It's great that there is an underground car park. A beautiful, newly built hotel with its own access to the beach and close to the most interesting attractions. Beautiful and clean. I am delighted. A variety of food, a lot of proposals that will satisfy even the most demanding palates. The staff is very professional and nice.

A beautiful place, picturesquely situated and directly on the Baltic Sea. Great service, I felt very comfortable here. The room and all common areas were perfectly clean. It is cozy and comfortable.

We waited at the reception for about 45 minutes at the opening entrance and exit doors of the reception desk, where an amazing draught was created. During the entire stay, there was no service, the rooms were not vacuumed, towels were not changed even once, the drain in the shower cabin was clogged, water was spilled into the bathroom, we had to intervene at the reception, the garbage from the bins in the room and bathroom was not taken out even once throughout our stay. In the corridor of the hotel there was rubbish, dust, carpet that was not vacuumed, dirty stained, mirrors in the elevators were dirty. I had two spaces booked in the garage hall, I received one. After entering the garage hall, my assigned position was occupied, so I had to go back to the reception and wait in line for another half an hour to get an assignment of a new free place. As for the Bech Bar, you couldn't buy the most ordinary coffee, only alcohol in various forms and water were served, a scandal. Deckchairs, beds with a canopy for a fee of 109 and 400 PLN for hotel guests are a scandal, It should be free or minimally paid, this is the case in most bech bars in Poland and abroad. Charging PLN 5 for a toilet from hotel guests at a restaurant and bar where alcohol is sold is the height of insolence on the part of the hotel. I think it was my last stay in this hotel and I will not recommend it to any of my friends

A unique place. I would love to come back here, the best hotel on the Polish coast. The bathroom is big and clean. Nothing was missing. Great breakfast options. They have delicious cakes that taste like homemade baked goods. A very nicely designed sauna and swimming pool area. Everything has a positive effect on calm. Wonderful and helpful service.

Booking.com accidentally changed the date of my reservation and the hotel didn't want to help me. First of all reaching them is really hard. After 10 try's to call them someone finally picked up. They didn't want to give me a refund for the missed date and they also didn't allow me to change the date to the correct date. Now I lost money and if I want to book again it will cost me double the price. I'm really disappointed.

Perfect cleanliness in every place – you can feel comfortable and relax. Definitely the best hotel in Międzyzdroje or on the entire Polish coast. The service takes care of the comfort of both adults and children. I rate the food very highly. Wide variety of lunch dishes.

Wonderful location. The proximity of the sea makes you commune with nature all the time. The food - from bread for breakfast, through the bar, to the a'la carte restaurant deserves applause. A perfectly cleaned room, a clean and nice bathroom. The view from the room is very impressive. There is a very friendly atmosphere here. I really liked the beach bar - a very nice place and great drinks.

If you are on holiday on the Baltic Sea, then only at Wave in Międzyzdroje. We will definitely be back. Very well-functioning air conditioning – cools the room down quickly on hot days.

Essen 10/10. The breakfast buffet is just great. It was clean every step of the way. There is nothing to hold 😉 on to All the staff are very nice, helpful and very open. The swimming pool and sauna area is definitely a great advantage of this hotel. Great facility, closer to the sea could not be 😉 Very modern and in the middle of nature.

A modern hotel, however, is definitely not for families with children. First of all – the swimming pool. The children's area is closed for reasons beyond my control, ok, but I'm a short person and the pool starting from 1.6m was already an obstacle to take care of a child in the water... So unfortunately, we didn't use the pool too much. The playroom, apart from the interactive game, is very poor, without toys, the structure is worn-out, the room is a mess (papers, old balloons). Expensive parking. Customers prefer to use the municipal car park or opposite the hotel rather than the hotel car park. The service is very polite, beautiful rooms, clean, peaceful.

Unfortunately, I look for attractions for children and unfortunately I do not recommend it, I was disappointed.

When it comes to location - perfect! Everywhere is close, a minute walk to the beach. A medal-winning service. They create a great and intimate atmosphere in a brilliant place.

