Compared with other 5☆ hotels, this one deserves 3. Poor SPA zone. The food is very average, the service is slow, uninterested. In a word, a juggernaut.

No 5 * for misleading me with booking. During the reservation, when I clicked on the last confirmation after payment, it said "we will forward your comments to the hotel - the reservation has been confirmed" in such a message there is everything I need, so I did not consider it appropriate to log in to the @ mail. In the @ message it was said that my reservation to the spa is only possible by calling the hotel, but since I wrote in the comments that I book a massage for 2 people for a specific time, my comments should reach the hotel, which should contact me and arrange it by phone. Nobody did it and after arrival the first unpleasant surprise - there would be no massage. And I forgot, I would have been the second one, because the first was the way you told me. And when I asked where I could park, the lady replied that where was it free. I said that there were no days off, to which you replied: it's difficult. (I was implicitly off... how do you not like it?) I was looking for a place 30 min Mrs. Ma after check-in to determine if there would be a massage at 7 p.m. and to call the room. I waited and waited, so before 7 p.m. I called myself, to which the reception said that there would be no massage. Ok, it's hard, I didn't even deserve info. It's hard for me, but I let my wife down. So we went to the swimming pool, and there was cold water and a sauna too, and in the Baltic I think it's warm, so... 😉 It's hard I won't rest my life at the pool either.

And this is what my 2-day leave looked like, which was not supposed to protect against a stroke, a heart attack, from the workload in the company. It's a shame to talk, you want to cry and that's it.

Great job when it comes to food. Everything is tasty, seasoned - as it should be. Brilliant spa treatments, you can relax a lot. The rooms are finished to a high standard. They look really great. The hotel is surrounded by forest on three sides, which, combined with the view of the mountains outside the window, makes a mega impression.

The place is beautiful, I was there for a long weekend in May, the attractions for children were prepared great, the food was delicious, the service itself was at a high level, the location of the hotel itself was beautiful, the views of the mountains were great, I had great photos. I rented an apartment, everything is a plus, I have no complaints, the only minus is the lack of a washing machine or a hotel laundry, but it's a matter of an idea if it will be in the future, which would be a plus, 🙂 poor Internet in the room I have to give back, but for repairs 🙂, in general, I give such a strong 9 for everything 🙂 and I think I'll go back there again. Great team at the bar, they really know their stuff and everyone is very nice. The view from the windows is simply stunning - the perfect location for mountain relaxation. Gastronomy is a huge plus of this place. Everything tasted very good. Saunas are sensational, diverse, heated and, above all, intimate and only for adults. Clean and pleasant.

The rooms are great - comfortable and spacious. Perfectly clean everywhere. By far the best hotel service I have ever dealt with. I am delighted with the quality of the food. A rich buffet, everything delicious! A wonderful location for all those who want to relax close to nature. It's great that there are hours without children at the pool.

Spotlessly clean in every nook and cranny. Rich breakfast offer. The meals were described, so allergens could be easily ruled out. The staff is unobtrusive when you need to talk, but also allows you to forget about yourself. Great location - even though it's Karpacz, it's not loud and crowded. In the season, there are daily animations - lots of games for children and adults.

The toilets in the common areas are well-maintained. The location made a big impression on me, you can see the mountains from the entire lobby, and Śnieżka is in the palm of your hand. Mega service, nice and very polite, you want to talk to them! Tasty breakfasts, a large selection of good quality products. We came across a day of quizzes in the lobby, great fun for children. 👍️

The room was not huge, but very comfortable and spacious. Super clean! A well-located hotel. Literally a moment from the nearest route to Śnieżka, and the slope is right next to it. Quick and efficient check-in, friendly service.

Medal-winning reception, check-in and check-out with a smile, the whole stay nice and pleasant. You can go to the bar for a great drink. Very comfortable stay, clean and nice. A wonderful room with a comfortable bed.

The main and basic factor influencing the rating is food. Unfortunately, my wife struggled with stomach indigestion for two days. Food, failure, such a canteen from the People's Republic of Poland, the same thing every day. Missing glasses cups, eating dinner was some of the things from breakfast, then you had to guess what breakfasts were made of.

The pool was there, but it was open from 10 a.m. so you can't afford to swim in the morning.

There were saunas, but usually only two were open. "Fitness room", well, there are only a few machines there. On the other hand, my wife, as a professional sports person, often has to use this type of attractions on trips and always try to choose the right hotel, fortunately there is no shortage of activity in the mountains.

As for the apartment itself, we have no reservations, except that during the entire stay not even once the floor was cleaned.

And the icing on the cake is, of course, the paid parking lot, about which no one said anything, they only asked for the registration number.

To sum up, I certainly wouldn't recommend anyone to relax for that kind of money in this place (when I say place, I mean the hotel, because the views are a firecracker).

A nicely located facility, because practically right next to the hotel you can enter the trail.

An excellent location for people who want to climb Śnieżka, because the trail is right next to it. I had no problem finding a parking space. The staff is really very nice and helpful. Every detail buttoned up to the last button. The breakfasts were diverse. Delicious vegetables and good quality cold cuts. The room and all public areas cleaned perfectly. Cozy and very comfortable.

I definitely wouldn't give this hotel 5 stars. The rooms are very nice, but the shower cabin leaks so that we had to put all the towels on the ground, and the sofa bed was constantly jumping off its hinges and it was impossible to sleep on it, fortunately the bed was huge and my husband fit with me and my son, there was also a lack of bedding for the child. The playrooms are very modest!

I was surprised by the fact that there is no playground outside, we waited once for the mascots, which were supposed to be in the lobby until 7 p.m. and from 6.40 p.m. there was no one left and we waited until 7 p.m. I wouldn't go back to this place again.

Apartment comfortable and clean, unfortunately the view from the room was not impressive. Great hotel, located close to hiking trails, unfortunately, it was not clearly explained during the booking that the apartments are located in different buildings about 200m from the main hotel and getting to breakfast or lunch in bad weather is then uncomfortable. Maybe during booking, the hotel should be separated from the Apartment Buildings, especially since all the attractions are in the hotel. In the hotel itself, the pool and saunas are very nice, and there is a large selection of food for breakfast and lunch, everyone will find something for themselves.

Great place for a trip, even off-season worth visiting! Nice and professional service, as befits 5 stars. The sauna is rather for one person, but in my case, it was not a problem. We didn't go to the pool so I won't rate it. Breakfasts delicious and lavish. Generally, I highly recommend it.

1) Despite booking my stay much earlier, I received a room on the first floor (124) above the hotel entrance. I dare say that every hotel employee knows what room this is. Therefore, I will not elaborate on it. To change the room, the reception sent me to the reservation department and the employee there sent me back to the reception. I use this chain of hotels quite often not only in Karpacz and this was the first time I had to really insist.

2) I did not use the dinner service so I do not know what level they were at. Regarding breakfast, I can say that both quality and quantity were at a 2* level. The neighboring Artus hotel, although probably still rated 3*, has much better quality dishes.

3) The reception staff have minimal knowledge about the area and how to get around Karpacz, yet they are the first line of contact with the hotel guests.

Certainly, if the stay were longer, other shortcomings and deficiencies would have been found.

Even Sandra probably has a higher level!!!!!
