Plenty of options during breakfast but lack of quality when it comes to simpel things such as a tasteful juice and good bread. The room was big and nicely equipped but the bed was rock hard. The staff was always there but didn´t even say good morning. So ok, but you can do better!

Clean, comfortable and very, very quiet despite being very central. Staff very helpful. 10 minute wal to bus and train stations. A fantastic stay and warmly recoomend hotel to others. Definitely stay again.

First of all, the staff was not only polite also frienly and lively. During our stay it was international "Women Day" , the 8th March -24, and the staff had organized especially excellent breakfast. Thank you all for everything.

Location and breakfast were great. Overall the room and hotel were a positive surprise and the price- quolity ratio was also great. The only comment we have to make is the bed: it was so worn out that we felt we were sleeping in a hammock :). Anyway, we would like to come back in the summer.

1. Poprosiłem o podwójne łóżko i były dwa łóżka razem, z dwoma materacami rozdzielonymi pośrodku, co było bardzo niewygodne. 2n. Obsługa pokoju nie uzupełnia prawidłowo kawy, mleka ani wody. 3. W korytarzu na drugim piętrze po wyjściu z pokoju bardzo nieprzyjemny jest zapach ścieków. 4t. Jedyną dobrą rzeczą była dziewczyna w recepcji.

First all the positives - the staff is very helpful and friendly, great.

The location is prefect.

The room is a good size.

The sauna and steam room were OK.

The hotel itself feels dated and does not reflect a 4 star standard.

The bar was not open.

The pictures on line do not reflect the reality.

The bedding felt old, not very comfortable and cheap especially the pillows :-(

The temperature in the room cannot be controlled, sometimes it felt cold, not pleasant.

The bathroom fittings are cheap and really feel like a Motel! not a 4 star. The shower was leaking. the sink was cracked and the tap was loose.

The coffee and other details in the room feel cheap, like a Motel.

We paid over 100 Pound Sterling for the New Year's Eve buffet and it was VERY disappointing! - again it felt like a second rate cheap event. There was no wine list, only one choice of white or red wine. The food was OK but nothing special for the price. The atmosphere was non existent, so expensive for what felt like a canteen dinner :-(

It was meant to be a special experience for us and sadly it wasn't.

We had stayed in a 3 star in the centre before arriving at Admiral, and it was actually a better standard. a real shame.

Your staff service was really professional, helpful and very kind, but for a 4 star hotel you should consider: 1. to improve the breakfast offer - for example add a toaster to toast a bread, add fruity and nutty muesli or local pierogi; 2. definetly replace existing bathroom sink taps with the longer ones - water flows too close to the edge of sink; 3. It was really nice and carrying surprise, but change the content of welcome drinks on voucher - for example, try with 30 ml of local liqouers or votkas or seasonal drinks instead of 100ml of beer. That way you can connect with local drinks producers (if any) and introduce your guests to the flavours of your region or country.

Nice Personal, clean rooms , central

Great accessibility to sights, breakfast sufficient, you could always choose something. Room cleaned every day. What I appreciate is the refilled coffee, tea, and water each time. Nice staff.

As a minus, a little smell probably from the ventilation more or less all over the hotel. It's an older hotel, which wouldn't be a problem, but I think that the 4* era is already long behind the hotel.

I liked that the hotel was in a quiet area, and close to walking street with diffirent restaurants and souvenirs shops, also close to Forum shopping mall, 12-13 min walk.

We liked the location, the rooms were spacious and the breakfast had a reasonable selection. We did not like the bar facilities. We were given vouchers for a drink, however it was never open. We returned early one evening and still closed (even though should have been open). A bit annoying, although overall the hotel was ok.

Hotel muy tranquilo, comodo y agradable. Verdaderamente en el centro, a 2 minutos de la calle principal y a 30 segundos del rio frente a la Noria. Hay un colegio pegado pero no se oye nada con las ventanas cerradas.

Luck of cleaning. Breakfast is very basic. 3 star is the top.

Hotel is very central with everything in walking distance. Couple of seconds to waterfront. Rooms was large and comfortable. Breakfast was good just a shame there wasn't a proper bar area and restaurant for evening meals.
