A beautiful place where you can really recharge your batteries and take a break from the hustle and bustle of the big city.

A lot of attractions for children - kidsroom with animations, rope park, playground, swimming pool, cinema - the little ones did not complain about boredom. Minecraft workshops are also worth recommending - a nice gentleman leading and interestingly conducted. Kids happy :)

The food was very good. Although not all bain-maries were filled, and the dishes were repeated for breakfast, there was a lot to choose from and every dish was delicious. In addition, you can order pizza in the bistro until 10:00 p.m. - baked on the spot and very good.

I was in Seidorf and I had huge expectations, because I loved that hotel :) A wonderful rope park, too small a swimming pool (I just happened to hit a crowd, the next day was supposedly better) rooms and the view was wonderful. I was a little disappointed with the food. That something was missing. And a coffee queue for 10 minutes. Maybe it's worth letting people from both sides serve food. And two slot machines although ( it was the May weekend )

A great place for families with children due to the playroom, the pool with a paddling pool could also have some attractions, but the important thing is that it is, the outdoor playground is great.

The downside is the terrible heat in the room, the temperature control does not work.

An additional minus for charging a fee for a cot contrary to the contract (according to the e-mail with the offer PLN 50 for the stay, and PLN 50 per night was charged) and after three requests still no refund of the erroneously charged fee.

The bad taste remains...

Delicious buffet breakfasts, there is a lot to choose from. The hotel staff is very nice and professional. A playroom is a salvation for parents :) The children are happy and the parents have a moment for themselves! Beautiful rooms, you don't want to leave. Very clean. Beautifully situated, directly next to the forests, you can admire the peaks of the mountains from the :)

To begin with, we need to make it clear that Kazalnica is not a hotel - as my daughter said, it is simply a block of flats in which several dozen different people have invested money. A place away from the hustle and bustle of Karpacz is a plus, a beautiful view, while the rest is simply an underdeveloped, quickly commissioned place at a cosmic price of PLN 800 per night. The name is FAMILY, and there is not a single dish for children in the restaurant, not even a simple chicken soup. Breakfasts served in a room with 15 tables for 150 rooms sounds like a joke, endless queues. Then breakfasts were moved to a larger room with 30 tables, but it was even worse, because only 3 people cleaned the tables and the girl couldn't cope, it was a pity to see them getting tired. You had to wait about 30-40 minutes to get to this coffee machine (one for the whole room), and the best thing is that the beverage dispenser and the aforementioned machine were located at the very entrance to the room and while eating, you can think what was happening there (crowd). Who does that???? Such devices are placed on the other side of the room, not by the scrambled eggs. On the plus side, the breakfasts were tasty after all, although it was the same every day.

The biggest problem of this place is the lack of air conditioning. At 20 degrees outside, it was 29 degrees in the room. At the reception I was informed that air conditioning is standard. After returning to the reception after an hour, another lady said that the air conditioning did not work because it was the heating season (May 1), which is some kind of joke, and if so, why did the radiators in the bathroom not work? The next day after the report, a gentleman appeared who was supposed to "fix" the air conditioning. It didn't help, a headache in the morning from uncomfortable sleep at 29 degrees is guaranteed. After returning to the reception, the unpleasant lady said that there was no air conditioning here (for 800 PLN per day!!) and I should open the window and ventilate. This is some kind of joke. The same thing in the children's playroom or restaurant, you went to cook, the staff doesn't know how to turn on the air conditioning and ventilation because she was NOT TRAINED FOR IT, complained one of the ladies from playing with children. On the plus side, however, the ladies tried to entertain the children.

I suggest hiring a real manager (e.g. from a 5-star hotel next to Seidorf, because it's the same owner/managers) and then it will work out somehow, because the potential in this "block" is there after all. The waiters are kids from the round-up, having no idea about the service, it was a shame to look at it. However, I'm afraid that during the holidays, at 35 degrees outside, it will be 50 degrees inside and people will start to lose consciousness due to the lack of air conditioning.

It is clearly a place to make money for investors, a few years will go somehow, dividends will be paid and then after a few years someone will appear who will do it properly.

There are only two elevators for the entire hotel. Getting to it is almost a miracle, especially in the morning when you go for breakfast.

