Fantastic location, close to everything. Clean and nice room. The equipment is impressive. Everything looks like new. It's great that there are hours only for adults at the pool, because you can really relax. A large selection of food for breakfast, but my heart was stolen by the à la carte dishes, I really recommend it.

As always, everything is at the highest level. We have been using Grano services for 4 years - the level is the same all the time.

For families it is an ideal place - swimming pool, animations and playroom - kids are delighted! Clean and tidy. Just the way I like it. Breakfasts worth recommending. A very large selection and high-quality semi-finished products. Great hotel, close to the center and the old town. The restaurant service is excellent, everyone is nice and smiling.

Great location! Brekfast was very good for all tastes. National, vegetarian, healthy or classic buffe. Nice and cosy SPA. Playroom for kids. Our family are very happy about staying in this hotel. We had a room with windows to street on 5th floor. I was skeptic about noises from street in the beginninging, but soon forgot about it. Old town is just around the corner, small food shop just next to and very comfortable access to public transport. Each person had a smaller or bigger pillow to choose.

Order in every place, everything in a flash! Breakfast can be eaten here sweet and salty. A hotel close to the most important attractions in Gdansk. It's very nice to see the staff smiling and happy.

The hotel is close to the Main Town, close to everything, you can visit the most important places. Plenty of options for breakfast. Delicious bread and toppings. Everyone will find something for themselves. Very clean and aesthetic interiors. The rooms are very well equipped, there is a safe, tv, coffee/tea set, air conditioning. The staff is not overwhelming.

It's a pity that there is no way to raise the rating scale. Everything is super great. I usually don't judge during my stay. But... My daughter turns 8 today. Tomorrow we are leaving. She boasted at a delicious breakfast that she is turning 8 today. When we were coming back, there was a surprise waiting on the bed, left for my child, who was overjoyed. The sight of a child smiling on his birthday surprised by an indescribable surprise. I recommend this hotel with all my heart 🙂💪. I would like to thank the entire reception staff, the kitchen staff, the cleaning ladies, everyone, thanks to whom I felt in this hotel as if I had come to a close family for the weekend. Hats off.

The perfect spot for a couple's getaway to Gdańsk. A wide selection of drinks and dishes during buffet breakfasts. Very nice staff. They do a great job. The room has a comfortable bed and everything needed. Very nicely decorated. I'm glad that the room had air conditioning and that there is a swimming pool and parking available for guests. Super.

No bathrobes in the room. You have to specifically go to the SPA reception to get a bathrobe and then return it or there will be a financial penalty. Bathrobes in such hotels should be in the rooms and not assume from the start that people are dishonest. Overall, the stay was okay.

Very well-located hotel close to the old town. Nice service. I had to call the reception after cleaning to have it redone. The biggest difficulty was entering and exiting the hotel garage. There is an intercom and a phone number to call because the barrier does not lift automatically. Very often, many calls had to be made for someone to answer and lift the barrier and open the gas gate. This solution, in my opinion, is not well-coordinated because it involves human factors and clearly, this human factor fails. As for the pool for adults, it is okay, but I do not recommend it for children; the only place children can enter is the jacuzzi, and I am referring to smaller children. The person responsible for inflatable armbands, noodles, or other water toys does not make an effort; the equipment there is damaged, old, and dirty. As for the restaurant, it is of a good standard with tasty food and nice service. I hope something changes in this hotel regarding the issues I wrote about because I plan to use it again as it is very well located.

A great option here is the underground parking. You can comfortably leave your car and take the elevator. Great place, just a short walk to get to the Ferris wheel or the old town. It's nice that the hotel has parking and a pool. It's really rare in the center of Gdańsk.
