There is no problem with parking. Friendly staff. I have very fond memories of my stay in this place. Great place, very clean and pleasant. A wonderful facility in a quiet, peaceful area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The service was excellent, but the communication of the receptionist was a bit lacking, the receptionist spoke very quickly, the rooms were clean, tidy, modern.

On the downside, the unpleasant service in the facility, the lack of any information at check-in and the conditions in which we ate breakfast (hall/tent without equipment, ladies driving trolleys between tables all the time) and the hopeless choice of food and quality of dishes. In addition, there is a lack of bathrobes and, after asking and handing them over, a refusal from the reception staff. At the end, at the check-out, they tried to add fees for attractions that I did not use.

You can definitely find a much nicer hotel for that price in the area.

A LOT of people (100+) at the pool on Saturday, when we saw that, we wanted to go to another hotel. However, it got better on Sunday and the rest of the days we had the pool and wellness almost to ourselves. Bartek took care of us the whole time. He convinced us that it was only on Saturday and that Sunday would be completely different - he was right. Bartek was responsible for turning a probably unpleasant experience into a great and pleasant one. Bartek is the heart of the hotel. Thank you once again!

The description of the apartment does not clearly indicate that it will be on the opposite side of the street from the rest of the hotel, where, for example, when using the pool, one has to figure out how to get there comfortably. I was at the reception after 12, as we arrived early and I asked if check-in was from 3 PM and the gentleman scared me by saying it could be at 7 PM, which is unthinkable for me at a price of nearly 1000 PLN for one night. In the end, we managed to check in at 3 PM. I have stayed in various places and the price of 120 PLN for a dog is also not small. The apartment itself is very nice, breakfast in the form of a Swedish buffet - good, a lot of things to choose from, both savory and sweet. Once you get to the lake (which is fenced with a net, so there is no direct access) there is a beautiful view of the Karkonosze Mountains. The pool is also nice, the outdoor one has a great atmosphere. The beds were single, I would have preferred one double, but that's probably a matter of the room, I chose this particular one. The place itself is very atmospheric.

There are more trips in the area than can be done over a weekend, so there is plenty to choose from.

We honestly did not enjoy the wellness. An overcrowded wellness is unfortunately clear with the number of guests, but the fact that the lockers in the changing rooms for personal items could not be locked was worse. Someone tried to steal from my husband when they pulled his backpack out of an unlocked locker and threw clothes around the changing room (fortunately, he didn't have valuables in there). This definitely should not happen and it spoiled our stay quite a bit. Otherwise, we rate the trip very positively and would like to return.

At the hotel, there was no running water, the menu was only in Polish and English (considering you are just a few kilometers from the Czech border) and there were almost only Czechs as guests. So, we didn't know what we were ordering in the restaurant. There could also be at least one Czech channel on the TV. Otherwise, a beautiful view of the Krkonoše Mountains.

We really liked the room and the food was excellent. The biggest problem we saw was in the unavailability of the wellness area and the infestation of insects. The wellness was fully open only on the day of our arrival, then only some parts were open. There were only a few people in the hotel, but still, the hot tubs were always occupied. No one regulated their occupancy. Some guests were in the hot tubs for several hours, and others then had no chance to use them. On the way between buildings, there were terribly many swarms of flying insects. It was very unpleasant trying to walk through them. Therefore, we rate our visit as average.

Good day, it's unfortunate that we didn't have bathrobes in our room, and when we requested them and were willing to pay, we were arrogantly told that we were not entitled to them and for the wellness area, we were only given towels. After the wellness, we wanted to go to Lake Hill Pasta and Pizza, where the flyer states it's only open from Friday to Sunday, and there the waiter started yelling at us that it was closed at 20:30. Upon departure, we wanted to visit a shop which, unfortunately, is only open on Saturday and Sunday from 11-14. On the day of departure, for some reason, there was no running water in the morning, but there was no notice anywhere. In our room, we had two beds pushed apart, and when we pushed them together, they kept sliding apart, and the mattresses are quite uncomfortable. It's as if they were spring mattresses that had already been well used. Otherwise, it's in a beautiful location with a magnificent view of Sněžka, unfortunately, we got a view of the other side.

Lack of contact when there was no power in the resort, lack of bathrobes and replacement of bath towels, very unpleasant woman with an unpleasant appearance at the reception, as if she was there as a punishment... It's a shame because the hotel is beautiful with great potential. A lot of positives but the negatives outweighed everything.

On the last day of our stay, there was a power outage. The property does not have alternative power supply. With the voltage drop, there was also no heating.

The welcome at the reception was anything but nice. Without smiling, just following the motto quickly quickly and leave me alone.

Room service was catastrophic. The first day was still okay, on the second day only the bathroom towels were thrown on the bed (bed not made), also the dishes from 2 days ago were still there as they were, even though every time we hung signs asking for cleaning. After complaining at the reception, the lady asked me if I wanted a special cleaning?? My answer was please just clean the room normally as it should be done.

Only after a nice conversation with Bartek did everything work out. Bartek, the rest of the staff should learn from you how to deal with guests. Unfortunately, the beds were also super uncomfortable and the mattresses were sagging.

The walls are very thin, you can hear everything from the neighbors.

Dinner was only until 7 pm. Unfortunately, it didn't taste good. Less variety and tasteless (you could eat better at a canteen). The service at dinner was also not good. It wouldn't hurt if the staff asked the guests if they might want some wine.

In comparison, breakfast was very good but 2 working coffee machines are simply not enough for the number of guests.

Unfortunately, Lake Hill did not live up to expectations when it comes to outages and lack of power from 4 am to 4:45 pm.
