The service in the sauna and swimming pool area is very professional.

We were there for the 2nd time and were disappointed by some things compared to the 1st time. First, we were assigned an apartment where there were still many traces of the previous tenant. After a complaint at the reception, we got a new apartment. It's also a shame that the carpet in the apartments is unfortunately already very stained. The drain in the bathroom also did not drain. After we complained, a janitor came but he also couldn't fix it. The window lighting was like a disco lamp. We showed it to the janitor and he wanted to take care of it but that was all that happened. Then there were big problems with parking in the underground garage. After we left the underground garage with the car for 10 minutes and came back, our parking space was occupied. Our friends had the same problem. After being assigned a new parking space four times, it finally worked out and we got a new free space.

Very clean facility. The rooms are very bright. The gym in the hotel is very well equipped and has a wide range of equipment. The staff creates a great atmosphere and really takes care of the guests. Beautifully located, from the room you can hear the sound of the waves and see the sea. Breakfast and dinner are excellent. The omelet with Parmesan was first class.

The area of saunas and swimming pools is very extensive. Forest and sea right in front of you. Nothing more is needed for resting. Theme dishes are a great option in the restaurant. Regular cleaning, very clean and beautiful everywhere. The facility does a great job. The wonderful location of the hotel. The proximity of the sea lets you interact with nature all the time. A very pleasant pool area - the pool itself is quite large for a hotel and has great saunas. Service like in a 5* hotel! Very delicious meals, it's worth buying breakfast as it is really plentiful. One downside for us was that from the swimming pool, you can only get to the hotel through the outdoor facilities with wet clothes after swimming, which is not very pleasant in cold temperatures.

Beautiful object! Architecturally impressive and located right on the beach. The reception staff almost exclusively speak German. The hotel service is available when needed, especially the reception and the cleaning staff are very helpful. The gym is well-equipped for a hotel, unfortunately without a cloakroom, so in winter it's somewhat uncomfortable from the other buildings since you can't hang up jackets and trousers anywhere. There is also a lack of clear indication for disinfection. A container with wipes and alcohol spray are not self-explanatory. The pools and the sauna area are okay. Unfortunately, the graduation tower is out of operation. In the early evening hours, the child-friendliness of the hotel, especially in the pool, is clearly noticeable. The hotel has beautiful, spacious, and clean rooms. The hotel's own restaurant Red Salt, which focuses on steaks of extraordinary quality and prepared with culinary expertise, is particularly noteworthy. At breakfast, the popularity of the hotel and the extensive buffet is clearly felt.

We were here for the second time within weeks. That speaks for itself.

The meals served at the restaurant are delicious. Worth every penny.

Our room was not cleaned for three days. The breakfast staff was not exactly very friendly. The service staff also seem to be very overwhelmed in the evening "a la carte".

The reception service is top-notch. The room looks good at first glance, but everything else is lacking. The breakfast, for instance, has lukewarm hot dishes, and on the third day, grey scrambled eggs mixed with fresh ones. Fruits and vegetables are cut carelessly. Bread on day 2, simply old from the previous day. The breakfast costs 23€ per person per day, for which one should expect first-class goods/food. Seating is too cramped, getting up from the table only works by disturbing others. The dining room is much too small. However, this is not the case at the Wave. Dinner on the first evening a la carte at the Wave Restaurant for 2 non-alcoholic drinks each, duck with red cabbage and two dollops of puree, for the proud sum of 85 €. A real rip-off and we did not enjoy the meal. Corridors are dirty, only vacuumed on day 2. Housekeeping, no cleaning just replenishing, bed sheets are not smoothed, the night costs just under 99 €. For that, I should expect first-class service. On day 2, housekeeping had to be requested in the afternoon via the reception. Toilet paper only after begging multiple times. Housekeeping on day 3, at 4:30 PM, just like the days before. The management should train its staff. For your information, the buildings were not even more than 10% occupied. So, stress cannot have been the reason. Pool and wellness area, gym for five buildings completely undersized. A maximum of three people can train at the same time, there is no more space available. In conclusion, the location and the exterior of the Wave are appealing. That's all there is to it. We chalk this up as an experience. The management seems not to think it necessary for guests to return. A pity about the nearly 900 € for parking and breakfast.

