at a high level, 10/10. The hotel is good for family trips with the youngest, very good location. Excellent food, we liked everything. The service in this hotel was very friendly and helpful. I recommend the saunas, it's wonderful to warm up like that.

👍 Buffet breakfasts, tasty dishes that rotate. The facility is clean in the room as if you don't report it, no one comes to clean, but if you need it, you can even daily. I waited about an hour for the problem with the bathrobe to be solved, calling several times did not bring any result, no one answered. During the week, the hotel's attractions are reduced, some are shortened, not operational, turned off, a pity because the fee for each day is the same. Everything else is a plus, I have no more complaints.

All dishes fresh and tasty, highly recommended. The bathroom quite large, rooms spacious, everywhere clean. Staff nice, establishing a bond with the client. Large swimming pool with an area for toddlers. Great place for family rest! The location of the hotel very good. The only downside is the squeaky beds 😉

Upon check-in, it turned out that the room we received had very dirty walls, the floor was scratched in places down to the panel underlay. After complaining at the reception, our room was changed. It was evident that just before letting us in, the service had been washing the walls. The closets barely opened, and in the bathrooms, wear and tear were visible at every step - including patched door frames. The plastic card key - it kept falling apart every time the card was inserted.

It's strange that sometimes a fruit plate welcomes us in the room, and other times it's not there. The double bed is just two single beds put together. The whole setup would move apart, and the beds were squeaky. Unfortunately, it's visible that the rooms are heavily worn (it was our 4th time, probably the last).

Breakfast and dinner average, typical mass-produced food. The coffee was terrible, we had to resort to the aquabar. On the plus side, ice cream at dinner - the kids were happy.

I don't understand why the pontoon track is only open on weekends. My child was terribly upset that they couldn't use it.

The biggest pluses are the animations for children, the room with the monkey grove, a large swimming pool, and the fact that you don't have to go outside to get to breakfast or the pool. The sauna area is extensive, and in the further saunas, you can't hear the children's noise. In the room with the monkey grove, a water dispenser like the ones by the saunas would be a great convenience for parents.

The hotel is definitely not worth the regular price, choosing it only makes sense with a promotion on travelist like -40/-30% It's visible that the common areas and rooms need renovation.

Firstly, this is not a hotel but a resort. And they have a long way to go to reach 5 stars. There is no cleaning, it is only available upon the explicit request of the client, not the guest. The reception staff seems to be picked up randomly rather than being specialized and suitable for interacting with people representing the resort. There's no possibility of reaching an agreement. They have their mantra, learned phrases, and very rigid conversation frameworks. There's no room for dialogue. The pool is simply dangerous - there's a hidden step in the paddling pool and because of that MY CHILD nearly broke their foot because they hit it!!! And the lifeguard said that "we will be cutting off a toe" - seriously to a 4-year-old child???? The food is monotonous. The only thing that defends this resort is a robot cat that was moving along the corridor. Even the lift pulling the tubes at the slide was turned off.

The staff of this hotel was extremely hospitable and friendly. Nice variety of breakfasts and dinners for both adults and children :) Water park, various types of saunas, beauty salon, game room, playroom for the youngest. The hotel is recommendable. The only reservation is the railings, after opening the windows. They are so low that they are simply unacceptable. I must admit that being with small children gave a lot of concern. Especially since we were staying in an apartment on the 5th floor.

Giving a strong 5, it was our first time with a child and a dog. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the food delicious! Plenty of attractions for both small and big kids. The pool is great. We are glad that our son could bring his beloved dog, which is not small, and there was no problem for him to be with us on a quick vacation. Thank you very much for the hospitality, and we will definitely come back! We have another wonderful spot on the map for spending active family time!
