Excellent location, friendly staff, I enjoyed my stay there. Unfortunately, the building is a bit old and in some places, you could smell it.

We stayed 2 nights at the Art Hotel and felt very comfortable. The location in the old town of Wroclaw is ideal, the room spacious and well equipped. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The room was a bit outdated and the air conditioning was not working, but the staff was unbelievably helpful and ready to help. I stayed there for 4 nights and every staff member I interacted with showed the same level of kindness and support. On the last day, I had to leave at 4 AM and since the breakfast buffet wasn't open, they prepared a super nice lunch box for me.

I spent several days in the hotel, I chose a good hotel, comfort, very pleasant and nice atmosphere. The service is professional and trying to make the stay enjoyable. Excellent breakfasts and a wide selection, location, I recommend!

The location is great, close to everything. Rooms are equipped with a minibar and a coffee and tea making set. The food is delicious, although it may be difficult for fans of traditional dishes to choose something from the dinner sets.

I rate Hotel Art in Wrocław 5 stars, we spent two days and we do not regret it. Next time we will stay in the same hotel as well. Very nice service and the lady at the reception. Breakfasts, very tasty and varied. Very good location, close to the center and various pubs and restaurants. I recommend.

Rooms are quite comfortable and cozy. However, I recommend arranging everything in advance. Do not book a place through Booking, as you may end up staying in a location you are not familiar with.

Great location, clean and well-maintained rooms, diverse and very good breakfasts, delicious coffee. The only downside is the parking, quite tight and low.

A wonderful wedding dinner was organized for us here. At every stage of the preparations, we received the necessary support, and the main organizer on behalf of the Art Hotel provided us with really good and proven solutions, for which we sincerely thank you. The food was delicious, the atmosphere wonderful, and the service was dedicated and efficient. After the reception, we went to the apartment prepared for us, which completely stole my heart. Despite the favorable conditions, I didn't sleep much because I spent most of the night browsing through a collection of autographed books :D Thanks to the Art Hotel, this day was truly special and we will remember it for a long time. We spent 4 days at the hotel as part of a business trip. Very good cooperation at all stages of organization and stay. Communicative, helpful employees, open to customer needs. The hotel's original decor creates its unique atmosphere, also in a perfect location in the Old Town.

Nice hotel located in the heart of Wroclaw. Room with comfortable amenities. In addition, a huge bathroom with a large bathtub. It is clean and comfortable. A place with a soul, where you will feel at home. The service is top-notch. Breakfast at the restaurant is very tasty. I will gladly stay at this hotel again when I come back to Wroclaw.

We reserved a table for a dinner with my partner. When we arrived, the waitress seated us near the reception where it was extremely loud and there was no possibility to have a peaceful conversation. We ordered our dishes, and after about 20 minutes, they were brought to our table - wild boar ribs and duck salad. The dishes were inedible, the salad had a strange smell from the duck slices, drenched in a large amount of olive oil. Additionally, the duck had no taste at all. A big plus for the interior design.

I have been here many times! At weddings, christening parties. One of the more interesting places in the center of Wroclaw. Good food, photogenic rooms for preparations, and the hotel itself is suitable for a 'hotel wedding photoshoot'.

The restaurant is rather not five-star ;) The food is tasty, but the selection of appetizers and desserts is very limited. For an appetizer, I had shrimp in pumpkin sauce, for the main course, I ordered guinea fowl, which was also served with pumpkin sauce, and for dessert, the waiter suggested pumpkin mousse 😆 I like pumpkin, but this restaurant could use more finesse ;) We had a table reserved for a romantic dinner and it was supposed to have a romantic decor, but the waiter squeezed us into a gray corner by the door and the utility corner, even though the dining room was completely empty and there were other rooms available, and our reservation was made weeks ago. On the table, there was an artificial candle for atmosphere 😂 Additionally, they only took away my bag and tea papers with a dirty coaster at the very end, even though I had put it aside before the appetizer...

The hotel's location is great - right in the center of Wroclaw.

For a 4-star hotel, it's a bit disappointing. There is a fan in the bathroom, but whether it is 100% functional, the answer is no. There is a lot of noise, and the fan doesn't rotate.

Cleanliness and service are very pleasant. The location of the hotel is surprisingly great for going out to restaurants in the evening without the need for a car. It is evident that the staff enjoys their work and guests. The rich breakfast selection is a pleasant surprise, along with aromatic coffee and something sweet. It is possible to bring a dog without any problems, regardless of the size of the pet.