The view from the room is very picturesque. A place is created for rest. The meals at the hotel were just great. Everything fresh and delicious. A wide range of treatments in the spa area. The room has a comfortable bed and everything you need. Very nicely decorated. This is without a doubt the best hotel in Międzyzdroje. Right on the beach and beautiful view.

A big plus for the underfloor heating. The toiletries in the bathroom smell fantastic. Regarding the service, there are only positive associations. Everyone is very nice and helpful. The dining is really top-notch and of a high standard. Everything delicious and of good quality. The bathroom in the hotel's communal area was perfectly clean. Beautiful skyscrapers with a view of the sea. Perfect location.

Very nice hotel right on the beach. Ideal location for a trip to the Polish coast! The public areas are well-maintained and the rooms are absolutely clean and very spacious. Half board was exactly the right decision. Varied buffet for breakfast and dinner. The spa area, with its very pleasant size and variety, comes highly recommended. The staff is not intrusive and ensures a very friendly atmosphere.

We stayed at the hotel with half board in April. The food was really very good.

And it is also positive that the coffee specialties and even a drink dispenser with water and fruit juice drinks are available free of charge for both breakfast and dinner.

The size of the swimming pool is sufficient, the water is nice and warm so that the kids don't have to freeze.

It would be nice if the sauna were also possible for under 16s, maybe accompanied by adults, then the parents wouldn't have to split up and could also sauna together.

We will definitely come back in the summer, at the moment a lot is still being set up on the beach and the real operation will only start later.

In nice summer weather, it is certainly a good alternative to a hotel in Southern Europe and only three hours by car from Berlin. 👍️🥳😎

The location of the facility is great.

The pool area was also very nice, but the access to the sauna was not separated by a reception.

Therefore, children kept coming in, looking loudly for their parents or children coming in with parents.

Similarly, many did not adhere to the sauna rules and entered the saunas with swimwear. We pointed this out to the staff - unfortunately, they did not remove the children and guests in swimwear.

The breakfast and dinner buffet was delicious, very well cooked, and varied.

Unfortunately, the empty tables were cleared very slowly, not wiped, so you had to sit at dirty tables.

We had Apartment A007 - very nice - but very noisy in the evening and morning hours, as the door in the hallway slammed loudly when people entered or left the building, and the door closer's arm squeaked very loudly.

A beautiful facility, modernly furnished and very stylish. Unfortunately, the room was only cleaned once in the 4 nights. There were also construction works in the building, causing drilling noises to be audible in the room during the day.

Unfortunately, the waiters could hardly speak English or German, and it was difficult to answer questions about the wine selection or other matters. Also, some of the masseurs did not speak English/German, which made it difficult to discuss physical weaknesses or skin needs during the treatment.

The direct beach access is great and the pool area is excellent for children.

The food was also very good.

The architecture is cool, rooms are nice, large balconies, very nice spa, food very good, staff friendly

Its location and architecture surpass all other seaside hotels. In bad weather, you can borrow an umbrella at the reception. I have not experienced better service. Everyone is nice and unobtrusive.

The entire hotel complex and the apartments are visually very modern and beautifully designed. However, this hotel lacks charm and soul. The staff are trying to be friendly, but non-committal. A real sea view is only possible from about the 4th/5th floor due to the trees. Although we had asked for such a room, we were given a room on the 3rd floor. The restaurant is far too small for the many guests. It was always unbearably loud (among other things, due to very many small children, sparse furnishings - cafeteria flair) and it was difficult to find a free, clean table every day. The food was good, but there was a lot of room for improvement in presentation and taste. Small spoons for the desserts or coffee seem to be unknown in this hotel. The spa area is beautifully designed, but like the restaurant, too small for the many guests. The fact that room cleaning only occurs sporadically should be communicated to vacationers upon arrival. Underground parking costs about €21.00 per day. Conclusion: The hotel is not bad, but the price-performance ratio is not right!

The food was delicious and the room was nice, but we had booked a sea view and it was only possible to see it from the side with a stretched neck. Everything was very expensive and not value for money, especially the parking (20 euros per day) and charging an electric car (1 euro per kWh).

