In the last week, we rented a 2+1 room. We are, to tell the truth, disappointed. The beds were unacceptable. Soft, collapsing mattress. I slept on my own inflatable, which makes me laugh. I don't go to a hotel with such a reputation to sleep on the floor, because the hotel mattress gives me back pain. The couch, which was supposed to serve as a bed for a child, was not even straight. There are no parking spaces, we had to organize something on our own. No driveway to unpack luggage, which you have to carry from the street. Entrance to the pool is also not available. At the time we wanted to use it, it was always full. For this price, there are better hotels that always have a parking space for their guests and a swimming pool is available at your fingertips. I recommend you think carefully about your stay there. The only good thing is the location, off the beaten track, close to the beach. We were in May, it's scary to think what is in full season.

Great location - close to the promenade and the beach. Interesting building shape and fascinating architecture. As for the layout of the rooms in the apartment, there might be some reservations, but it is functional and has everything needed. However, cleanliness and safety of the users definitely need improvement. Inside the apartment, we found a dusty cobweb on the wall lamp, loosely hanging power cables from the ceiling (fortunately, at a height impossible to reach) and a crumbling stair railing. I decided to "survive" the above, but chips from cutting wood/chipboard all over the terrace are simply unacceptable (I attach photos). I reported this to the rental office when returning the keys and let's hope that everything will be "fixed" before the next guests visit.

We are now for the second time in the Baltic Home, it will certainly not be our last visit to this accommodation. Super clean and spacious rooms with an appealing terrace. Friendly staff and very centrally located on the promenade. Since we always arrive with a dog, this apartment is our first choice. Here I am also happy to give ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ stars.

Room 503 at Promenada Gwiazd was not in the same condition as in the pictures. Many things were damaged, problems with water. After reporting it at the reception, the ladies just shrugged 🤷🏽‍♀️

Short break, service was breakfast, which is very long and very extensive. Just a lot of problems with mosquitoes, but the place can't help it.

We stayed with Batic Home in the apartments on Zdrojowa street. I can recommend the apartments with a clear conscience, very nice, parking on the property in the paid garage. Close to the sea, beach set in the apartment. We arrived after 6 pm, we picked up the keys without any problems. The only downside is that we asked for a cot for the child and did not receive it. However, after intervention, the cot was provided the next day.

Clean apartment complex, quiet yet centrally located. Recommended for all who love the Baltic Sea. Excursions towards Heringsdorf, Ahlbeck, Bansin are no problem, and the nice thing is, you can also leave the car and comfortably explore everything by bus, mini train, or on foot.

Overall, the stay in one of the apartments for a week was quite good, however, there were a few things that bothered us.

Strange layout of the apartment: a reading lamp by the bed could not be used at all because there is only one socket by the bed, showering is only possible while sitting as the bathroom is only half tiled, the cabinet in the bathroom is mounted so high that it cannot be used at all

I don't know what the rooms are like, we were only in the café on the 13th floor with a beautiful view.

The accommodation is located directly on the promenade. The room is functionally equipped with a large sliding door wardrobe, a small kitchenette with everything necessary, a nice bathroom, a TV with German channels, as well as sun loungers and an umbrella for the beach. The beach is 120 meters away. Simply fantastic. The breakfast is also sufficient and varied, only the room could be larger. There may be waiting times, even though there are already 2 time slots. The staff is top-notch. A parking space can be booked additionally.

We were here for 4 days and are very satisfied. 2 minutes to the beach and countless options to eat out. Everything was there for self-catering. Definitely happy to come back! Price-performance ratio is top! :)

An apartment complex that leaves nothing to be desired. Very good equipment, including kitchen utensils. Since we were there in winter, we didn't mind the lack of air conditioning. What bothered us was the lack of blackout options. Otherwise, nicely located centrally. Promenade and beach reachable in 5-10 minutes. Price-performance ratio very pleasant.

Baltic home timber apartment. Modern, well-equipped, great location, very close to the center, right next to the beach. Unfortunately, when it comes to a winter stay, I cannot recommend it. Upon arrival, it turned out that there was no hot water or heating. After reporting the issue, the Baltic staff sent a specialist to fix the problem, the hot water returned, but not the heating. Probably in the summer, it wouldn't bother anyone, if not for the fact that during the 4 days we spent in this apartment, the temperature outside was constantly below zero. The Baltic staff brought a portable heater and financially compensated for the somewhat unsuccessful stay.

Beautiful well-kept apartment complex in a central location to the promenade and the beach. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, functionally equipped with a kitchenette for self-catering. Breakfast - very rich and varied - can be booked on site for a small fee. Very good value for money.

Great room 👍, great location 👍, unfortunately no reception in the building (across the street) and no daily room cleaning (as usual in hotels). I was only there for 1 weekend, so I don't know if cleaning is provided for a 2 - 3 week vacation.

We had rented the penthouse apartment for 1 week with 4 adults and 1 child. Upon arrival, we were totally impressed by the size and amenities. We have never lived so well in Swinoujscie. We had apartment 104 and were very satisfied. The reception was very friendly and nice. The apartment is superbly equipped and lacks nothing. A great feature is also the parking space for the car, which is very useful in Swinoujscie. It is less than 100 meters to the promenade and you will find everything you need for a nice holiday. We will be very happy to come back to Swinoujscie.

