The relaxation zone is for people 15+ and that's a mega plus for me! BM Resort beautifully located in a quiet area. At the same time, it is quite close to the center. The hotel is good for family trips with the youngest, the location is very good.

The hotel organizes loud parties until 12:00 p.m. without warning the guests. Everything is carried along the wall. Even though I'm on the 4th floor, it's impossible to fall asleep. Nobody informs that the inpreza bothers so much that the curfew is in force after 24.00 on weekends. I advise against everyone with children and who like to rest in the hotel.

There is such a large selection of food that there is something for everyone. Children have a paradise here, plenty of water and hotel attractions, adults will also find something for themselves. Blue Mountain has a good location, next to hiking trails (to Szrenica). The room has bedrooms, mini kitchens with a living room, bathroom and balcony - what more could you want? The service is nice, does not interfere with your stay or impose itself. 🤩

Hotel jsme navštívili dvakrát. Vyzdvihla bych zázemí pro děti, wellness a bazény. Skvělý poměr kvality a ceny. Velké prostorné pokoje, čistota. Co se týče recepce, záleží, na koho člověk narazí. Někdy výborné a podruhé máte dojem, že obtěžujete. Jídlo je průměrné, ale člověk si vždy vybere něco, co mu chutná. Nejhorší zkušenost was s room service. Potřebovali jsme jednou převléknout postel, jelikož měla dcera horečku a propotila kompletně postel. Tuto skutečnost jsem sdělovala okolo deváte ráno. Uklízečka dorazila okolo druhé odpoledne a dala mi do ruky prostěradlo s tím, že si mám převléct sama. Když jsem jí požádala o zbytek ložního prádla, nechtěla ho donést, řekla, ať to nechám svlečené bez povlečení. Což jsem odmítla. Následně práskla dveřmi a odešla beze slova. Prádlo nakonec donesla. Toto mi přišlo neprofesionální a u takového family friendly hotelu bych nečekala, že bude problém při zdravotní indispozici dítěte převléct ložní prádlo.

Great place especially for a stay with children.

Great and varied breakfasts as well as dinners. The area is beautiful, the hotel is quite nice. Only nice people work at the hotel, you can count on them.

Very nice hotel, we were there in February and we really liked it, after which we noticed Platinum Mountain of the same chain, which has a higher star rating and without hesitation we made the decision, however after staying at Platinum I can say that they should swap stars and we will definitely return to Blue again.

Only positives, lots of animations for children (very nice animators) plenty of additional attractions.

The staff very nice, the food delicious and something new every day, the aquapark very nice, location also great.

The only downsides are the rooms made a bit cheaply and the elevators hanging, but I definitely think that the rest of the positives will easily compensate for this and everyone will be satisfied.

The reception service was nice, explained everything, provided folders with the most important information.

The only complaint I have is about the creaking bed in room 303 F, the rest are all positives.

This is the second time staying at the hotel and I consider it positively spent; both children and adults can relax freely. The only note I have is minor defects such as: unadjusted patio doors, lack of patio threshold covers, peeling paint from the ceiling on the patio. Of course, these are trifles that can be removed on an ongoing basis. Hopefully, they will be removed quickly because over time more will appear and it may not be as nice as it has been so far.

Very tasty breakfasts with an option for vegans. Whenever we go to Szklarska, we choose Blue Mountain :) We like to come back here, among other things, for the friendly staff.

First-class service. Fantastic pool and spa area, most importantly in the same building as the rooms. The place is located off the beaten path, about a 10-minute walk to the center. Delicious buffet-style food. We recommend the rooms, nice and spacious. On Fridays and Saturdays, the pool from 9:00 PM to 10:00 PM is for adults only, a very good solution.

Another lecture at the University of the Third Age in Szczecinek. The conference room was excellent. The sound system and projector are professional. Earlier, excellent coffee in the restaurant.

We visited Blue Mountain for the second time and again left satisfied. Delicious, varied breakfasts. Great lunch menu, especially the options for children. My kids were very happy :) Plus, there were plenty of fresh fruits and sweets for everyone (to our surprise, there were even ice creams to choose from :D).

As for the apartments, everything was well cleaned, the beds were comfortable, and there was a large TV. We had nothing to complain about. Well, maybe... It would be nice if the hotel offered rooms with more beds.

The biggest advantage of the hotel is the pool - we love it. Quite large with a great slide. Additionally, there are 3 jacuzzis perfect after long hikes ;) There's also a cool game room (ping-pong, console games).

You can definitely relax here but also go on more active trips. A paddling pool with warm water for toddlers is awesome! The apartment is spacious, with great kitchenette equipment. You can count on hotel service, they perform well. Plus for the variety of meals!

Delicious food in the form of a Swedish table with plenty of options to choose from. The staff is nice, does not interfere with the stay, nor is intrusive.