I rate the whole facility and the experience in it very negatively and I will contact the manager of the facility in this matter. A small plus for the view and a place away from the hustle and bustle. I stayed in the facility with my family (4 people) in May 2024

I like this location. Views and walking routes are a big plus. The pool was clean, during our visit the water was very warm, without reservations. A very pleasant place, all nooks and crannies perfectly clean. Everyone will find something for themselves. Really good quality products. Very nice and polite people work here.

There was no air conditioning, it was too hot in the rooms! Queues for breakfast! Lack of skills in arranging drinks and food in the cafeteria so that people would not disturb each other! Breakfasts were good but poorly served!

The service is excellent in every situation. You can count on the help of the reception when needed. Pool, Spa, gym, bistro Kazalnica - everything you need is here! The location is superbly marked. Very close to Karpacz, but away from the hustle and bustle. Pleasant apartments, lots of space, everything clean and fragrant. A huge plus for the large, free parking lot. No problem finding a spot. And the playroom with animations is the biggest plus for the little ones.

The rooms are clean and smell new, just like the whole hotel. The only minus is the temperature in the room, we had on the 5th floor, the temperature after entering the room was +33 degrees, poorly working air conditioning

The room was large, spacious, and clean but a huge downside was the lack of air conditioning and the high temperature in the room. At times, the thermometer showed 26 degrees Celsius or more. When we brought this up to the lady at the reception, we were told, "hehe, it's best to open the windows and remove the card to lower the temperature." But of course, I will report this to the technical department and someone will come and turn off the heating. We waited until 10 PM and no one came. The next day, my husband also raised the alarm and again, no response or action from your side. Removing the card is impossible because we can't just sit in a dark room or even lack the ability to turn on the TV.

Another minus for the lack of more children's chairs. A room for 120 people and only 2 high chairs available, where most are families with small children. When we pointed this out to the waitress, we were told, "there's nothing I can do."

The restaurant seats 120 people but has only one coffee machine. This created long lines.

The ladies at the reception were unsmiling as if they were working as a punishment.

But now for the positives.

A plus for the nice kids' club. The animators were great at entertaining the children, always smiling and pleasant.

The surroundings are beautiful, with lovely views.

The hotel itself is nice but there are many things that need improvement, refinement, and a lot of work for the manager.

I have nothing to complain about when it comes to cleanliness. A big advantage of the hotel is its location. You can get some fresh air! Large parking is a great thing. We had no problem parking. We felt very comfortable at Hotel Kazalnica. We lacked nothing. Hotel Kazalnica is really a wonderful place. Beautiful views and proximity to nature are addictive!

At the outset, I would like to say that there were several inconveniences, the rooms lacked air conditioning... Constant temperatures reaching 24-27 degrees...

Breakfasts were typical English breakfasts.. if you're a fan, it's okay... There was only one coffee machine for everyone, always a queue....

A queue even formed yesterday for breakfast... At least 5 families were waiting...

Dinner was monotonous and nothing special, not for the demanding...

But at least it was in a tent and we could accommodate and host everyone without waiting for someone to finish...

The rope park was listed in the attractions as open from to and was unfortunately closed despite the fact that the children received entrance bands.... closed but the lady at the reception, not knowing it was listed in the attractions, tried to be eloquent and loudly talked over the information to something else despite that I showed her the plan right in front of her nose.. her name was like every second person in this hotel "I am learning"

The pool was cool for kids okay but for adults, it lacks a jacuzzi, sauna, ... But a big minus and I hope someone reads this to avoid tragedy... No lifeguard/monitoring what's happening at the pool..

No privacy.. connected balconies... Completely unaware, I went to see a better view.. coming back I saw that we are not alone...

In summary

It was okay...

Will I return?? And recommend?? Answer: No.

This year's May Day holiday will long remain in our positive memories. The hotel is beautiful, modern. A playroom with animations for younger and older children. Gym, swimming pool with heated water plus a paddling pool for children (here I would introduce lockers and another changing room and some attractions for the youngest) but even without that it was not bad 🙂. Bistro. Trampoline park for kids with several obstacle courses. Beautiful playground with wonderful sand and sun loungers for adults. Fabulous views: lake, mountains. Peace and quiet! Rooms very well soundproofed, heavy doors from the rooms but you can hardly hear what's happening in the corridor. Water always warm 😉. Sun loungers on the balcony. Rooms very well equipped! Which was a huge plus because you really don't need to bring anything 🙂. The possibility of renting a travel cot and a baby bath was also a huge plus. There are many pluses to list here.

