I definitely do not recommend it. Due to my and my wife's illness, I wanted to postpone the reservation so as not to lose the advance payment. I found out that such an option was out of the question because I had already postponed the date of my stay. Apparently, the management of this ministry is more interested in taking over 400 zlotys for an unprovided service than in earning another 800 zlotys plus treatments that we have always used during previous stays. The greedy loses twice. I recommend other resorts in nearby Karpacz. It's cheaper and friendlier. Not to see you!

The common areas are very clean, everything is buttoned up as it should be. All the staff are very nice, willing to help and very open. The location is delightful. The view is amazing. A Finnish sauna outside is a mega surprise. A lot of attractions and treatments in the spa. Breakfasts are delicious and nutritious, with a very wide choice.

Jeden den jsme si zašli i na večeři do Italské restaurace a taky 10/10. Určitě se sem mile rádi někdy vrátíme. A jestli váháte, tak nemusíte, fakt je to tam super.

Very large and comfortable bed, the room very well equipped. A great gym. A great hotel, close to the forest and directly on a beautiful lake. Ideal location for hiking. Meals in the restaurant were phenomenal. Delicious and really quality! You can see that the place is created by people with passion. Everything is perfectly finished. The bathroom and bedroom look amazing.

Unfortunately we were very disappointed by the hotel. The beds were not made, garbage was not taken. Towels were frayed. At times we had no water for showering and warm water only after 2-3 minutes. The room was nice in itself, only you could clearly see cracks in the wall and stains on the sofa.

The spa area is directly adjacent to the restaurant and is not visually separated. Infusions were only available for an extra charge. Relaxing is different.

Breakfast was ok. Positive are the free charging options and the wonderful view over the lake.

Unfortunately, the beds and the sofa for the extra bed are very uncomfortable. There were four of us in one room, but there were only two chairs at the table. There are generally few storage options in the room and if you already have a sink and refrigerator in the room, then some crockery and cutlery would not be wrong.

Otherwise, the spa area is great and very appealing. The food is good and sufficient, but a little more variety is certainly desirable.

2 saunas that are not separated from the bathing area - guests use them in swimwear, then without a towel.

For me as a sauna-goer, this is an absolute no-go.

The indoor sauna is also not completely closed - there is a gap above the glass door.

We had half-board food nothing special, reminds us of a canteen. At HB, dinner is offered from 4-7 p.m. What kind of times are these???

Cocktails overpriced and staff seems uncertain.

Parking spaces are not sufficient for guests and are also very narrow.

A very nice place to spend a weekend, it is a great location away from the city, where it is quieter and peaceful. A great thing with the outdoor pool and jacuzzis, it's just a pity that they are so small and it's hard to take advantage of it because they are crowded. Spacious rooms well equipped and clean ,comfortable beds . We had the option with breakfast, a mega selection, everything very tasty and varied. The staff is very friendly and smiling, encouraging with their approach to come back:)

Hello, the first plus is definitely the hotel area and breakfast. But otherwise, right at the arrival we were stopped by the staff at the reception, who did not provide more detailed information about the stay (and they still looked quite unpleasant). Small wellness areas for so many people in the hotel. It was not possible to get into the hot tub and sauna due to the large capacity of people, and we were there in the morning at 9 in the afternoon at 4 and in the evening between 8-10. It even happened to us that we were waiting for the table at dinner and breakfast. Narrow parking spaces (where our brand new car was scratched). No massages or treatments as the SPA was under renovation, but no notice before the stay or at the reception. As for the room, there is a lot of dust on the shelves and the top of the bed. On the last night, when we wanted to take a shower, the water slowly stopped losing pressure before the warm water from the shower stopped flowing completely. We arrived for dinner at 6:15 p.m. and it was already a problem to have a hot meal.

Clean and fragrant bedding - very clean everywhere. Very nice staff, easy going, smiling and helpful. Outside there is a Finnish sauna with an unearthly view, great thing! There is a beautiful wild waterfall nearby, overall the location is a plus! Really good breakfasts with a variety of options and delicious bread.

