Top room. Vacuum cleaner and everything else is there. The sofa is uncomfortable, you sink into it and unfortunately, two people cannot sit on it. The rest is really great.

For the second time, I decided to rent an apartment from Baltic Home in Świnoujście and I am very satisfied. The office staff is very nice and professional, the apartment is fully equipped and well-maintained. I highly recommend it to those who are looking for accommodation with a dog, as they are accepted. Greetings from Marley and me, and we'll say see you soon because we will definitely visit again this year.

The apartments are well-kept, but upon entering, there is a pervasive musty smell and the scent of vinegar. The fridge was unplugged, despite knowing the reservation was made over a month earlier.

Upon arrival, it turned out that the paid parking spot does not exist, meaning it is inaccessible because a pole stands half a meter from the line.

After contacting the office, they offered me an outdoor spot 200 meters from the apartment instead of a place in the garage under the building.

I also note that the fee of 60 PLN per day was supposed to remain the same; I found parking on the other side of the street for 40 PLN per day on my own.

The young women working in the office are arrogant, rude, and show not a gram of remorse for the situation.

Unfortunately, the same company has an office in Świnoujście, and my previous rental also ended in disaster, so I will not recommend them to anyone and will not use this company again.

Great location - close to the promenade and the beach. Interesting building shape and fascinating architecture. As for the layout of the rooms in the apartment, there might be some reservations, but it is functional and has everything needed. However, cleanliness and safety of the users definitely need improvement. Inside the apartment, we found a dusty cobweb on the wall lamp, loosely hanging power cables from the ceiling (fortunately, at a height impossible to reach) and a crumbling stair railing. I decided to "survive" the above, but chips from cutting wood/chipboard all over the terrace are simply unacceptable (I attach photos). I reported this to the rental office when returning the keys and let's hope that everything will be "fixed" before the next guests visit.

There is a waste bin missing in the bathroom.

Apartments with very old equipment, only the internet was ok. No air conditioning and remote mattresses. Never again!!!

We are now for the second time in the Baltic Home, it will certainly not be our last visit to this accommodation. Super clean and spacious rooms with an appealing terrace. Friendly staff and very centrally located on the promenade. Since we always arrive with a dog, this apartment is our first choice. Here I am also happy to give ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ stars.

Convenient location, but the apartment needs renovation. Broken shower, hinges in cabinets, the TV doesn't even have basic channels (e.g., Polsat).

Room 503 at Promenada Gwiazd was not in the same condition as in the pictures. Many things were damaged, problems with water. After reporting it at the reception, the ladies just shrugged 🤷🏽‍♀️

Short break, service was breakfast, which is very long and very extensive. Just a lot of problems with mosquitoes, but the place can't help it.

We stayed with Batic Home in the apartments on Zdrojowa street. I can recommend the apartments with a clear conscience, very nice, parking on the property in the paid garage. Close to the sea, beach set in the apartment. We arrived after 6 pm, we picked up the keys without any problems. The only downside is that we asked for a cot for the child and did not receive it. However, after intervention, the cot was provided the next day.

My request via email was answered so unprofessionally and unfriendly that we will definitely not be spending a vacation there.

I recommend an excellent place to rest

Clean apartment complex, quiet yet centrally located. Recommended for all who love the Baltic Sea. Excursions towards Heringsdorf, Ahlbeck, Bansin are no problem, and the nice thing is, you can also leave the car and comfortably explore everything by bus, mini train, or on foot.

Overall, the stay in one of the apartments for a week was quite good, however, there were a few things that bothered us.

There are no parking spaces directly at the building

The bedroom door cannot be closed (improperly installed)

Strange layout of the apartment: a reading lamp by the bed could not be used at all because there is only one socket by the bed, showering is only possible while sitting as the bathroom is only half tiled, the cabinet in the bathroom is mounted so high that it cannot be used at all

Rooms neat and clean super

The accommodation is located directly on the promenade. The room is functionally equipped with a large sliding door wardrobe, a small kitchenette with everything necessary, a nice bathroom, a TV with German channels, as well as sun loungers and an umbrella for the beach. The beach is 120 meters away. Simply fantastic. The breakfast is also sufficient and varied, only the room could be larger. There may be waiting times, even though there are already 2 time slots. The staff is top-notch. A parking space can be booked additionally.

