In general, I consider the stay successful because the hotel has a lot of attractions for children and is located in a great place.

Broken TV and air conditioning could not be repaired despite reporting and attempts to repair it. No zone only for adults, no screaming and children's play. Hours and zones for adults are already standard in 4+ hotels. Tasty food, but attempts at a barbecue for show or "bonfires" were completely unsuccessful. Rooms in the new part clean and modern ... but as I mentioned emergency.

Unfortunately, the hotel was not ready for such a large number of guests, despite the fact that the staff really worked at full speed: it was hard to find a parking space, it was hard to find a free sunbed at the swimming pool, it was difficult to find a free table in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner, there were often no specific dishes, there was no table and chairs on the balconies in the old part of the hotel, a gym in a glazed and non-air-conditioned room without access to water and towels.

The Senator Hotel is one of the few places to which we return practically every year. As a rule, for the winter holidays this year, exceptionally for the May holiday. The pool area, cinema and kitchen are sensational as usual. Out of sentiment, we choose a room in the old part and, as before, in the opinion, I must also write this time that it needs renovation. Especially bathrooms. Although you can actually see slowly changes in this part. Noi parking... With such a high fee, it is a pity that with a large number of guests there is such a problem with parking.

We received a room inconsistent with the offer. The photos showed a view of the forest from above, and we got a room on the 1st floor. From 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. there was a noise as if someone was moving furniture (there was a kitchen downstairs). For 7 days, our room was cleaned 2 times. And when it was cleaned up, we were left without towels and toilet paper. The hotel staff was very rude, rude. The cleaning lady, when asked to clean the room, replied that she did not have time. Hotel zabiedbany - crumbling parts of the façade, dirty.

The mixture of the new and the old is strongly felt, plus unfortunately some places were dirty/neglected, such as the cloakroom in front of the pool where there was an unpleasant smell and the floor was even dirty, the children's playroom in which the room in front of the playroom was dirty, the playroom itself was very stuffy, the restaurant, despite the huge number of guests during the May holidays, was open only until 7.30 p.m., Instead of an hour longer to unload the number of people, the water in the restaurant, whether cold or hot, in the dispensers was brown and cloudy and it was not known whether it was suitable for consumption and yet served to the guests.

The preparation of the room service left a lot to be desired, the room after cleaning for me did not look as it should in the case of 5 stars, not vacuumed, the beds were not corrected, the bedding was not changed even once, the towels were not added after taking the used ones, and the quintessence was that the maid tried to teach me how to use the panel - she entered the room despite the message do not disturb and the dog because there was no card stamp in the electricity - I did not want her to enter, What would happen if the dog ran away, a total parking mess for the amount of 60 PLN per day, no place for it, no possibility to drive to any door. The Nadmorska Restaurant also had its shortcomings, it was corrected after a conversation with the manager, there was service and care was taken to ensure that the food was added throughout the service of guests – although I think that such things should not happen at this level.

I spent the May weekend with my sons. It was great. The room was clean, the food tasty, and the staff friendly. They always answered my questions without any problems. Lots of attractions for children. The playroom was great; my younger son always wanted to play there. Very close to the beach.

I always wanted to and something was getting in the way. And now the opportunity has arisen, so the long weekend from April 30 to May 5, 2024 spent in this hotel. Room 407, as if it was made yesterday. Everything like new. The bathroom is quite small, but has everything you need. Plus, a huge rain shower with a large shower that can easily fit two people ;) in the room a large TV, large comfortable bed and a fold-out sofa, can serve as an extra bed. Large wardrobes, a small fridge. Bathrobes, towels, kettle with teas and bottled mineral water, replenished daily. Rooms cleaned every day. Very nice service. And most importantly in the hotel, the food! Delicious breakfasts and dinner-lunches. For spending free time we have plenty of attractions. Pools, jacuzzi, showers, saunas, game machines, ping pong table, room for small children, bicycle rental-20zł per hour. Pool towels, free at the pool entrance. Throughout the facility, we move through glass corridors, which gives a sense of walking on a pleasant carpet and in warmth :) Parking for cars additionally paid, 60zł per day. During the long weekend, performances by artists, organization of barbecues, bonfires, shows. Animations for children. Close to the sea, fabulous forest. Highly recommended for those undecided!

Stay very pleasant, wonderful place for family rest, close to the beach, food mega good, large selection, everyone will find something for themselves, great location, I recommend. Great approach to animals traveling with owners, beach clean.

A special guest request for the Hotel staff is no problem😍 for a birthday they prepared a DELICIOUS cake, according to the birthday person's preferences🙂 The service makes you feel special here, they take care of every detail with a smile and kindness.

It's worth coming and spending a nice time here. Especially since the hotel offers many attractions.

Super gastronomy - you can really enjoy delicious breakfast and dinner. The staff is professional, but very nice and smiling. They know their limits and are not intrusive. The room had a basic set of cosmetics that smelled amazing! The hotel is surrounded by a forest. Right behind it is the sea, which can be heard in the room 🌊 Clean and very pleasant. They deserve a medal!

Dinner options are very diverse. I recommend everyone to take advantage of this option.

We vacationed at the Senator Hotel with a couple of friends from April 21, 2024, to April 28, 2024.

First, the positive experiences:

The hotel is located in a quiet direct location, 2 minutes on foot from the Baltic Sea, near Kolberg.

There is a beautiful and large indoor pool with various saunas.

The modern superior rooms are very well equipped and spacious.

Unfortunately, the negative impressions outweighed our stay:

We had booked half-board. The food selection was very limited and very monotonous. Moreover, the quality of the food was not worthy of a 4-star hotel. Despite multiple requests, dishes were not replenished. The restaurant was open for 3 hours regularly, but after just 1 hour, the platters at the buffet were empty.

On the last 2 days, there were significantly more hotel guests, and there was a glass of sparkling wine at the entrance of the restaurant, we cannot understand why there was no sparkling wine at the beginning of our stay and why the food was so sparse.

We felt like second-class guests.

Our rooms were very warm, and both the service technician and the reception staff, despite multiple requests, were unable to regulate the air conditioning.

The housekeeping staff was definitely not adequately trained. They asked us what should be done in the room. For example, the bathroom was not cleaned every day but merely the towels were exchanged. Also, the beds were only made twice during our stay. We took care of it ourselves on the other days.

Overall, we were very disappointed with the stay and definitely cannot recommend the hotel.