Moc jsme si ubytování s wellness užili. Nechápu některé negativní recenze. The room was power hezký, čistý, s klimatizací a terasou. They were jsme tu v týdnu, also wellness nebyl moc obsazený, v bazénu jsme were kolikrát sami. K dispozici byly dvě vnitřní a dvě vnější vířivky, neměli jsme problém na něco čekat, stačila jen chvilinka. Výhled moc hezký na Krkonoše.

Personál byl moc milý a ochotný, díky turistům z Česka nebyl problém se domluvit česky.

Rádi bychom poděkovali barmanovi Igorovi, za skvělý servis, vstřícnost. I přes naší hloupost, že jsme si chtěli objednat drinky k bazénu, nám vše vysvětlil s klidem, že si musíme objednat v restauraci, která o patro níž. Večer jsme vždy doufali, že ho u baru uvidíme zas. Moc milý člověk. Všichni were a lot of fun, but on Igor nezapomeneme😁.

Beautiful resort, pleasant surroundings, beautiful views, quality wellness, indoor and outdoor. However, when the capacity of the resort is full, it is insufficient. Nice staff, no one is forcing anything on you, they don't ask for documents at the reception, only your name. Good food and choice, regularly replenished, drinks from the post-mix and coffee, tea, chocolates from the vending machine, tasty, everyone can choose. The staff is smiling, the atmosphere is friendly. Sufficient parking. Drawbacks: stains on the walls and ceiling in the room, a malfunctioning refrigerator, a leaking faucet in the shower and a missing outdoor handle on the balcony door.

The hotel is beautifully situated. Wonderful view of the lake. You can see that they care about the comfort of guests, it is very clean. The sauna area does a lot of work. A beautiful place to rest and reset. Everyone - from the reception to the room service really great! It's worth taking the option with breakfast, because it's delicious! Everything is fresh and there is a really large selection.

Nice hotel, good location with a beautiful view, clean, good food - scrambled eggs delicious :), staff very polite. What is equally important for us is that you can stay with your pet, even in restaurants - this is probably the only hotel in Poland where you can eat breakfast with your dog (if someone cannot leave your pet alone in the room)

The only huge minus for us: for the possibility of smoking on balconies, on deckchairs by the pool or at tables, eating dinner outside, and for those ashtrays at the very entrances :( On my way out, I walked through cigarette smoke. There should be smoking zones on the side, then a little.

Our room had a separate balcony, but I saw that some of them were connected by an openwork balustrade or had common terraces on the ground floor. We didn't like it much. A milky glass would be better. I know – not everyone will be happy ;)

Other than that, we loved it and will definitely come back.

The downside for such a large facility is the very small pool and children's area. There is no possibility to use the pool with so many children around. The advantages definitely include beautiful rooms equipped with everything needed. It's good to choose a room with a view of the reservoir, as those overlooking the parking lot are right next to it and the road, so it's hard to have privacy there.

Breakfasts are very good, with a wide selection.

The wellness area is charming, with a beautiful view of the mountains and water, however, when there are many guests, it gets crowded and there is a wait for a free spot in the jacuzzi.

My first contact with the staff at the reception was a bit discouraging, but the rest of the crew was very nice and professional.

Prices in the restaurant and bar are quite high, but everything is very tasty and of high quality, which is a big plus.

The parking has very narrow spaces and when there are many guests, finding a spot is extremely difficult.

The only downside is the lack of heating in the room; the air conditioning only cools, so if it's cold outside, you will simply be freezing unless the lady at the reception gives you what's called a "goat" 😀😀

The hotel does not provide information that it cleans rooms and changes towels only upon request. After familiarizing yourself with these rules, you learn that housekeeping starts at 1:00 PM, after which the towel replacement service only appeared at 7:00 PM, and there is no mention of cleaning. All day in dirt and without towels after returning from the trail. Breakfast is a matter of luck, dishes are not replenished regularly. Plates are wet and not dried.