We were here for 4 days and are very satisfied. 2 minutes to the beach and countless options to eat out. Everything was there for self-catering. Definitely happy to come back! Price-performance ratio is top! :)

An apartment complex that leaves nothing to be desired. Very good equipment, including kitchen utensils. Since we were there in winter, we didn't mind the lack of air conditioning. What bothered us was the lack of blackout options. Otherwise, nicely located centrally. Promenade and beach reachable in 5-10 minutes. Price-performance ratio very pleasant.

We rate the quality of service and the standard of the apartments offered as "5". The ladies at the reception were very nice and helpful in choosing the apartment. Baltic home timber apartment. Modern, well-equipped, great location, very close to the center, right next to the beach. Unfortunately, when it comes to a winter stay, I cannot recommend it. Upon arrival, it turned out that there was no hot water or heating. After reporting the issue, the Baltic staff sent a specialist to fix the problem, the hot water returned, but not the heating. Probably in the summer, it wouldn't bother anyone, if not for the fact that during the 4 days we spent in this apartment, the temperature outside was constantly below zero. The Baltic staff brought a portable heater and financially compensated for the somewhat unsuccessful stay.

Beautiful well-kept apartment complex in a central location to the promenade and the beach. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, functionally equipped with a kitchenette for self-catering. Breakfast - very rich and varied - can be booked on site for a small fee. Very good value for money.

Great room 👍, great location 👍, unfortunately no reception in the building (across the street) and no daily room cleaning (as usual in hotels). I was only there for 1 weekend, so I don't know if cleaning is provided for a 2 - 3 week vacation.

Breakfast is also not that easy. Either self-catering or very elaborate and expensive in restaurants that are open early. Unfortunately, there is no "snack to go".

I am positively surprised by the quality of service and the standard of services offered by the company.

The apartment has everything you need. The beds are good, but a bit narrow. Check-in went great. You have the option to book a secure parking space. Breakfast was great, except for the coffee. The premises are a bit small, but cozy.

We were 5 women on a girls' trip, ... one of us walked on bare feet on the first evening, they were black ... either the floors were not mopped at all or the entire 2-story apartment was mopped with one mop or the water was not changed ...

Baltic Home Chrobry. WLAN did not work, parking situation also catastrophic here. Despite reservation, no parking possibility available on the hotel's own parking lot, as barrier broken and impossible parking of hotel guests. Room small but modern. Attention stairs in the room not suitable for older people. Booking for one night. Does not have to be again.

The apartment itself was very beautiful and tastefully decorated.

The kitchen equipment was very good, there were enough cutlery and dishes.

Unfortunately, the beds were a disaster. The mattresses were worn out and simply terribly uncomfortable.

It is generally very noisy in the surroundings, but it's okay when you close the windows.

The apartment is located directly on a busy street and not far from the harbor.

There are 2 grocery stores directly across the street and the beach is a 10-minute walk away.

You can reach the city center in 5 minutes.

I am currently on vacation in apartment 101, it's great. The advantage of this location is the proximity to the sea and restaurants. As for the apartment, it lacks a microwave and a small balcony dryer for laundry. The owner is a very nice person. I recommend it to anyone who wants to rent an apartment at a reasonable price in good standard. As for the building itself, there are a few shortcomings and maybe the lack of a reception during the day because arriving guests have no way to access it.

Please note that parking and room cleaning are chargeable, also the entrance to the parking lot is equipped with a speed bump, quite high, so cars with low ground clearance need to be very careful.

From kitchenette with all accessories, large balcony, hairdryer, iron, clothes horse, folding chairs and windbreak for the beach, everything is available. - everything is very noisy, only roughly cleaned, thick dust bunnies everywhere and cobwebs, curtains very thin and transparent, heating was turned off in cold weather, insufficient information for arrival/departure, had to ask for the WLAN password, no information provided
