The shipping offer is lousy. It was not possible to choose a specific place of the packet, there was still a preset one at the other end of the city. So, out of desperation, I chose WEDO shipping to the address. A complete disaster. They sent me an SMS that they would bring the parcel to my address that day at intervals of 3 hours. So I took time off work and waited at home for 3 hours. I even tried to call the driver, but he didn't answer. After three hours, I went to their headquarters (I waited 10 minutes for the chat, it was not possible to call there) to inform me that the 30 cm package did not fit on their car. When I asked why they didn't send me a new text message that it wouldn't arrive so that I wouldn't kill 3 hours of my life unnecessarily, they couldn't explain it to me. Ordered battery for lawn tractor on time as advertised, but not delivered to address by GLS messenger, although I was there at the specified time and even all day. Had to pick up the parcel in the shop, there were already several complaints that the commissioned courier or GLS did not deliver to the recipients, although they were also present at the delivery address at the noted delivery time. Nice for the courier or GLS if the delivery of items to the shop saves time and money. The customer doesn't have to like it. But was the last order for me when GLS is in the game !!