In the living area there was a separate work area. Beautifully cleaned everywhere. They take cleanliness seriously. The perfect location - a very good starting point in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship. The staff was professional but not exceptionally friendly. The food/buffet was varied but not outstandingly good.

Very nice modern hotel. Beautiful quiet rooms! Nespresso capsule machines in the room. WMF cutlery, nice dishes, and delicious food (we had half board). Comfortable beds. Underfloor heating in the bathroom. Nice swimming pool. All in all, a super nice hotel and we would love to come back, provided the price is right. Suggestions for improvement: Carpet in the room is unflattering. Had a massage treatment at the spa. Unfortunately, it was not worth the price. Sometimes I felt like the masseur was falling asleep. Totally uninspired. And some receptionists were so slow, seemed dazed. You also didn't get the impression that you were the number one priority as a guest. However, the wishes were always fulfilled at the reception. The rest of the staff in the gastronomy were totally nice and accommodating. The walk to Molo is okay. Thank you for the nice short break.

Shower a little too small otherwise everything ok

When vacationing at the Baltic Sea, only at the Wave in Międzyzdroje. We will definitely come back. Service at the highest level. Great stay with nice people. A large balcony where you can easily spend whole days. Delicious food, tastes even better than it looks - and it looks great! It is clean in every inch. Soft and fragrant bed linen.

The rooms were dirty, candies from other guests were still on the floor, it was so dirty that you could hardly look out the window. I had the suite with a sea view. The staff was not attentive at all, even though it was mentioned a thousand times! Never again!

Beautiful holiday apartment, very tastefully decorated. It was perfect!!

Unfortunately, we were very disappointed by this visit (compared to last year). Starting with the arrival: we had already notified that we would arrive late, everything should have been prepared. Unfortunately, the bed for our child was not made, towels were missing (even though we had reserved and paid for 3 people). We had to improvise with the bedding at night and the staff did not manage to properly arrange the room and beds within the 3 days. We had to place plates with food leftovers in the hallway because the staff did not manage to remove them after 3 notifications, and our room started to smell. In general, the room was not cleaned sufficiently daily. The restaurant was completely overcrowded and the food was of rather poor quality. Very unfortunate!!! We did not feel comfortable at all this time and were glad to finally go home. Unfortunately, it was the last visit to this hotel. Very unfortunate.

We were at the Wave for the second time and compared to a year ago, we are very disappointed. The breakfast buffet is really not a pleasant experience! It is loud without atmosphere, chaotic and disorganized, there are simply too many people there. What a pity! We were also disappointed with the dinner buffet. Last year there were daily changing themes, which was exciting and really great. This has now been replaced by a common but still good standard buffet. Contrary to expectations, there is no children's buffet and little food that children like. There are a lot of children there and it is simply very crowded, loud, and murky both in the dining room and in the pool area. However, the entertainment program for children leaves something to be desired. The beach bar was not open. Therefore, we do not recommend it for couples to relax, as there are simply too many children. Overall, a solid family hotel, but unfortunately the value for money is not right for us anymore. However, the spa treatments are absolutely recommended. Many thanks to Alla, Marina, the lady of Asian origin, and the spa reception team. Five stars for the spa!

Already in the lobby we were greeted by a great scent. The hotel grounds are really beautiful, especially the proximity to the beach. The apartment was absolutely spacious and the amenities left nothing to be desired. However, the bedrooms were very warm and could not be cooled down even through the touch panel, so restful sleep was not possible. One evening we really enjoyed the food through room service. The breakfast and dinner buffet was very rich and delicious. However, way too crowded and loud.

Unfortunately, the service, reception, and especially the ladies and gentlemen in the area of the swimming pool were very unfriendly and curt. In addition, the service staff during breakfast and dinner were simply overwhelmed. In short: No plates/bowls, missing cutlery, dirty, wet plates, tables not cleared and if so, tables not wiped, glass shards not swept up on the floor, etc. With such a beautiful hotel in this location, one simply expects a more professional service! Breakfast ideas: Missing jams, freshly cooked eggs every day, decaffeinated coffee.

Super hotel, very modern and contemporary. But: many children (at least 1 at every table during breakfast), the water temperature was too low for the season, one freezes in the outdoor pool area. Breakfast is recommended, the dinner buffet is too expensive at around 35€ for what is offered. All staff are very nice, helpful, and very open. It is worth choosing the option with breakfast, as it is delicious. Saunas of good quality, we spent every evening in them. The rooms smell new, they are clean and cozy.