The only downside was the temperature in the room. During the day it was still bearable because you could open the windows but in the evenings and at night it was scorching. It reached up to 30 degrees in the room. Despite the air flow (air conditioning) because I don't know what to call it, it was hard to lower the temperature. Set supposedly at 17 degrees but it was not even possible to lower it to 22.

The staff was very nice and friendly, helpful and smiling. It was nice to talk and get advice 😉.

We are already planning to return in two months for the holidays 😎. See you 🙂.

Beautifully located property, probably the best hotel in Poland! Beautiful, quiet, and peaceful. There is a pleasant and calm atmosphere here. In such a climate, it is easy to regenerate. The food is delicious. A large selection of salads for breakfast, you can have a light and healthy breakfast 😉 Everything is perfectly finished and buttoned up. The SPA area is very exclusive. A beautiful place to rest and reset.

There is a rope park on the premises. We were here during the summer season, the kids were thrilled! Very tasty food. There is something for everyone. Really good quality products. Overall, the apartments left a good impression on me, the only thing I would criticize was the speed of the internet and the inability to connect to the network on the TV even though it is Smart.

Good day, we liked everything in the hotel, except for the reception staff, big troubles upon arrival and only after the intervention of Slevomat operators was a remedy arranged. When leaving, we had to complicatedly prove that we had already paid the local fee. The stay was pleasant, but the initial problems took us by surprise, we had paid for a stay for 4 families.

The hotel is beautifully located, with a view of the reservoir on one side and a panorama of the mountains on the other.

For us, everything was fine, the hotel was not too crowded, so the capacities were fully sufficient. The bed was too soft for us, but that's a matter of opinion. There could be chairs and a table on the balconies for sitting with a view. Staff willing.

- There is missing some social place, e.g. a bar to sit in the evening or so. There is only the bistro in the basement but that isn't a place to enjoy the evening.

- We had issue with high temperature in the room (5th floor). On the first day they said I should turn on AC, even so I told her that it doesn't blow cold air they insisted that it should work. On the second day in the morning they said they will turn off the heating in my room. On the second day in the evening the receptionist went with me and showed me some pipes in the hallway saying that I can try to change the pipes as I wish that she doesn't understand it. Well, guess what, me neither. The next day they sent the tech guy and he said that the AC is set to the heating mode and they cannot change it. So it cannot make the room colder and his suggestion was to open windows. That is not an ideal solution when you have 2 small kids and during the night the temperature in March goes down a bit too much.

- Even worse was on the last 2 days that we also had running fan in the kitchen room, which was pretty loud and it couldn't be turned off.

Overall, I think that the place has a potential, but we got as most of it wrong as it could get.

There is nothing to complain about. It is very clean. There are animators in the playrooms who lead cool activities for kids. A big advantage of the hotel is its location. You can get some fresh air! Breakfasts and dinners are excellent. A big plus for a wide selection of salads. The service is simply brilliant. Discreet and very focused on the Guests' needs.

Great base for a weekend trip to the mountains or Karpacz.

Missing a café/bar with a view (which they have a beautiful one) or at least an outdoor garden.

(There is not even dessert/ice cream in the bistro :()

The service is top-notch - tactful, polite, and very dedicated. There is a beautiful wild waterfall nearby, overall a great location! Delicious breakfasts. Bistro Kazalnica offers really tasty food. A very pleasant place, all nooks perfectly clean. A plus is the possibility to use SPA treatments at Hotel Seidorf. The facial treatments are phenomenal.

Great hotel location. Large spacious rooms with a beautiful view of the wonderful mountains. One small, modest pool, crowded with children. The dining area was too small compared to the number of guests, resulting in a rather long wait for a meal. The food was very average in terms of taste and quality - poorly seasoned. I didn't feel taken care of as a guest, more like a "money leaver". Several times, by email and phone, I asked for a correct invoice to be issued. The hotel is definitely intended for families with children - rather younger ones.

The staff was accommodating to make my stay perfect. We felt very comfortable at Hotel Kazalnica. We lacked nothing. It is an ideal place to relax. Its fantastic location with a beautiful view will help you relax. The hotel rooms were always clean. They take care of everything down to the last detail. The staff is very friendly and you feel at home here.

The children's playroom is large and has many attractions. Nice intimate pool and paddling pool.

Very nice service. It's wonderful that they accept dogs. For me, this is a big convenience. The rooms and common areas are very clean.
