The apartments are well-kept, but upon entering, there is a pervasive musty smell and the scent of vinegar. The fridge was unplugged, despite knowing the reservation was made over a month earlier.

Upon arrival, it turned out that the paid parking spot does not exist, meaning it is inaccessible because a pole stands half a meter from the line.

After contacting the office, they offered me an outdoor spot 200 meters from the apartment instead of a place in the garage under the building.

I also note that the fee of 60 PLN per day was supposed to remain the same; I found parking on the other side of the street for 40 PLN per day on my own.

The young women working in the office are arrogant, rude, and show not a gram of remorse for the situation.

Unfortunately, the same company has an office in Świnoujście, and my previous rental also ended in disaster, so I will not recommend them to anyone and will not use this company again.

Room 503 at Promenada Gwiazd was not in the same condition as in the pictures. Many things were damaged, problems with water. After reporting it at the reception, the ladies just shrugged 🤷🏽‍♀️

I am currently on vacation in apartment 101, it's great. The advantage of this location is the proximity to the sea and restaurants. As for the apartment, it lacks a microwave and a small balcony dryer for laundry. The owner is a very nice person. I recommend it to anyone who wants to rent an apartment at a reasonable price in good standard. As for the building itself, there are a few shortcomings and maybe the lack of a reception during the day because arriving guests have no way to access it.

Accommodation in this apartment felt like a dream to me. The rooms were clean, equipped with everything necessary, and the price was acceptable even for a penny-pincher like me. The only downside was that the bathroom and bedroom were upstairs, which wasn't ideal for my partially disabled companion.

I do not recommend. The owner tried to cheat us and add 75 PLN for cleaning, which was included in the price on booking.com. Additionally, we paid the owner a higher tourist tax fee than the city fee schedule provides. The apartment has good internet, but it is quite dirty - which is why we did not understand the additional fee of 75 PLN. We also had a problem with the parking space - the owner promised parking spaces right next to the apartment, but in the end, we parked on the other side of the city.

The apartment on Światowida is super clean and smells nice. Everything is in place, everything you need to function. Very nice location, close to the pier. Quiet. I highly recommend it.

I do not recommend the apartment... No parking, additional 50 PLN per day for SUPPOSEDLY not their parking. You arrive and have nowhere to park. A disaster. Soundproof walls, where we listened to music quietly, and security knocking on the door.

Modern apartments, but a few things are broken or poorly constructed, yet it's still a really nice place.

The Slavia808 apartment is a tragedy, the only plus is a nice view. In reality, the apartment is neglected, with dirty walls, doors looking like after a break-in, TV that works on and off, and constantly disconnecting wifi. For this money, it's really not worth it. To make it even funnier, they charge an additional 35 PLN/day for parking, which is located on a street further away and is secured with a gate and barbed wire, making it a real challenge to pass through (I had to roll over it and still always got stuck on the floor), and there's always a lack of parking spaces. During the first 2 days of the stay, there was a problem with water in the tap, and the "nice" lady instead of acknowledging the issue, stated that it's not her fault that there are so many guests in Międzyzdroje and I shouldn't be surprised that there might be no water on the 8th floor. I do not recommend it. For over 400 PLN/day, I hoped for a bit better comfort and service.

Very unpleasant bald old security guard at Baltic Home Horizon vulgar and problematic did not want to let us into the hotel at 12 o'clock at night claiming it is night and we should have our own key to the main entrance of the hotel parody very made our stay unpleasant. It's a pity that roadworks related to repairing the parking lot near the apartment building are taking place during the season already from six in the morning using heavy equipment. There was so much free time during the lockdown. Instead of resting, there was daily chaos in the parking lot, so zero sleep. And by the sea, people party late into the night, so being woken up by grinders or a hammer at dawn is a mockery.

Nothing interesting

Very nice apartments if we go as a 4-person family, for example. A 2-room apartment is really sufficient, you can feel at home, fully equipped. It's not very close to the sea, but not far either, I think it's ideal because it's very loud right on the promenade and you may have trouble falling asleep. In the area, there are at least 3 restaurants with good food. You can have underground parking for the apartment, which is a great thing in Międzyzdroje.