I used an apartment in the Horyzont building. Everything was great, cleanliness was impeccable. I honestly recommend Baltichome, I will definitely use it again.

The house makes a great impression from the outside, which is maintained once you open the main door. To reach the upper floors, there is an elevator (😉 good for those who don't always want to take the stairs). The room door to the apartment has 2 locks, once opened, one enters a bright room with a bathroom, small kitchen, small sofa, small dining area, bed, and balcony - all clean. The kitchen is equipped with the basics. What doesn't work so well is the bed 😕 the mattress is already showing its springs towards my body 😬 lying down is not comfortable and sleep is interrupted. The really great positive👍 you have your own parking space, which you really need if you don't want to spend hours looking for parking, avoiding circling and searching. The promenade is a stone's throw away and suddenly you find yourself in the stream of many tourists. There are plenty of restaurants to satisfy your hunger, which are always busy. And the beach is also quickly accessible - sand, beach bar, seagulls, and the Baltic Sea are also popular (🙃 how will it be in summer....) 😁 Oh yes, there is no dishwasher in the apartment, and since I am spoiled, I missed that....

Transient water problems?! During the 7-day stay in the apartment, there was a water problem for 6 days! I wish you such holidays and such problems, you will surely be delighted, and in return you will receive free parking for 2 days, which you will also force the company to provide. The TV did not work, and I have no idea what was the reason, in fact, it was impossible to watch. Even your employee confirmed that there are major issues with this apartment.

We have been in the same accommodation for the 3rd year in a row now and are very satisfied. The first impression when entering the room is very clean and smells wonderful. Towels and hairdryer are provided. Also coffee machine, toaster, and dishes. Huge closet where you can store all your things. Nice small balcony where you can enjoy a sunny breakfast in the morning. TV offers many channels. The accommodation is centrally located opposite the promenade, so we didn't have to walk much in any direction. Good if you have knee or back problems. Furniture could be replaced, not quite new anymore. But they are clean, which is what matters. The beach is only a few minutes' walk away and absolutely clean. To the right, a huge dog beach where you can let your four-legged friends run freely. Many trash cans for the little business... of course, only from your doggies 😀😀😀😀 Beach with cafes and toilets... very clean. The garage is great, you always have your own space throughout the entire time, so you don't have to worry about your car. To the Polish market by car about 5 to 10 minutes. On the promenade, there are small shops where you can buy coffee, milk, bread, etc. Tip 🖐 Opposite there is a restaurant with mega delicious wild boar goulash, you have to try it... delicious. In conclusion, for those who like it central and don't have high demands, this accommodation is highly recommended 👍👍👍 If you prefer something more upscale, you can go to the Hilton across the street. However, no dogs are allowed there. We were two people + 1 dog. And the size of the rooms is completely sufficient for that. It is also enough for 2 dogs. But I think it might be a bit tight with 2 children, especially in rainy weather. Oh, and at the Polish market, there are beautiful sandals 😀🤗😀🤗

As I said, 2 people + dog, top 👍👍👍👍 I deduct only 1 star because of the furniture, but the bed is absolutely clean... I checked it 😷.

The room was basically clean upon arrival, but mirrors and some corners were still dirty.

The rooms are of an adequate size.

Absolutely negative to note is that the house is very noisy. You can hear every neighbor around. Totally annoying! Especially when the neighbors like to party extensively and late into the night.

Also, due to the close proximity to the beach promenade, there is a lot of noise in the evenings. Sleeping with the windows open was a challenge for me.

Those who prefer a quieter environment should book elsewhere.

We have been booking through Baltic Home for years and have always been very satisfied. The rooms are very clean and the management is very nice and accommodating. The furnishings of the rooms may be debatable, but we have always been satisfied so far. The location of the apartments is simply fantastic: near the beach and the promenade. Just make sure that the apartment is not directly located on the main road.

To be honest, I cannot understand the negative comments, we were always greeted friendly and nice, we also received a lot of information about Swinoujscie directly at the reception.

The apartments were clean and tidy every time.

Of course, if you behave like an a**hole, you shouldn't be surprised if you are treated that way.

The apartment was very cozy. Top location. Nothing was missing in terms of furnishings. The underground parking was very practical. Easy key handover upon arrival with a clear instruction "key in mailbox by 10 am on departure" Can now be interpreted as desired. We understood that we had to be out by 10 am and I threw the key into the mailbox shortly after 10. As a result, I was loudly yelled at by a slightly heavier lady, around 50, glasses, updo hairstyle, on duty on 30.8.2020 at 10 am, and had to endure several insults because she now had to go to the mailbox. After we asked about her problem, she could not calm down. We have never experienced anything like this before and it greatly affects our opinion of this apartment. This is simply unacceptable. Therefore, 3 points instead of 5.

The staff at the Office were very nice and friendly. The apartment met our expectations 100% - everything was as described in the offer. A very successful vacation.

Great place to relax in beautiful Świnoujście. Everything is close by. Access to gastronomy, beach, shops - within reach. Apartments equipped with basic, necessary household appliances. However, when choosing a room, it is important to check if there is, for example, a microwave. For me, the most important thing is always a washing machine because I travel with kids. I highly recommend both the property and the city.