Bathrobes were too small, German TV channels not available, toilet brush broken, no toilet paper in the room, etc. These are just a few points that led to our frustration. Also, despite several complaints at the counter, the issues were not resolved. The swimming pool was way too small. There were too few loungers for relaxation. One visit in 4 days was enough. Not something a guest should experience. The dinner buffet tasted like a canteen. The wine list had many wines listed, with 25-30 different white wines. Out of these, only 2 were available. The rest were not in stock. There was NO drink service by the staff. You had to go to the counter to order. At breakfast, you had to fight your way through the crowd with hands and feet. I could write much more, but as a brief overview of the hotel, this should be enough. Once and never again. For around 1,000.00 euros for 3 nights, there are many other hotels that are better organized and managed.

On the other hand, the rules for pool users were hardly enforced. Furthermore, there was hardly any ambiance during dinner and the dining area felt more like a canteen. The quantity of food is very good - however, the quality is only average. Lastly, the prices for parking in the parking garage are massively overpriced - 90 PLN per day is way too high. For the prices charged, the hotel hardly meets the value for money.

Service definitely needs to be improved. In 2 days, we made about 5 calls because we needed something for ourselves. Glasses, ice cubes, or towels, etc. Out of 5 times, we only received something twice. The other 3 were ignored. The prices in and around the hotel are extremely high compared to other Polish areas, for example, Swinoujscie. The prices for dining are higher than in Germany. No joke. We eat out a lot but the prices in the hotel and around it are a rip-off. English is hardly spoken. Barely anyone can. The only one who was perfectly professional in the hotel was Darek at the reception. This is how you imagine service, etc. Everything else, no thank you. Not again. No comparison to Swinoujscie.

A big plus for the underfloor heating. The toiletries in the bathroom smell fantastic. The room and all public areas were perfectly clean. Cozy and very comfortable. The service makes you feel very comfortable here. The kitchen is really at a high level. A wide range of different options. Great location near Wolin National Park, right next to a beautiful beach.

The beds are very comfortable, perfect for relaxing. Rooms are very bright and clean. The breakfast offering impressed me a lot. The staff is exemplary. I had a wonderful time. Dinners are undoubtedly a great advantage of this hotel. An ideal place for hiking in nature. Great starting point. The massages at the spa are very professional and relaxing, especially the body treatments.

The area around the hotel is quiet and peaceful, ideal for resting, even though the city center is nearby. Very delicious breakfasts, with a wide selection and live cooking station. Thanks to the service, I felt very comfortable here. Beautiful, clean, and cozy rooms. The apartment is well cleaned. A great swimming pool, a great sauna area, and a wonderfully pleasant spa - all ideal.

The gastronomy here is great, everything is delicious and fresh. I can't say anything bad about the cleanliness of the apartment. The spa area is a big plus. Beautiful offices, great atmosphere, qualified staff. I am very satisfied with the service. I have nothing to complain about. The area is ideal for relaxing and walking along the sea.

Beautiful view, especially from the top floors of the skyscraper. The location is great. The staff will do everything to meet the guests' wishes. The hotel offers many healthy options for breakfast and dinner. I like this idea. What definitely deserves attention is the sauna area and a large swimming pool. It looks like a new facility. It is very clean and tidy.

Hotel beautifully located, the view from the balcony is incredible!

So the hotel is mega beautiful and stylishly furnished. However, the service leaves something to be desired, I think it's because there is too little staff. The spa area doesn't really have much to do with wellness, way too small for such a big hotel. The breakfast, on the other hand, is amazing but there is also too much crowding because it's too small there.

Staying at the Wave was very pleasant. We had a great sea view from an elegantly furnished apartment. The only hectic part was breakfast, as there were too many people at the same time. However, the variety of food offered was very diverse and tasted very good. We would love to come back. Thank you for the excellent service in making the reservation.

Perfect cleanliness. The rooms are very spacious. Food with a WOW effect! I have never had a better hotel breakfast. The staff creates a great and pleasant atmosphere here. Great service, I am positively surprised.