The recreation lawn is decorated with alpaca droppings, which no one cleans up.

🔥 The staff is friendly, welcoming and so helpful. The bar menu was delightful!

On the downside, the parking spaces are too narrow, and during dinner, the waiter offers champagne, and finally charges 90 PLN for each glass! That's way too much, not everyone wants to spend their funds like that!

First, the positives:

BUT:

The hotel is located on a busy main road, so definitely book a lakeside room, no room service with a 4-day stay despite hanging a cleaning sign on the door.

In our room, there was a technical defect, it sounds like the air conditioning is running continuously, but it's off, we reported it and could have moved, but it was already the last day... at first, we thought it was normal but other guests do not have this problem. In the neighboring room, you can hear people snoring, so it's not soundproof. You might only have QUIET if there are few neighbors maybe.

The wellness area is a disgrace for so many guests, everything is wet, wet corridors everywhere, too few loungers, no relaxation room, and the sauna is not really separated from the rest. No space for so many people. Very unfortunate if it means wellness. The location of the wellness area in the hotel is NOT nice at all, right next to the restaurant, I don't know if I'm in a swimming pool or in a wellness hotel.

So, as many others here have already written, with some drawbacks and a lot of room for improvement...

For the price, it's not justified that you don't even get room service.

First class hotel!

The staff is top-notch. Very professional and attentive to the guest's comfort.

The hotel is beautifully located, with lots of greenery and places to relax. When it's busy, the pools and jacuzzis are overcrowded, and cosmetic services and massages are unavailable for several days without any information, such as lack of availability - they're just closed, and that's it! Breakfasts are varied, but the dinners are much weaker.

Nothing is salty, and of course, you can add salt yourself, but that's not the point in a restaurant!

The restaurant staff does not say thank you, please, or sorry, and definitely needs additional training in customer service etiquette.

Overall, the stay was successful, but paying attention to small details wouldn't hurt.

I'll start with the fact that there was a huge crowd at your place. For such a crowd, those small pools and saunas are too small. Speaking of the sauna, we were kicked out on May 4th because the entrance door broke - the lifeguard closed the internal saunas. Very poor.

The hotel is supposedly for children - but there wasn't even a towel for a child in the room. The playroom is meager compared to other hotels. There were no cars or toys for older boys. There are no crayons (even though there was a coloring book). There was no chalk (despite having walls for chalk writing). The external playground is also very meager and too small for the number of children. Not to mention the tiny wading pool.

In the room, you can hear everything, there is no soundproofing. You can hear everything in the next room, bathroom, or corridor. You didn't make an effort here either. The bathroom is falling apart in 2125. The whole wall near the toilet with tiles is coming off. There is a lack of a wardrobe, for example in the bedroom because an 'wardrobe' or rather hooks at the entrance is a bit too little for a stay of several days.

On the plus side, the 'fixer', who tried to salvage the situation during check-in and helped to clear the queue. Also positive are the location and views - but it's a pity that the net blocking access to the reservoir isn't visible in the pictures. You could at least change that fence to a glass one. The staff is friendly and nice. The hotel is clean.

Nearby is Karpacz. The location is ideal for a spring trip! The room is great, very nice and comfortable, with a large shower in the bathroom. The cuisine is excellent. Everything is fresh and delicious.

I am very pleased with the great breakfast! Huge selection, everything delicious and fresh.

When I asked for a room change, the lady was very helpful, I ultimately did not use it because the transfer option was for the next day, and I was already unpacked (but thank you very much for wanting to help)

Now I will talk about what we did not like, next to our room you placed a squeaky table with ping pong paddles, I think a better place could be found, one that would not disturb the guests, this place is also attractive for large groups where parents sit on sofas and children set up a kindergarten, parents are happy because the kids occupy themselves, but the concrete structure only exaggerates the screams, thumping, etc.

