Starting on a positive the service is great and I loved the little adoption and care leaflet.

However the website has an Irish designation but the company is based in Poland. As such it took about a week for the plants to get here. When they did alot of the stems especially those that already had flowers on were broken. Leaving some plants with just a crown and a solitary stem. The seed tray was all cracked meaning the soil had leaked everywhere and the box was falling apart from being wet.

I did send an email with photos but I have had no reply. It is now a case of plant and hope that they survive rather than looking forward to a strawberry harvest from good strong plants.

A shame really as this website really is a one stop shop for all your strawberry needs.