The food is tasty. There was no problem with finding the right meal for yourself. Quiet, peaceful and wonderful. Wave is a hotel where I could live permanently. The room and all public areas cleaned perfectly. Cozy and very comfortable. Super service that made your stay in this place even better. The swimming pool in the facility is a total blast. I have not seen a nicer swimming pool in the hotel. The service is indeed medal-worthy. A lot of space in the common areas, there is a place to sit and rest. Plus for a great pool. Breakfasts and dinners are simply excellent. Probably the best we've ever eaten. An unbelievably beautiful object! Architecturally, it impresses and is located directly on the beach. The hotel is new, beautiful design, huge terraces and with stunning views.

We were with them for the first time. The room was very good. The food excellent. We cannot and do not want to complain. We liked it very much. We have a suggestion. In the hot tub it would be nice if there was something to hold onto. We had a very visually impaired wife with us. She was very anxious because there were no handles. Only when showering came a little little water. And for 3 people only 2 chairs on the balcony. And the bird poop could be removed from the balcony.

Everything is ok, but the prices are exorbitant.

Room was lovely. We had an apartment with a sea view. It was not 100 percent clean. A dead beetle lay around, a few hairs on the pillows.

The direct beach location is really unbeatable. The facilities in the room, restaurant and beach bar are very friendly and tasteful. The breakfast was varied and delicious.

Unfortunately, the bathrobes were too short and too small, the permanently installed hair dryer in the bathroom too far away from the mirror, watching TV was unfortunately only possible on the couch not in bed. The rooms and the balcony are really very big. The ironing station is also a plus. Unfortunately, there were several larger stains on the floor in the hallway in front of the elevator that were not removed during our stay. The area in front of the sauna was too cold for us.

The prices for parking are too expensive.

These are all our personal feelings, but everyone should form their own opinion. We would love to come back!

Great place, fantastic location to the sea. A nice walk along the promenade to the center. Rooms with sea view, modern style, clean, tidy, comfortable. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Fresh, tasty meals, a large selection. The pool and sauna area is brilliant, a perfect place to take care of yourself. Massages in the SPA are divine. Probably the best massages in my life performed by Marina and Ali. A place for those who like active recreation because there is a fitness room plus a swimming pool, those with small bubbles - because there is a room for kids and paddling pools by the pool for the youngest, and for those who appreciate a relaxation spa-pool. And although you can feel the trip to WAVE in your pocket, you experience luxury to which I will gladly return.

The bar staff makes your stay in this place even more pleasant. Breakfast in Wave was without a doubt the best I've ever had in my life. I sincerely recommend it. Great location near the Wolin National Park, right next to a beautiful beach. Super equipped rooms, nice and very large. Pleasant view from the 🌊 terrace Comfortable bed, good wifi. The sauna and swimming pool area is very extensive.

The Wave Hotel in Międzyzdroje is a real gem on the map of the Polish coast. Cozy rooms with breathtaking views of the sea provided us with an unforgettable rest. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly, always ready to make our experience the best it could be. The hotel cuisine deserves a separate distinction - each meal was well-thought-out and delicious. An ideal place for those who are looking for relaxation in luxurious conditions. I definitely recommend it!

Room inconsistent with the reservation

Breakfast was good and with a lot of choice, staff not friendly, except for two ladies in the breakfast room, on departure the lady at the reception was particularly unfriendly, gave you the feeling you were annoying, room not clean, hair in the bathroom and room, as well as paper / garbage from previous guests in and on the sofa bed, no pillow / blanket for our child, Shower ran over after 2 minutes so that the bathroom was under water

I'll start with the pros: The location of the place is wonderful. Direct access to the beach and great views. The bed is very comfortable. The food is delicious. On the other hand, cleaning is lame. Despite the signs asking for cleaning, the floor servants do not see them. He cleans the next room from which the guests have left, and the room with the sign simply bypasses :( Several times I had to ask them to at least change the towels, to which the cleaning lady (from Ukraine) rudely rolled her eyes and sighed. Neither water, nor coffee nor tea replenished. It's a pity because it's a really great place!

Beautiful, spacious and clean rooms. Everything buttoned up to the last button. The rooms are equipped with literally everything you need to live. First class staff. Everyone was nice and smiling. Great atmosphere. I was surprised by the huge selection of dishes for breakfast, everything was delicious! Something beautiful. The architecture and views are breathtaking. Beach a few meters away.