We only used the restaurant. Everything was delicious, beautifully presented. We will gladly come back :) We recommend this place 🌹

Art.Hotel is a nice place, in a great location... but unfortunately, I do not recommend it!!!! Things from the rooms tend to go missing... personally, I lost a gold necklace, a family keepsake... and my friend almost lost new Tom Ford perfume and Nuxe cosmetics... ladies surely know that these are not cheap items... so once again, I do not recommend it...

The hotel restaurant simply rocks the food 9.5/10. The tartare, duck salad, and wild boar ribs deserve great recognition. I recommend it to everyone.

Wonderful, atmospheric, furnished in a 16th-century tenement house with original elements from the era. The hotel staff is very friendly and fulfills all requests (early check-in, leaving luggage after check-out). Unforgettable stay, highly recommended :)

Me and my parents, to whom I gave a New Year's Eve dinner at Art Hotel as a gift, are very satisfied with the service. My parents rate the food as very good, the dessert was great, and the atmosphere was also great. The lady who served them was very kind and friendly. 😊 I recommend it!

This was not our first stay at ART HOTEL. Maybe that's why the great welcome at the reception, maybe that's why "early check in", maybe that's why everything was done on time, with a smile and the usual elegance. Maybe that's why there's an extra evening of relaxation and a massage in the hotel SPA. I also recommend it especially for the kitchen. Delicious breakfasts and delicious dishes in the restaurant. Maybe the bar in the room could be better equipped...

An intimate hotel in the very center of Wrocław. A plus is that you have your own parking space because it's hard to find a space on the streets around. Although the hotel offers a lot of parking spaces, they are located underground with a very narrow entrance. Easier with a small car than with an SUV. The staff helps you get in and out. Nice rooms with basic equipment. Comfortable beds. Retro styling and retro style building. Purely. Very rich selection for breakfast. Perfect location in the old town. Everything is within walking distance.

A very interesting place in the center of Wrocław. A very good base for longer visits.

The only reservation about the rooms - they were supposed to be "vintage" and the finishing looked careless like during the Polish People's Republic + an absurdly small number of sockets in the room. It was necessary to disconnect some of the equipment from the extension cord (unfortunately, with 3 sockets, an extension cord is a must xD) to be able to connect the phone and laptop (unfortunately, the owner planned only one free socket for the guest).

The buffet was very positive. I guess everyone will find something for themselves.

Art Hotel is located just a few steps from the market square. The staff will always advise and help. Delicious breakfasts, clean and spacious rooms.

Art Hotel is placed in the very heart of old town. Excellent for tourists that love to live in the very center of I.e the christmas market.

There is an underground parking Available to the guests, two Tesla Gen1 chargers.

But beware, if your car is low (Tesla model 3) Audi A6. The ramp will most likely hit the undercarriage.

The passage is exceptionally narrow.

The roof height is impressive.

The furniture and carpets have an old smell, perhaps because they are old, but I think it has its own charm. Good because it's close to the old town. There were no toothbrushes, amenities, or gowns.

There was a problem where the bathroom door wouldn't open, but it was kind of funny and good haha.

The service was nice and unobtrusive. I got a room without a view, but it was quiet. Difficult parking. Breakfast is not great, but there are pancakes and good oatmeal.

Great location. Very nice service. As for the room, there is no pipe in the shower, the heating in the bathroom doesn't work, the drain in the bathtub is clogged and the flush in the toilet doesn't work. After reporting, the drain in the bathtub was repaired immediately. I don't know why the hotel has 4 stars.

The only thing is that you need to reserve parking in the hotel garage in advance. Unfortunately, we only found out about it on the spot. (There is a parking garage in the city nearby)

Piast!!! for PLN 18 in the mini bar. Falling elements in the bathroom. Unintuitive shower. Poor acoustics and you can hear cars driving at night. Dirty curtain. The breakfast was decent, the coffee was great. Why this hotel has 4 stars apart from the location, I don't know. I do not recommend.

We organized a 4 hour family wedding dinner here a few months ago and I remember the organization very well. First of all, a professional approach, the ability to bring your own music, a beautiful garden room. Guests enjoyed the meals, unlimited wine. Parking ok, location great for people who came from far away to get to know Wrocław, I also liked the room very much and a great idea with takeaway coffee cups.

The hotel in general was fine. I had a street facing room. The noise from vehicles whose drivers wanted to show off their loud exhaust kept me a lite sleeper awake until 2am. The breakfast was excellent.

Perfect location. A quiet place and at the same time close to the main attractions of Wrocław. Clean. Nice service. Hotel breakfasts are very varied. I will come back for sure.

