Hello, I ordered a bench/pouffe in the size of 90x40. Very well made, the product is flawless, very good/nice fabric. The only issue was that the delivery was not made on the date I requested, which was reported 2 weeks before the planned delivery. The goods were waiting for me on the doormat for over 5 days.

I do not recommend, I still have not received the shipment, I burned everything from the top, it was supposed to be 28 days and I am totally ignored. Only when I write to them, they say it's 28 days, and then they still don't meet the deadline and drag it out for another week. So I do not recommend because I think I was cheated out of 1800 PLN.

Very nice seat, great upholstery, firm, not sinking, elegant. The only thing you can complain about is unfortunately the painting of the frame. The frame was probably not thoroughly cleaned before painting and unfortunately some dust particles are painted over, you can't see it from afar but unfortunately you can see it up close. Long waiting time.

The customer service was also excellent and managed to resolve my issues regarding import tax, which if you’re buying outside the EU, you have to pay. The chest bench looks good and is very stable, but also quite heavy. I found the delivery with DHL difficult, such a large item would be better delivered by a freight forwarder with a reasonable time announcement. The delivery was one day earlier than announced, did not fit in the nearby parcel station, so I had to pick up the huge box from a distance. I had no choice but to take a taxi....