Beautiful place, very good food, but the hotel service from room service to maintenance was definitely below expectations. This was my third time at this property and I've never had such problems before... The room was prepared for fewer people than the reservation, no room cleaning (except for taking out the trash), no possibility to adjust the room temperature (a fault reported three days in a row) which is critical for a child with atopic dermatitis as it means sleepless nights. Water was only provided for two days of the stay, and when I asked room service for toilet paper, I was told to go to a local convenience store. This is not how a stay in a 5-star hotel should look like…

It was our second stay and I regret to say that the quality has greatly decreased:

1) Initially, we received a room with a smelly sewage system, which after housekeeping intervention was sprayed with such an amount of perfume that it was impossible to breathe...

2) The room lacked tissues, which are always in the bathroom, and after several reminders, they arrived after two days...

3) Housekeeping left much to be desired... one day they did nothing but take out the trash and another day... the room was only tidied up after my complaint at 5 PM when I noticed it was still not cleaned

4) The room had a faulty phone... and every time I called the reception, a different room number appeared for the ladies... despite pointing this out, nothing was done about it throughout our stay..

5) Constant problem with the air conditioning which would turn on... after another call and a complaint to the technicians, they finally turned off the breakers because they didn’t know how to handle it…

7) Beautiful advertisement for a May holiday with attractions and animations for children... only they forgot about the food... throughout the stay, except for 2 days where there were fries and nuggets, the children had nothing to eat...

8) Beachside restaurant... last season there was at least broth, tomato soup or at least spaghetti so the child could eat something... now the menu has nothing... a parent can order squid but what is there for a child to eat..?

9) The quality of dinners leaves much to be desired... dinner on Sunday, May 5th was a disaster... literally there was nothing to eat... not to mention that several dishes that were there I had already seen over the last 2-3 days at dinners and breakfasts...

In a word, for these prices and 5***, it's a complete failure... And it's not just my opinion but also that of several other people I talked to during the stay...

It's a shame that such a beautiful place can be so ruined...

The hotel looks fabulous. These are modern skyscrapers right by the sea. World class. The cuisine is just as outstanding as the rest, as it is truly of a global standard! It's a pity that the room was cleaned only once during a 4-day stay, the same with the towel change :-( The staff will do everything to meet the guests' requirements. Very pleasant pool area - the pool itself is quite large for a hotel and great saunas.

Wave is beautiful. Its location and architecture surpass all other seaside hotels. 😉 We will definitely go back there. Greetings.

The beach right next to the hotel. Beautifully landscaped. Great hotel. The only downside during the stay was that not all the massages in the pool were working. The lifeguards didn't know why.

Visually, the resort is excellent, tastefully decorated. What detracts from the pleasure of the stay are the exorbitant prices for things not included in the package. For example, a wine that costs 50 PLN in the store is priced five times higher at the beach restaurant. A threefold price increase is standard, but the owners of this resort seem to think the more expensive, the better. I might not have thought about it if it weren't for a situation I found myself in. After spending nearly 1000 PLN at the beach restaurant, Mr. Manager Bartek denied me the use of the restaurant's toilet. He stated that according to the resort's standards, I am not considered a restaurant guest because I was not sitting at a table spending money, but was lying on a sunbed belonging to the hotel, for which I paid an additional 230 PLN (3 sunbeds). Well, the bad taste remains...

As for the service, the waitresses at the restaurant were definitely a plus, serving guests all day and evening with a smile on their faces. The man in charge of the sunbed service was also very competent, with a smile and professionalism in customer service.

The room cleaning did not take place. At the reception, I was informed that the rooms are cleaned only on the third day of the stay. At a four-star level, this is rather unacceptable.

In summary, the place is beautiful and has potential, but it is not utilized properly. The issues I wrote about need improvement, provided that someone takes an interest and does something about it.

No attractions for children, the playroom is "sad" and poor.

You can come at a promotional price but I probably won't return.

A big plus of the hotel are the breakfasts and dinners. Delicious and nutritious meals, perfect place to relax. I recommend the beach right by the facility.