The prices in the hotel are also very expensive, 45 PLN for an Aperol spritz (and it's not even original Aperol but a cheaper version) in Italy it's cheaper and tastier.

During check-out, the lady at the reception did not ask how our stay was.. very strange because then I would have told her about my complaints.

Unfortunately, we will not return, and we will not recommend it to friends.

We came from far away and didn't get dinner even though it was included in the accommodation price... There was noise at night from some party in a room, the receptionist didn't handle it.

However, the rooms were luxurious and the breakfast and dinner buffet was great.

Staff deserving a medal. You can really relax here in a cozy and intimate atmosphere. The pool and saunas are very well-maintained. It's clear they care about this facility. Lots of options for spending free time. Great hotel, close to walking spots. Perfect location for hiking. Breakfasts prepared with great care. Everything is delicious.

Cleanliness in the rooms average. The crib for the baby was dirty, the child's bedding had a hole. Breakfast had a rather limited selection, few vegetables, and the sweets were also of poor quality. The a la carte dinner also disappointed us somewhat (6 adults, so a considerable variety of dishes).

We had a very pleasant time. Despite the heavy traffic, as it was during the May weekend, the service was top-notch. From the moment we entered, we felt cared for. The hotel offers a tasty breakfast with quite a large selection of food, as well as comfortable and spacious rooms that are clean and modernly furnished. The SPA area also met our expectations. We were mainly focused on relaxation and additionally exploring the area with a short walk in the mountains. Everything turned out to be fantastic!

During the entire stay - 6 nights, the room was not cleaned even once. Yes, cleaning can be requested, but you have to inform about it. When I asked for a towel change, I had to go to the reception myself because the service starts at 1:00 PM. The trash in the kitchenette and bathroom was not emptied throughout our stay. The hotel accepts pets and charges a significant fee of 120 PLN per night, regardless of the dog's size, yet the service did not vacuum the floors even once. The dog sheds fur and brings in sand on its paws, all of which stays on the floor and gets airborne every time the terrace door is opened. Dear Sir/Madam, either do not charge such a fee, or at least vacuum the rooms every other day, or leave a broom in the room so we can clean up ourselves. The kitchenette does have instant coffee, a kettle, and tea, but only wooden spoons. When I asked for a plate, I was told: "We do not provide porcelain in the room." Two attempts at ordering from the menu in the hotel restaurants were disappointing; we had tastier meals at nearby diners. The price per night is definitely not proportional to the quality received by the guest. I definitely do not recommend.

A wonderful place that makes one disconnect from their daily reality, and the people working there contribute to this. Thank you, Mr. Tomasz, the local guide who enriched our stay with an interesting tour of the "nooks" of Sosnówka. Highly recommend!

We are here for the 6th time, we will be coming back.

In the bed, we found a fake eyelash, which I don't wear. In the bun and eggs, there were shells. And we didn't even get to the outdoor hot tubs in the wellness area. Given the hotel's capacity, the wellness area should be larger so that guests aren't crowded. Therefore, the price-performance ratio for us is average. Thank you for the stay.

Wonderful place, very clean and pleasant. Very nice and polite people work here. The parking is really big, the rooms are also large and have everything you need. Great breakfasts, delicious bread, good quality cold cuts, and a very large selection. Wonderful area, beautiful views. The location is ideal.

The room was very large. It was completely sufficient for the two of us. Very professional service and great atmosphere. Pleasant, cozy, and intimate. The room was superbly prepared for our arrival. The breakfast options are very extensive. Everyone will find something delicious. The proximity to nature is enchanting, the property is really beautifully located! Ideal hotel for couples.

Wonderful place to relax, wonderful SPA area. The staff is distinguished by high culture. Beautiful place. Right next to it begins a beautiful walking trail through the forest. It is very clean. Everything fits a five-star hotel. The breakfast buffet is mega rich, dinner great, the restaurant also delicious!

