Very nice piece of furniture and excellent quality workmanship. The customer service was also excellent and managed to resolve my issues regarding import tax, which if you’re buying outside the EU, you have to pay. This was unclear at the time of purchase, and hopefully moving forward that will have addressed this matter on the website.

The choice between the samples sent was very helpful. The bench looks like in the photos and thus meets expectations. Delivery was within the announced time and easy to assemble with a few simple steps. Only removing the outer packaging was quite cumbersome.

The chest bench looks good and is very stable, but also quite heavy. I found the delivery with DHL difficult, such a large item would be better delivered by a freight forwarder with a reasonable time announcement. The delivery was one day earlier than announced, did not fit in the nearby parcel station, so I had to pick up the huge box from a distance. I had no choice but to take a taxi....

The ordered cloakroom bench is of very good quality, stable, and carefully processed. The product deserves all the stars. However, the processing of the order is very poor. I did not receive an order confirmation and never received a response to email inquiries. Actually, I thought my money was gone and I would never receive any goods. It's a pity that it went like this, it is in stark contrast to the very good product.

However, the legs were missing in my delivery. Two short emails and the problem was solved and the legs were delivered afterwards. The communication was very good at all times.