Great location, well-maintained hotel, the proximity to the beach is an asset, hotel sun loungers, beach arrangement, two seaside eateries including one with its own pizza oven, live evening performances. An additional plus is also the pool. The service is as it should be, without any complaints. The room is clean and well-kept. On the downside, the level of the A la carte cuisine. We ordered once and that was once too many, I don't even rate it because there's nothing to rate from 0 to 10, I give it a 1, my wife gives it a 0 because she didn't even eat it. That's why we deducted a star for the stay. At the beach venue where the drinks are, the service is too small - they couldn't keep up and there were always long lines. The rest is definitely a plus, we will certainly visit again.

Rooms clean and smelling of newness, just like the entire hotel. High-level gastronomy, great bar, and very good breakfasts. The apartment has a living room that allows you to relax with a beautiful sea view. A world-class hotel. I did not expect such a gem in Międzyzdroje. The staff takes care of guests' comfort at every step, and they are also very helpful.

Great that they accept dogs, especially since there really is a place to walk with them. The staff is quiet and discreet. The coffee is delicious, and so are the breakfasts! Beautiful changing rooms at the gym and by the pools. Everything is clean, neat, and nice. You can hear the sound of the waves in the room. Access to the facility is hassle-free.

The area around the hotel is peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxation, even though the center is nearby.

The Spa zone does a great job. Everything here is top-notch.

The comfort of guests is greatly influenced by the staff. They are not pushy, but will help if needed. A nice touch is the sun loungers prepared for guests on the beach. A place where you can only think about resting. Everything is buttoned up. You can feel the high quality of the products in the meals. A large selection of vegetarian options during dinner. A unique place. I would love to come back here, as it is the best hotel on the Polish sea.

The room was very tastefully decorated and very spacious. The grounds were beautifully landscaped. The beach club on the beach was great with live music and plenty of lounge chairs to sit on. Unfortunately, the service was not good at all. Over an hour wait to check in. The housekeeping only emptied the trash bins and laid out new towels. The bed was not made, there was no new toilet paper, and it was not cleaned. At the beach and in the bar/cafe, you get nothing to drink unless you stand in line for an hour or call the waiter three times who always looks away when guests come. The swimming pool could not be used because 1,000 small children were romping in it, making swimming impossible and the noise level was barely tolerable. The sauna and spa area are very nice but too small for the size of the hotel.

The hotel needs to improve its preparation for the season, as there is a risk of the team underperforming due to a shortage of staff. I recommend that managers consider hiring a crisis manager who speaks English, Polish, and German to address potential issues.

Rooms and common areas in the hotel perfectly clean.

The room view and location were more than poor for an exclusive room. No sun at any time of day with a view of a ruin/construction site. The service in the hotel is not worthy of 5 stars. Sometimes it takes 45 minutes to get a limo. Terrible!

The ladies at the reception were very nice. A big plus at the Wave is the dining - an excellent restaurant. The bathrooms are in perfect condition. Beautiful place, maintained at the highest level. Swimming pools, spa, saunas, bicycle rental, gym - here you will find everything you need!

It would be 5 stars if not for the tragic cleaning of the rooms. Actually, during a week-long stay, only the trash was taken out. We had to ask for paper and towels ourselves. Water not replenished. Change of cleaning service necessary!!!

The sauna area is designed with artistry. It is large, diverse, and provides complete relaxation. Wave surprises with its location and architecture. It is incomparable to other seaside hotels. Dinners are hearty and worth their price. Breakfasts are delicious! The rooms smell nice. The design is very cozy and makes it pleasant to spend time in the room. The underground parking is large and safe, so it is worth paying extra and not worrying about a spot. The meals are light, but they are filling enough for the whole day.

The bathroom is large and clean. There was nothing missing.

We managed to arrive around midnight. The child was already asleep and woke up during check-in. Unfortunately, there was no crib in the room which I had requested during the reservation. I reported this at the reception - we waited a long time for the crib, thinking that someone would at least leave it at the door of the room. It's not a problem for me to go down and get it, but it's a pity that no one called and we spent 30 minutes with a screaming child in our arms. I received the crib - broken, without bedding. It was replaced with a proper one in the morning.

In your online advertisement, you mention dishes for children at breakfast and dinner. Since this was probably our fifth stay at Wave, I know that's not true, but at least making scrambled eggs in oil instead of butter would be a step in that direction (child with an allergy to cow's milk proteins). Unfortunately, even this request could not be fulfilled, as the chef loudly informed me with a strong accent. Most of these things are bearable, but not for this price.