Amazing hotel. Very nice interior and atmosphere. The room is nice, clean, comfortable. For sure I will stay in this hotel if I visit Wroclaw again. Breakfast is ok. Worth the price for a 4 star hotel.

Irreproachable. Exceptional care for children

We were looking for a hotel in the very center with a focus on children that is perfect for a few-day city break to Wrocław with my 2.5-year-old daughter and I'm glad that I found ArtHotel :)

Children up to 16 years of age stay here for free, and we received all the necessary extras in the price of the stay, such as a cot, a potty, a toilet cover, a towel with ears, and even cosmetics and flip-flops for the child, which was a very nice touch. Books for children are available at the reception, a child gets a coloring book and crayons as well as a sweet treat in the form of cookies, and a card for a room with a dwarf (which the child can leave as a souvenir) or the dwarf Arcik in front of the hotel nicely complement the journey focused on looking for dwarfs for such little babies :)

Buffet breakfast very good, huge selection and friendly service. Highchairs are available, but I still missed bibs or plastic dishes and cutlery for full happiness, if it's a hotel with an attitude for children, these things would also be worth adding ♥️ it's a pity that there is no playroom, although a small play corner for children, but I understand that you can't have everything :) I thought it would be great to put dwarfs in various places in the hotel, whether in the form of figurines or paintings, etc. So that children could look for them in the hotel with their parents as part of such " hotel stalking" - of course in such a form as not to disturb the stay of guests without children.

As for the minuses, the underground parking is hardcore, paid PLN 70 per day, but it's a lot for such conditions, but it's good that the porter helps and manages as much as possible :)

Very nice hotel, not very big but that's a plus. Elegant rooms, slight problems with air conditioning, which is why 4 stars. Service on the level, breakfast included in the price of the room sensational. Nice ground floor, large, several rooms, and other curiosities. Parking under the hotel quite tight, but the staff helps to get in and out. There are also parking spaces on the street. In general, I recommend. 👍

We can gladly recommend the hotel.

Perfect location, very big room and comfortable big bed. Everything was clean. The wifi signal was very good. The room offers a minifridge and Nespresso coffee machine. The breakfast was very good. The parking garage is quite narrow, it is suitable for small cars.

I stayed at the hotel once. The location is great, right next to the market square, but you have to endure street noise both during the day and at night. Service very nice, rooms nice and clean. The meals are tasty, and the selection of products from the breakfast offer is huge.

And it would be great if it weren't for a few significant minuses: no parking (5 places underground for tiny cars is not much), very soft mattress (for someone else it might be perfect, but for my spine it was a nightmare) and a wedding party downstairs. In the case of fun that lasts in a non-separated room located directly below the rooms, a sleepless night is guaranteed. Until three in the morning, I listened to the roaring drunken wedding guests and the "shrew" defined as dance music. For a wedding and one night of fun ok, but for a private stay - not recommended.

The organization of a wedding and reception is an extremely difficult, long-term and complicated process. We want this most important day in our lives to be unusual, elegant and perfect in every respect. We also struggled with the hardships of organizing a wedding, until we found the Art Hotel. 07/07/2023 we experienced the most beautiful day of our lives and it's all thanks to the commitment and dedication of the Art Hotel staff.

Already at the preparation stage, we felt special. Over delicious coffee, we analyzed everything together with Mrs. Marta, who guided us point by point through the entire agenda of the wedding. Suddenly, the whole undertaking seemed so simple and obvious. The hotel organized everything for us: from the cake, through alcohol, to the delicious menu and decor. A month before the wedding, we were invited to a tasting of the menu and we could decide which of the dishes we would like to be served. It didn't make the task any easier for us, because all the dishes were delicious! Before the wedding, in place of Mrs. Marta, our wedding was handled by Mr. Michał, who was engulfed by the chaos that crept in before the event itself. He did everything to the last detail, organized accommodation and parking spaces, thanks to which logistics ceased to be any problem.

During the wedding, the service was perfect, the chef polite and understanding despite our stress. One of our guests was a vegan, which we completely forgot about, but also here the chef rose to the occasion and literally, like a wizard from a hat, served our guest a vegan soup, and the staff, without any additional requests, put only meat-free dishes there. Guests were delighted with the spacious and well-equipped rooms. The proximity of the market allowed us to make a great photo session.

It was the most beautiful day of our lives. This is a great merit of the Art Hotel. Many thanks to all the employees who contributed to this. We know one thing - we will recommend this place to everyone and we already have a fixed point on the map of Wrocław for the next family parties.