The only thing deserving 5 stars here are the rooms, everything else unfortunately has to be classified as mass processing. The restaurant is completely undersized for the size of the hotel and does not allow for a relaxed breakfast, there is a lack of staff and concept here.

Sorry, not worth the money.

Many attractions on the premises - swimming pool, saunas, beach bar, and great spa. You can relax well here, everything is clean and pleasant. The best hotel on the Baltic Sea. It looks great, as skyscrapers stand directly on the beach. The breakfast was very tasty and nutritious. A wide selection of fresh vegetables.

The design of the space gives the entire environment a sense of calm. Everything is tastefully done. Beautifully located hotel with its own descent to the beach. Delicious sweets. Breakfast and dinner are of very good quality. The hotel is new, with a beautiful design, huge terraces with lovely views. The staff creates a very pleasant atmosphere. It is very nice to spend time here.

The staff is not intrusive and creates a very friendly atmosphere. As a guest, I felt very comfortable in this place. The hotel is so close to the beach that you can already hear the sound of the waves at the entrance. The rooms smell new, are clean, cozy, and surprisingly bright. Great fitness room and a large swimming pool with the possibility to swim outside.

CLASS !!!!!!!!!

Very tastefully decorated room with plenty of space and a large balcony. It was clean and well-maintained. A full-length mirror would have been nice here. We booked half board and were very satisfied with breakfast & dinner. Drinks outside of half board were considered rather expensive by us. The restaurant also scores points with its beautiful design and top service. The staff was always friendly and accommodating to us. Everyone could also communicate in German, which I do not take for granted. Great! The hotel has a good quiet location. The small promenade and a supermarket are within walking distance. The hotel also has its own parking garage. The SPA area is rather small compared to the size/number of rooms of the hotel. Nevertheless, nicely designed and clean. In the sauna area, we missed a relaxation area (there is only a heated stone bench in front of the sauna exits) as well as more loungers and a clock.

We recommend the hotel and would come back!

More German and English-speaking staff would be beneficial, for example Darek, one of the receptionists who helped me a lot 🙏, slept in the beds like a princess, it's a shame that the butternut cream soup turned into a regular soup without cream a few days later. In the steakhouse, we were greeted very friendly several times, but it was disappointing to see on the menu that you could get 100g for 97 zloty, however, the smallest size available was 200g, which was very disappointing. Language was a barrier everywhere, my English was not understood because many were not familiar with the pronunciation. It was already cool due to drafts from the windows and noise from construction machines. However, I would like to criticize that the parking meter only accepted coins and many exchange offices were closed after 4 pm or did not understand a word and even became unfriendly. It is inconvenient to walk to the room in a thin bathrobe with wet hair in winter, which is why we did not go swimming. Customizing dishes in the steakhouse was not possible, which is a shame. The automatic doors could be optimized as they often stay open for a long time or do not work even with a button press, although the description stated 1 sofa bed and 1 bedroom, we were pleasantly surprised that there were 2 with 1 king-size bed in each in 2 separate rooms, which was great as the other person is more active at night. We will come back just for the princess bed, also because there was free Netflix, but those who have difficulty walking should consider a hotel on the mola, as it is very strenuous to walk 15 minutes on the beach with 80% of it being heavily damaged. I would like to see more simple German cuisine and am curious to see what changes will be made...

Definitely the best hotel in Międzyzdroje or on the entire Polish coast. Impressive cleanliness in public areas. I just want to spend time there. The gastronomy is really great and at a high level. Everything is delicious and of good quality. The staff is very professional and nice. A great place for families with children, as there is a separate area for children in the pool.

The restaurant is very clean. The staff constantly renew the buffet, which is very extensive.

A beautiful place, picturesque and located right on the Baltic Sea. The room is great, very nice and comfortable, the bathroom has a large shower. During our stay, the staff was always smiling and helpful. Delicious breakfast, really rich. Huge selection and great quality. The rooms are large and comfortable, equipped with everything needed.

The room is clean, which is a big plus. The view from the window is beautiful. The spa area does a great job. Everything here is first class. The location of Wave is one of its biggest advantages. Right on the beach! Wave's strength is a great bar and delicious food, there is a wide selection. Friendly staff, comprehensive culture, and professionalism.