The wellness area with a view of the mountains and lake is very pleasant, however, the water in the pool and jacuzzi is too cold, especially outside. The area is more adapted for children than adults and is very crowded during the day. Besides, interesting location, great views, and excellent access right to the facility. The concept is very well thought out, and the interior is beautifully finished. Very nice and helpful staff, good breakfasts.

Location - definitely a plus if someone wants to relax with beautiful views of the mountains and the reservoir, away from everything.

I rate the room standard as a plus. We used the junior Suite option - in the hotel part, which consists of a living room, bedroom, and bathroom - very spacious, although I missed having a larger and lockable wardrobe. For three nights we managed, but if it were a longer stay it could be a bit problematic for us. Breakfasts tasty, although I have been in hotels with a larger selection. Basically, the same thing served every day. The pool is okay, although small, not much for children besides a paddling pool. Another downside is that we take wet towels with us, there is nowhere really to dry them, and room cleaning is on request. Besides, there is a small room for paid games.

The staff is nice and smiling.

Overall, for a trip to reset with beautiful views, I recommend.

Overall okay, but poor acoustics. You can hear conversations through the wall. And for such a number of guests, such a small pool and spa is a misunderstanding. Lack of privacy. Noise like in a market. I do not recommend it for couples on romantic getaways.

Very nice bar service. The gentleman was very polite and gave me excellent advice. I highly recommend using the spa procedures. Great form of relaxation. It was really clean. Beautiful place, close to nature. Many attractions in the area. Ideal place for winter holidays. Very good breakfasts. High-quality products allow for healthy and satisfying meals.

The food is very good. The treatments as well. It is disappointing, however, that you need to have cash or a card with you. You cannot add the cost of the treatment to the room bill and settle it at check-out.

The negative rating concerns the hotel room.

We purchased a larger room. It turned out that there are two rooms, i.e., a bedroom and a living room with a kitchenette. The first disappointment. The next was the view from the room and bedroom. We purchased a room with a view of the lake and mountains. It turned out that the rooms are only equipped with narrow doors leading to the balcony. No view at all. The room should rather be sold as facing the lake and mountains. From the room, due to limited glazing, neither the mountains nor the lake could be seen.

Walls stained. In the bedroom, a cracked wall. In the morning, very low water pressure in the shower and the faucet. The bar holding the glass shower partition was loose. The whole glass was shaky. The bathroom drain was damaged. Overall, the room was terrible. The bathrobe was dirty…

We had room 2215. We do not recommend it. Solely due to the standard, shortcomings of the room. We will not choose it a second time.

Hotel in a great location for mountain view lovers. Peace and quiet, an excellent base for excursions. A wide selection of dishes and desserts for breakfast. Comfortable rooms and super courteous service at every step - reception, restaurant, cleaning team. Rooms very clean and of high standard. The hotel surroundings are well-kept and clean. Fantastic pool, saunas, and jacuzzi with a mountain view 😍 highly recommend!

If someone is looking for a comfortable hotel in a secluded place with a charming view, this is a good suggestion. The rooms are clean, spacious (we had a living room plus bedroom option), what I missed was a lockable wardrobe. In the bedroom, there was basically only a bed, and the rest of the space was unused.

The breakfasts are fine, I've been to hotels with a larger selection, but there's nothing to complain about here either. The pool is okay, although for children there is a small paddling pool and no more attractions. What distinguishes the hotel are the really beautiful views of the reservoir and the Karkonosze Mountains. The price of the hotel itself - well, it depends on the weekend. While the price was "bearable" the weekend before the long May weekend, a few days later the price tripled - I wouldn't decide on that. But the hotel's occupancy is high, hence probably such a decision. With higher occupancy, there may be a problem with parking spaces - the spaces are quite narrow, so many guests park over the lines, and in this way, "reduce" the number of places. The staff is very nice - I have nothing to complain about here. We thank you very much for the hospitality.

Great location, great spa area, fantastic cuisine, extremely friendly staff. And the view of the mountains (Snow Mountain) is something very special. We will definitely go there again. Our little dog also felt very comfortable.❤️