Incompetent service: cleaning staff, bars, restaurant. No one is in control of anything.

Comfortable bed, good WiFi. The area of saunas and swimming pools is very extensive. Competent service, from the reception, through the restaurant, the bar, to the relaxation area. It is evident that the facility is new, clean, and well-maintained. Great meals. The children enjoyed being able to squeeze fresh orange juice at breakfast. Brilliant location, where you can go for walks and truly relax.

We are delighted with the hotel, the staff is very nice and helpful, the cleanliness within the hotel is okay, but unfortunately, the room leaves much to be desired, torn and dirty curtains, a not properly washed sandwich - a visible stain on it from some drink, furniture damaged by hotel guests, and visible stains on the carpet in the room.

We were there for the long May weekend last year when everything was clean, fragrant, fresh but after a year, unfortunately, you can see how much the rooms have been worn out. The cuisine is very good. Attractions for children and the hotel pool are excellent.

You can tell that the staff is knowledgeable. The design of the room brings tranquility to the entire environment. Everything is tastefully done. Cleanliness rates a 5 plus, both in the rooms and in the public areas. The dishes in the restaurant are very tasty. Perfect location - slightly away from the hustle and bustle of the center, but still close to the attractions. We had a small dog with us, who was also registered. Unfortunately, to our surprise, there were no bowls, despite paying 25 € per night for the dog. So please pack your own. We will come back.

The food a year ago and two years ago was much better than it is now. At the opening and a year later, you maintained an amazing level that other hotels in Poland couldn't match. Today, it's not impressive. Limited selection. Lack of good cuisine like it used to be. We came back to you because of the incredibly delicious food, but unfortunately, we will be looking for other hotels from now on. Wave is an incredible place, truly one of a kind. Definitely the best hotel on the polish seaside. The outdoor jacuzzi was a true highlight. Fantastic pool and saunas. The staff are really friendly and very helpful. Always a smile on their face.

Big plus for the location, the beach is right under your nose.

Everything is top-notch. In my personal opinion, the only flaw is the lack of an indoor connector between the buildings (there is an option to go through the underground parking). This matters on cold days when we walk after swimming in the indoor pool, which, by the way, is very charming. I will definitely return to this hotel and recommend it to friends. Nothing positive except for the location and tasty food in the restaurant. The property aspires to be a resort—with a dirty apartment—smudged windows, poorly cleaned interiors, dirty and patched walls, or a leaking toilet flush. The absurdity for me was the amount of the surcharge for parking and pet stay, which was almost equivalent to the cost of a stay with breakfast (3 nights). And the dog didn't even receive a bowl or a bed, as is usually the case in properties aspiring to be a luxury resort like the ones adored by Poles in onion-loving Turkey or other Egypts.

The offer includes good wine, delicious cuisine, interesting drinks, and a very good breakfast.

The rooms look stunning. Beautiful room decor. Lots of natural light. As guests, we felt very comfortable in this place. Rooms cleaned daily very carefully. During check-in, the lovely and professional Ms. Agata provided us with all the necessary information. Beautifully located hotel, an oasis of peace providing wonderful views and total relaxation. Meals in the restaurant are very tasty, it's worth choosing the option with breakfasts and dinners. Fresh and exquisite fish served every day in a different form. The pool area is beautiful, clean, including a recreational pool, jacuzzi, and a paddling pool for children with warm water. The sauna area is designed according to the art. It is large, diverse, and provides full relaxation. During our stay, we had the opportunity to participate in sauna sessions led by the professional and very pleasant sauna master Arek. The staff is a big asset of this place. They know how to take care of the comfort of rest. The beach at the hotel is wide with a gentle entry into the sea. Sun loungers and a bar were available for guests on the beach. Prepared animations for children were conducted by people who had great contact with the children. Evening live concerts and shows on the beach provided unforgettable experiences. Our stay at this hotel exceeded our expectations and we are already planning another vacation at this hotel.

The beds are very comfortable, perfect for relaxation. The rooms are very bright and clean. A big plus for the location, the beach is right under your nose. Friendly staff, full of culture and professionalism. Plenty of attractions on the premises - pool, saunas, beach bar, and great Spa. The food is diverse, with many options that will satisfy even the most demanding palates.
